Description

The present invention relates to a water speaker structure in which a front surface of a bass reflex type speaker unit including a speaker block and a bass reflex port is covered with a front cover having a plurality of openings, and a toilet with a built-in speaker using the same.

In recent years, a speaker is installed in a toilet room to generate a false sound such as running water and enjoy favorite music (for example, see Patent Document 1).

Further, as a speaker suitable for installation in a narrow space, a bass reflex type speaker unit that is small and capable of reproducing a low sound is suitably used (for example, see Patent Document 2).

By the way, at the time of cleaning the toilet room, water washing with a hose or scattering of small water is sufficiently assumed. For this reason, waterproofing measures such as attaching a front cover are indispensable in order to prevent the speaker from being damaged due to water immersion. However, in order to ensure a certain sound quality, it is necessary to provide an opening in the front cover, and an example is shown in FIG.

However, in the opening portion 5 having the slit structure as shown in FIG. 7, water can easily enter. Further, for example, even when the front cover 4 ′ and the speaker unit 1 ′ are tilted as shown in FIG. 8 to make it difficult for water to enter, the water applied to the front cover 4 ′ scatters into the opening 5, and the solid line in FIG. As indicated by arrows → broken arrows, there is a problem that water splash enters the speaker block 2 through the bass reflex port (acoustic resonance tube) 3.

To solve this, it is conceivable to use a waterproof waterproof speaker unit that is coated. However, in this case, the frequency of use may be extremely low compared to a general uncoated speaker, and the cost is low. There is a problem that it is expensive, and there is also a problem that it is difficult to make a waterproof structure because the bass reflex port 3 vibrates with air.
JP-A-8-228965 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-41680

The present invention has been invented in view of the above-described conventional problems, and can prevent deterioration of sound quality while preventing water intrusion from the opening of the front cover, and uses a coated waterproof type speaker. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a low-cost water speaker structure and a speaker built-in toilet using the same.

In order to solve the above problems, the water speaker structure of the present invention covers the front surface of the bass reflex type speaker unit 1 having the speaker block 2 and the bass reflex port 3 with the front cover 4 having a plurality of openings 5. In the water speaker structure, the opening 5 of the front cover 4 is composed of a speaker side opening 6 located in front H of the speaker block 2 and a port side opening 7 located in front H of the bass reflex port 3. In addition, the speaker-side opening 6 has an allowable opening width d that can prevent deterioration of the sound quality in the high sound range while preventing water from entering, and the rear-end opening width e of the port-side opening 7 is set to be allowable for the speaker-side opening 6. A front-falling gradient F is formed so as to be narrower than the opening width d and so that the height of the lower surface front end 8a is lower than the lower surface rear end 8b on at least the lower surface 8 of the port side opening 7. When To have.

By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to eliminate a decrease in high-directivity high-frequency components emitted from the speaker block 2 while preventing water intrusion in the speaker-side opening 6, while the port-side opening 7, water droplets can be drained to the outside along the front-falling gradient F of the lower surface portion 8 while preventing deterioration of the sound quality in the bass range from the bass reflex port 3 that increases the low frequency. The risk of malfunctions can be reduced.

Further, a forwardly rising gradient G is formed on the upper surface portion 9 facing the front lowering lower surface portion 8 of the port side opening 7 such that the height of the upper surface front end 9a is higher than that of the upper surface rear end 9b. In this case, it is possible to further enhance the drainage removal effect of escaping water splashes to the outside at the port side opening 7.

Further, it is preferable to incline the entire front cover 4 so that the upper end edge 4a of the front cover 4 protrudes forward H from the lower end edge 4b. In this case, the appearance is improved while further enhancing the water penetration preventing effect. Can be achieved.

Further, the toilet with built-in speaker using the above-mentioned water speaker structure according to the present invention attaches the front cover 4 to the hole portion 12 formed in the skirt portion 11 of the resin toilet 10, and attaches the front cover 4 to the inner side of the skirt portion 11. The bass reflex type speaker unit 1 is installed.

