【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、製品に付着した切削屑や油などの異物、或いは、切削加工、せん断加工、溶融加工などの各種加工時に加工品に形成されたバリなどを洗浄して除去するための洗浄装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば図4及び図5に示すように、製品に付着した異物や加工品に形成されたバリなどを除去するための各種洗浄装置が知られている。この洗浄装置には、密閉された洗浄槽(ブース)2内に遠隔操作可能な洗浄ロボット4が収容されており、搬送機構6を介して搬送された製品や加工品等の洗浄対象物8は、ブース2内の、所定の固定装置10に手作業等にて固定され、この固定状態で洗浄処理が施される。具体的には、洗浄ロボット4には、アーム機構12の先端に噴射ノズル14が設けられており、この噴射ノズル14は、アーム機構12を介して任意の方向から洗浄対象物8に洗浄媒体16を吹き付けることができるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、従来の洗浄装置では、洗浄対象物8をブース2内の固定装置10にセットする必要があるため、そのセット作業に時間が掛ると共にセット作業自体が面倒であるという問題があった。また、固定装置10の製造コストが別途必要であった。更に、固定装置10をブース2内に設置するためのスペースを確保する必要があった。
また、従来の洗浄装置では、ブース2内に洗浄ロボット4全体を収容するスペースを確保しなければならないため、ブース2全体を大型化せざるを得ず、その結果、ブース2を含めた装置全体の製造コストが上昇してしまう。更に、ブース2内は洗浄処理中に洗浄媒体16や粉塵(異物やバリ)が充満しており、このような環境下に洗浄ロボット4を収容する場合、洗浄ロボット4全体に例えば防水処理や防塵処理などの表面処理を施す必要がある。この結果、洗浄ロボット4を含めた装置全体の製造コストが上昇するだけでなく、洗浄ロボット4を頻繁にメンテナンスしなければならないため、メンテナンス費用もかかる。

以下、本発明の一実施形態に係る洗浄装置について、添付図面を参照して説明する。なお、本実施形態は本発明の一実施形態にすぎず何等これに限定解釈されるものではない。
