Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle-mounted hydrogen utilization system mounted on a passenger car or the like.
In recent years, various low-pollution vehicles have been developed in response to environmental problems. For example, hydrogen vehicles equipped with hydrogen engines and electric vehicles equipped with fuel cells are known. In addition to hydrogen engines, hydrogen is generally used as fuel for fuel cells. However, since hydrogen has a property of reacting with air at a predetermined concentration, it is indispensable to take some measures against the reaction between hydrogen and air in a vehicle-mounted hydrogen utilization system. Yes.

For this reason, when a collision accident or the like occurs, the hydrogen reaction itself may still be continued, and there is still room for improvement as a countermeasure.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is a vehicle capable of suppressing the occurrence of a reaction between hydrogen and air at the time of a vehicle collision and further improving its safety.
(First embodiment)
With reference to FIG.1 and FIG.2, 1st Embodiment of the hydrogen utilization system for vehicles concerning this invention is described. FIG. 1 is a block diagram schematically showing the configuration of the on-vehicle hydrogen utilization system according to this embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, this hydrogen utilization system includes a methanol tank 1 for storing methanol, which is a raw hydrogen fuel used as a fuel for the system, a
The methanol tank 1 and the
The
CH 3 OH + H 2 O → 3H 2 + CO 2 −49.5 kJ / mol [1]
Is a device for obtaining 3 moles of hydrogen from 1 mole of methanol. The
The
In the system of the present embodiment, in addition to the basic configuration as the hydrogen utilization system described above, when the vehicle has an impact due to a vehicle collision accident or the like, the
The
As for the
なお、このルーチンはCPU31(電子制御ユニット30)により所定時間毎に実行される。
Next, in the vehicle-mounted hydrogen utilization system configured as described above, when an impact occurs due to a vehicle collision accident or the like, the
The
Thus, by closing the
As described above, according to the on-vehicle hydrogen utilization system of the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.

(2) Further, since both the
(3) Since the airbag sensor, that is, the acceleration sensor used in the airbag system of the vehicle is also used as the
(4) Even if it becomes difficult to energize at least one of the
(5) Since a plurality of
In addition, the said 1st Embodiment can also be changed and implemented as follows.
-In the said 1st Embodiment, although the example which closes both the
In the first embodiment, as the hydrogen utilization system to which the present invention is applied, methanol is used as a raw fuel for generating hydrogen, and a methanol reformer is used as a reformer that generates hydrogen from the raw fuel. Although an example is shown, the hydrogen utilization system to be applied is not limited to this. For example, the present invention can be applied to a hydrogen utilization system using a hydrocarbon-based fuel such as natural gas as a raw fuel and a reformer corresponding to the fuel. In this case, it is possible to obtain the same effect as that of the above embodiment by providing a valve in each transportation route for transporting hydrogen or its generated raw material, and closing the valve when a vehicle collision occurs. it can.
Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the present invention can be applied to a hydrogen utilization system in which a hydrogen
Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the present invention can be applied to a system that does not include a tank and a reformer for storing raw fuel but stores hydrogen fuel in the hydrogen

(Second Embodiment)
A second embodiment of the on-vehicle hydrogen utilization system according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 5, focusing on the differences from the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 5, the hydrogen utilization system in the second embodiment does not include the tank 1 for storing raw fuel for generating hydrogen fuel or the

Thus, in the hydrogen utilization system of this embodiment, in addition to the
The
In the hydrogen utilization system configured as described above, the

(2) In addition to the
(3) By adopting a normally closed valve as the
(4) Since a plurality of impact sensors that detect the occurrence of a vehicle collision are provided, the occurrence of a vehicle collision can be detected more reliably, and thus the reliability as the hydrogen utilization system that suppresses hydrogen leakage. Can be improved more suitably.
