Claims (3)
- それぞれ複数の耳部が突設された正極板と負極板がセパレータを介して捲回された捲回型の極板群を備え、極性毎の前記複数の耳部の先端が対応する極性の正極ストラップ、負極ストラップで連結されている鉛蓄電池であって、
前記正極板と前記負極板は、長尺帯状の鉛又は鉛合金製の格子状集電体に活物質が保持されたものであり、少なくとも一方の極板の前記格子状集電体は長手方向の横骨と幅方向の縦骨によって格子目が形成されたものであり、前記極板群の内周側に位置する前記格子目の横長さが縦長さ以下となっており、
前記複数の耳部が捲回の外周側ほど広い間隔で突設されていて、前記複数の耳部の幅が捲回の外周側のものほど大きく形成され、
前記捲回型の極板群の内周側に位置する前記格子目の横長さが、内周側に位置する前記耳部の幅以下となっていることを特徴とする鉛蓄電池。 - 前記格子状集電体の前記横骨の幅が前記縦骨の幅より大きくなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉛蓄電池。
- 捲回型の前記格子状集電体の少なくとも内周側の角部が鈍角又は曲線状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鉛蓄電池。