With such a configuration, the bass reflex speaker unit 1 with the front cover 14 that is excellent in the effect of preventing water intrusion and the effect of preventing deterioration in sound quality can be integrated into the skirt portion 11 of the resin toilet 10.

The water speaker structure according to the present invention prevents deterioration of sound quality while preventing water from entering from two types of openings (port side opening and speaker side opening) of the front cover that covers the front surface of the bass reflex type speaker unit. Therefore, the reliability of the bass-reflex type speaker unit is improved, and it is not necessary to use a coated waterproof type speaker, so that the cost of the water speaker structure can be reduced.

Moreover, the toilet bowl with a built-in speaker according to the present invention can easily incorporate a water speaker structure excellent in an effect of preventing water intrusion and an effect of preventing deterioration of sound quality into a resin toilet bowl.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

1A and 1B show an example of a bass-reflex speaker unit 1 and a front cover 4 used in an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 shows an example of a resin toilet 10, and FIG. It is a figure which shows an example in the case of accommodating the bass-reflex type speaker unit 1 inside the skirt part 11 of the toilet bowl.

The resin toilet 10 includes a bowl portion 13 and a hot water cleaning toilet seat device 14 attached to the upper surface of the rear portion of the bowl portion 13. The outer periphery of the lower end of the bowl portion 13 is covered with a skirt portion 11.

A pair of bass reflex type speaker units 1 are respectively built in the left and right sides of the front surface of the skirt portion 11. These bass reflex type speaker units 1 are operated by, for example, an operation unit (not shown) provided in the warm water washing toilet seat device 14, and depending on the contents of the operation, favorite music, imitation of washing water washing sound, and voice The explanation of how to use the warm water washing toilet seat device is reproduced as appropriate, and more comfortable and convenient toilet space can be provided.

As shown in FIG. 1, the bass reflex type speaker unit 1 includes a speaker block 2, a bass reflex port (acoustic resonance tube) 3 for increasing a low frequency, and a housing 15 called an enclosure for housing these. Has been.

In this example, the speaker block 2 is attached to the lower part of the front surface of the housing 15, and the port part 3 is opened above the speaker block 2. Here, the sound radiated to the back surface of the speaker block 2 is 180 degrees out of phase with the sound radiated to the front surface. However, the sound radiated to the back surface is transmitted through the bass reflex port 3 in the housing 15 to the front surface. At this time, the sound is radiated from the front of the speaker block 2 in phase with the sound, and the bass characteristic is enhanced, so that the bass reproduction area is expanded in the front part of the bass reflex port 3. is there. In this example, the bass reflex port 3 is arranged on the speaker block 2, but the positional relationship between the two is not limited to this, and the number of the speaker block 2 and the bass reflex port 3 is particularly limited. It is not limited.

The front surface of the bass reflex type speaker unit 1 is covered with a front cover 4. The front cover 4 is attached to a hole 12 formed in the skirt portion 11 of the resin toilet 10. The front cover 4 is provided with a plurality of openings 5 that allow the sound generated by the speaker unit 1 to pass outside the front cover 4 and prevent water and the like from entering. The opening 5 has a slit structure that is long in the horizontal direction and flat in the vertical direction. The opening 5 on the speaker side located at the front H of the speaker block 2 and the port side located at the front H of the bass reflex port 3. It is classified into two types, the opening 7. In this example, the speaker side opening 6 is constituted by a horizontal slit, and the port side opening 7 is constituted by an inclined slit.

Here, in the speaker-side opening 6 located in front H of the speaker block 2, when assuming internal protection to prevent water intrusion and entry of foreign matter, the maximum allowable upper limit value d as shown in FIG. Is maintained. This upper limit d is an allowable opening width that can prevent deterioration of sound quality in the high sound range while preventing water intrusion at the speaker-side opening 6.

