BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a continuous high-pressure treatment method and apparatus, and in particular, a pressure reduction pump is provided on the downstream side of a processing vessel that feeds raw materials such as food or chemicals with a pressure pump, and the flow rate of the pressure pump is larger than that of the pressure reduction pump. It is related with the novel improvement for performing a high-pressure process continuously by controlling in this way.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of high-pressure processing method used, batch processing is adopted as the first conventional example, continuous processing using a throttle as the second conventional example, and narrowing the piping as the third conventional example. There are three methods of continuous processing to be performed. Among them, the second conventional example shown in FIG. 5 will be described.

Sometimes it disappeared.
Also, in the method of making resistance by making the piping of continuous processing thin and long, if there is a change in the physical properties (mixing) of the fluid (semi-liquid), the viscosity change is large due to the temperature change and it is difficult to control to the target pressure. there were. In addition, a slight change in the composition of the liquid and a change in the operating conditions caused clogging of the flow path, which was not practical.
The driving power of the high-pressure pump, that is, the high pressure flow energy is changed to the speed energy of the throttle and the heat energy due to the pipe resistance, so that the driving power is large and the operation cost is increased accordingly.
[0004]

In addition, the method of producing an oil and fat composition under high-pressure conditions has the effect of reducing the crystal grain size by pressure crystallization and increasing the amount of crystals, and the effect of improving the whipping properties and the roll-in useability. There is.

【The invention's effect】
Since the continuous high-pressure treatment method and apparatus according to the present invention are configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
That is,
(1) Since a pressure reducing pump is installed at a downstream position of the pipe pressurized by the pressure pump, and the flow rate of the pressure pump is larger than the flow rate of the pressure reducing pump, the pipe is kept at a high pressure and processing such as pressure crystallization is performed. Can be performed continuously.
(2) The seal part of the decompression pump (motor) extends over a plurality of teeth and a plurality of stages even in the gear pump example, and the pressure is reduced stepwise, so that the component change is small. Also, unlike pressure reduction at the throttle (through the full throttle), only a small amount of the leak from the seal portion is released and the pressure is released, so the overall component change is small.
(3) In particular, the pressure energy is recovered from the
(4) Arbitrary piping sandwiched between the pressurizing pump and the decompression motor can be pressurized, and only the piping is configured with pressure-resistant and high-pressure equipment, and other equipment can be designed with inexpensive low-pressure containers, so the overall equipment cost is reduced.
(5) Although the oil and fat composition production line has been exemplified, it can also be used in pressure crystallization lines for other foods / drugs.
(6) There is no upper limit to the applied pressure, and even a few hundred MPa can be applied.
(7) Applicable to high-pressure sterilization lines.
(8) Further, since the decompression energy of the decompression pump is taken out to the outside, the heat generation of the raw material is small and the change of the raw material components is small.
