【0001】
【0025】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mirror box mechanism of a single-lens reflex camera, and more particularly to a mirror quick return mechanism.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the mirror box mechanism of an electric single-lens reflex camera requires not only the raising and lowering of the mirror, but also the starting operation of the shutter and the charging operation of the shutter. There are methods such as performing operations with a motor and starting them with an electromagnetic plunger, but all have problems with the complexity and price of the mechanism.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a solution to the above problem, as shown in Japanese Patent No. 2699975, one motor is rotated in one direction to provide a first operation period and a second operation period. In each period, the mirror is raised, the shutter is started, and the mirror is lowered. Methods have been proposed to activate charging and shutter charging. A complicated and precise control means is required to accurately and electronically control both the periods without mechanical locking mechanism for one-way rotation of the motor, and the calculation processing in the CPU accompanying it is enormous. Time was also increased, and there was a problem in ensuring accurate and high-speed shutter and mirror sequencing.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention divides the rotation operation of the motor into a slight rotation in one direction and a large number of rotations in the other direction, and releases the charge of the mirror and the shutter by a slight rotation in one direction, and the mirror lifting operation The solution was achieved by enabling the shutter operation, lowering the mirror at the initial stage of rotation in the other direction, and charging the mirror and shutter while reducing the load on the motor by continuing multiple rotations thereafter.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The charge cam is rotated through a speed reduction mechanism connected to the output shaft of the motor, and the charge lever that slides on the charge cam and the drive lever that is linked to the charge cam rotate the other direction of the motor to charge the mirror and the shutter set lever. The release mechanism of the shutter set lever and the lifting behavior of the mirror are kept in tension by the lock mechanism, and the lock is released by a slight angle rotation in one direction of the motor, thereby completing the mirror raising operation and the shutter operation. , A quick return mechanism of the mirror configured to lower the mirror at the first stage of rotation in the other direction of the motor, especially by a slight one-way rotation by a hook provided on the driving lever, and when the mirror is raised, the mirror raising lever is latched Including a hook mechanism that lifts in a closed state and releases the hook at the first stage of rotation in the other direction. To propose a quick-return mechanism of the over.

In the mirror operation described above, if only the mirror is easily lowered by a downward impact or a descending external force to the rising mirror, the camera's shooting sequence will be affected, and frames that will not be shot will be generated.