On the other hand, in the port side opening 7 located in front H of the bass reflex port 3, assuming internal protection to prevent water intrusion and entry of foreign matter, the bass reflex port 3 having an opening shape as compared with the speaker side opening 6 has water. Since it is easy for the splash to enter, it is necessary to make it narrower than the opening 6 on the speaker side. Therefore, in the present invention, the rear end opening width e of the port side opening 7 is made narrower than the allowable opening width d of the speaker side opening 6, and the lower surface portion of the port side opening 7 is provided on the lower surface portion thereof. A front-falling gradient F is formed such that the height of the front end 8a is lower than that of the lower surface rear end 8b. As a result, as shown by the arrows in FIG. 5, a drainage removing effect for escaping water splashes to the outside can be obtained. Further, in this example, as shown in FIG. 4 (c), the height of the upper surface front end 9a is higher than that of the upper surface rear end 9b on the upper surface portion 9 facing the front lower surface 8 of the port side opening 7. A rising slope G is formed so as to increase. As a result, the port-side opening 7 becomes wider in the vertical direction from the rear end to the front end, and the front-end opening width f is approximately the same as the allowable opening width d of the speaker-side opening 6. As a result, the splashes of water can be rebounded to the outside by the gradients F and G, and the sound quality deterioration in the low sound range from the bass reflex port 3 can be prevented. That is, the sound emitted from the bass reflex port 3 is weak in directivity mainly in the low frequency range, so even if the rear end opening width e of the port side opening 7 is narrower than the allowable opening width d of the speaker side opening 6. The sound quality in the bass range from the bass reflex port 3 is not deteriorated.

Incidentally, if the allowable opening width d of the speaker-side opening 6 is narrowed in the same manner as the port-side opening 7, the high directivity high-frequency component emitted from the speaker block 2 is reduced and the sound quality is clearly degraded. Become. Therefore, in the present invention, the speaker-side opening 6 is opened with an allowable opening width d that can prevent water intrusion and deterioration of the treble range without providing a gradient as shown in FIG.

As described above, the opening 5 of the front cover 4 is classified into two types, that is, the port-side opening 7 and the speaker-side opening 6, thereby preventing intrusion of water droplets and the like from the opening 5. In addition to being able to plan, there is almost no effect on the sound passage property, so that the high and low frequencies of the sound can be sufficiently heard from the front direction of the front cover 4 and the sound quality is improved by the bass reflex type. Is possible. Moreover, it is not necessary to use a coated waterproof type speaker by simply changing the design of the opening width of the opening 5 of the front cover 4, and sufficient waterproofing measures can be taken with inexpensive components.

Further, in this example, by incorporating the bass reflex speaker unit 1 into the skirt portion 11 of the resin toilet 10, it can be additionally installed at low cost with respect to the existing resin toilet 10.

Furthermore, in this example, since the rear end opening width e of the port side opening 7 can be narrowed, the opening shape of the bass reflex port 3 is hardly seen from the outside through the port side opening 7, and there is an advantage that the appearance is improved.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the gradients F and G are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the port-side opening 7 has been described. However, as another embodiment, when the scattering of water is assumed to be only scattering from above, As shown in FIG. 6A, a slit structure with a one-sided gradient in which a gradient F with a downward slope is formed only on the lower surface portion 8 of the port-side opening 7 may be used. In this case, the front cover is structured such that the effect of preventing water intrusion can be further enhanced, and further, as shown in FIG. 6B, the upper end edge 4a of the front cover 4 protrudes forward H from the lower end edge 4b. The entire bass reflex speaker unit 1 may be tilted at the same angle and in the same direction as the front cover 4, thereby further reducing the deterioration of sound quality and allowing water to enter the front cover 4. The prevention effect and the appearance improvement effect can be further enhanced.

The water speaker structure of the present invention is not only applied to a resin toilet, but can be applied to a wide range of water in a toilet room and further in a housing facility other than a toilet room.
