Description
The present invention relates to a solid drawing material having beautiful skin and no change with time.
However, when the fatty acid is used, it is not known immediately after production, but if it is left for a while, a white powdery substance similar to mold blows out on the surface, becomes mottled, and the skin becomes rough. This phenomenon becomes more prominent as the temperature and humidity become higher, and problems such as a decrease in the value of the product occur. Paper is covered and hidden, but this is not a radical solution.
The present invention relates to a solid drawing material having high strength, excellent writing quality, smooth and beautiful skin, and having no change with time in appearance, comprising at least a forming material and a coloring material, and the material In addition to the above, blending polypropylene glycol and cetyl myristate is the first gist.
The solid drawing material of the present invention is characterized in that the appearance is gorgeous and beautiful, and does not change for a long period of time, so that commercial value is maintained, and writing quality and strength are maintained without change.
The solid drawing material of the present invention achieves the object of ensuring stability over time by blending at least the forming material and the colorant with a polyoxypropylene derivative and a fatty acid ester.
Next, the solid drawing material of the present invention will be specifically described. The forming material is for maintaining the shape as a drawing material, and examples thereof include wax, gelling agent, and clay. As the wax, any conventionally known wax may be used, and specifically, carnauba wax, wood wax, beeswax, microcrystalline wax, montan wax, candelilla wax, low molecular weight polyethylene, paraffin wax and the like. Can be mentioned. As the gelling agent, conventionally known ones can be used, and examples thereof include 12 hydroxystearic acid, dibenzylidene sorbitols, tribenzylidene sorbitols, amino acid oils, and higher fatty acid alkali metal salts. Examples of clay minerals include bentonite and montmorillonite. The above materials are used alone or in combination.
As the coloring material, any of conventionally known pigments and dyes can be used. For example, inorganic pigments, organic pigments, white pigments, pearl pigments, metal pigments, fluorescent pigments and the like can be used alone or in combination. Specific examples of the inorganic pigment include carbon black, iron black, ultramarine blue, and petal, and examples of the organic pigment include azo pigments, indigo pigments, phthalocyanine pigments, quinacridone pigments, and thioindigo pigments. Examples of white pigments include titanium oxide and zinc oxide, and examples of fluorescent pigments include daylight fluorescent pigments and phosphorescent pigments. As the dye, an oil-soluble dye can be particularly preferably used, and examples thereof include known dyes such as phthalocyanine dyes, pyrazolone dyes, nigrosine dyes, anthraquinone dyes, and azo dyes. The blending amount of the coloring material is preferably 1 to 50% by weight with respect to the total amount of the solid drawing material.
Fatty acid ester is obtained by dehydration reaction of fatty acid and alcohol. Specific examples thereof include isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, butyl myristate, cetyl myristate, butyl stearate, ethyl linoleate, myristyl myristate. Cetyl palmitate, isocetyl stearate, cetyl isooctanoate, isocetyl myristate, and the like can be used singly or in combination, but cetyl myristate is particularly preferred in terms of improving strength. The blending amount of the fatty acid ester is preferably from 0.1 to 50% by weight, particularly preferably from 0.1 to 25% by weight, based on the total amount of the solid drawing material. If it is less than 0.1% by weight, the skin tends to be rough, and if it exceeds 50% by weight, the drawing material itself becomes hard and the writing quality is poor.
The polyoxypropylene derivative is an organic solvent that is contained in glycols and that is colorless and liquid in appearance, is insoluble in water, has a molecular weight in the range of 200 to 6000, and is particularly preferably 1000 or more. Examples thereof include polypropylene glycol, polyoxypropylene butyl ether, polyoxypropylene glyceryl ether, polyoxypropylene sorbit, and the like. In particular, polypropylene glycol is preferable in terms of improving strength and writing quality. The blending amount of the polyoxypropylene derivative is preferably in the range of 1 to 65% by weight with respect to the total amount of the solid drawing material. If it is less than 1% by weight, the writing quality is poor. If it exceeds 65% by weight, formation as a solid drawing material becomes difficult.
By blending a polyoxypropylene derivative, the writing quality is improved, but the strength is not sufficient, and the appearance is also rough. Therefore, by adding the fatty acid ester, the reason is not clear, but the above writing taste, strength and appearance can be obtained when using a fatty acid, and there is no white mold-like spots, and stable performance without change over time is exhibited. It is.
In addition to the above components, an extender may be added. Specific examples include talc, clay, silica, calcium carbonate, alumina, mica, potassium titanate, glass flake, corn starch, starch, boron nitride and the like, and talc and calcium carbonate are particularly preferable.
