Claims (6)
- 原燃料を改質して水素リッチな燃料ガスを生成する燃料改質系と、該燃料改質系からの燃料ガス中の水素と空気中の酸素とを反応させて発電を行う燃料電池本体とを備えた燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記燃料改質系の入口を開閉する入口開閉器と、
前記燃料改質系の出口を開閉する出口開閉器と、
前記燃料電池システムを停止させる際に、前記入口開閉器及び出口開閉器を制御して前記燃料改質系の入口及び出口を閉じる制御部とを備え、
前記制御部が、前記燃料電池システムを起動する際には、前記入口開閉器及び出口開閉器を制御して、前記燃料改質系の入口及び出口を開き、その際には先ず前記燃料改質系の入口を開いて前記燃料改質系の圧力を大気圧以上にし、その後に前記燃料改質系の出口を開くように制御することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 前記制御部が、前記入口開閉器及び出口開閉器を制御して、前記出口に先立ち前記入口を開き、その際には当該入口が徐々に開くように制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御部が、前記燃料電池システムの停止中に、前記燃料改質系の圧力に応じて、又は所定時間毎に前記入口のみを開くように前記入口開閉器を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池システム。
- 原燃料を改質して水素リッチな燃料ガスを生成する燃料改質系と、該燃料改質系からの燃料ガス中の水素と空気中の酸素とを反応させて発電を行う燃料電池本体とを備えた燃料電池システムを停止する際には、前記燃料改質系を孤立系にして該燃料改質系内に残留している前記燃料ガスを当該燃料改質系内に閉じ込め、前記燃料電池システムを起動する際には、前記燃料改質系に前記原燃料を流入させた後に、当該燃料改質系で生成された前記燃料ガスの供給を行い、その際には先ず前記燃料改質系の入口を開いて前記燃料改質系の圧力を大気圧以上にし、その後に前記燃料改質系の出口を開くように制御することを特徴とする燃料電池システムの起動停止保管方法。
- 前記燃料電池システムの起動時には、前記燃料改質系の圧力が徐々に変化するように前記原燃料の流入量や前記燃料ガスの流出量を調整することを特徴とする請求項4記載の燃料電池システムの起動停止保管方法。
- 前記燃料電池システムを停止させて保管する際には、所定時間毎に又は前記燃料改質系の圧力に応じて前記原燃料を当該燃料改質系に導入して該燃料改質系の圧力が負圧にならないようにすることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の燃料電池システムの起動停止保管方法。
