貨物車両(A)に固着された固定枠(1)と、該貨物車両(A)の後方へ手動にて引出自在として上記固定枠(1)に前後方向へ移動自在に取付られた移動枠(2)と、該固定枠(1)の第1縦レール部材(10)に転動可能な第1車輪(31)と上記移動枠(2)の第2縦レール部材(20)に転動可能な第2車輪(32)とを有する連結分離自在な複数の台車(3)と、を備え、
上記移動枠(2)が後方引出状態で地面に立ててその後端(2a)を支持する支脚(4)を、該後端(2a)に水平収納・垂直起立可能に備え、
上記台車(3)は、上記第1車輪(31)が上記固定枠(1)の上記第1縦レール部材(10)を転動し、上記第2車輪(32)が後方引出状態の上記移動枠(2)の上記第2縦レール部材(20)を転動して、上記固定枠(1)と上記移動枠(2)とを乗り換えて前後方向に走行自在に構成され、
