Description
The present invention relates to a technical field of a driving device and an imaging device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technical field in which a driven body is moved by deformation of a piezoelectric element so that the size can be reduced and the driven body can be moved at high speed.
A driving device that moves a movable lens or an imaging element as a driven body in a predetermined direction is incorporated in various imaging devices such as a mobile phone in addition to a video camera and a still camera. For example, the movable lens constitutes a movable portion together with a lens holder that holds the movable lens, and the movable portion is moved in the optical axis direction for focusing or zooming by the driving device, or in the optical axis direction for blur correction. It is moved in the orthogonal direction.
In such a driving device, a piezoelectric element is used as a driving means, and an AC voltage is applied to excitation coils of a pair of electromagnets attached to both ends of the piezoelectric element to continuously reverse the polarity of the electromagnet. In some cases, a DC voltage is intermittently applied to a piezoelectric element at a predetermined timing, the piezoelectric element is expanded and contracted, and the electromagnet and the piezoelectric element are moved together to move the driven body in a predetermined direction. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
However, in the conventional driving device described above, a pair of electromagnets each having a yoke and an excitation coil are attached to the piezoelectric element, and the piezoelectric element and the pair of electromagnets are moved together, There is a problem that the movable part is enlarged and the weight of the movable part is increased, making it difficult to increase the speed of movement.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the above-described problems and to enable downsizing and high-speed movement of the driven body.
In order to solve the above problems, the driving device and the imaging device of the present invention are connected to a driven body and deformed by applying a driving voltage, and both ends of the piezoelectric element in the moving direction of the driven body. A pair of magnets attached with the same poles in contact with each other, an exciting coil and a yoke holding the exciting coil, and an electromagnet for controlling the attraction and repulsion of the pair of magnets to the yoke The pair of magnets is disposed on the yoke, and a pair of poles whose polarity is changed according to the direction of energization to the excitation coil are provided, and the direction of energization to the excitation coil is continuously changed to provide a pair of poles. When the excitation coil is energized in one direction, a drive voltage is applied to the piezoelectric element and the other is applied to the excitation coil. It is obtained so as to stop application of the driving voltage to the piezoelectric element when the power supply to the direction has been performed.
Therefore, in the drive device and the imaging device of the present invention, the drive voltage is intermittently applied to the piezoelectric element, and the piezoelectric element is moved with respect to the electromagnet.
The drive device according to the present invention is a drive device that moves a movable lens or an imaging device, which is a driven body, in a predetermined direction, and a piezoelectric element that is connected to the driven body and is deformed by applying a drive voltage. And a pair of magnets attached to both ends of the piezoelectric element in the moving direction of the driven body, with the same polarity in contact with each other, an exciting coil and a yoke for holding the exciting coil, and the yoke of the pair of magnets An electromagnet that controls the adsorption and repulsion to the yoke, and the yoke is provided with a pair of poles each having a pair of magnets, the polarity of which is changed according to the energization direction of the excitation coil. When the energizing coil is energized in one direction, it is reversed so that the polarities of the pair of poles are different from each other. To is characterized in that so as to stop application of the driving voltage to the piezoelectric element when the power supply to the other direction is performed to the exciting coil to apply a driving voltage.
Accordingly, since only the piezoelectric element and the magnet are moved together and the yoke is not moved, the movable part of the driving device can be reduced in size, and the weight of the movable part is reduced, so that the moving speed is high. Can be achieved.
In the invention described in claim 2, since the piezoelectric element is configured by laminating a plurality of piezoelectric ceramic plates and extending and contracting in the moving direction of the driven body, depending on the number of laminated layers The expansion / contraction amount of the piezoelectric element can be arbitrarily set, and control of the expansion / contraction amount of the piezoelectric element can be facilitated.
In the invention described in claim 3, since the piezoelectric element is an element that is bent and deformed in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the driven body, the magnitude of the driving voltage to which the piezoelectric element is applied is set. Accordingly, the deformation of the piezoelectric element can be easily controlled.
The imaging apparatus of the present invention is an imaging apparatus including a movable lens or an imaging element that is a driven body and a driving device that moves the driven body in a predetermined direction, and the driving apparatus is connected to the driven body.
The
The

At this time, a driving voltage is applied to the
When a driving voltage is applied to the
Subsequently, the phase of the alternating current is changed, and the energization direction to the
At this time, the voltage between both terminals of the
As described above, when an alternating current is supplied to the
As described above, the
In order to move the
Further, when the movement of the
As described above, in the imaging device 1, only the
Further, since the
Furthermore, by using the
Below, the modification of a case part and a drive device is demonstrated. Note that the
The
The
The
The
Both ends of the
A
The
The attached
Hereinafter, an operation of the
When an alternating current is supplied to the
At this time, a driving voltage is applied to the
Subsequently, the phase of the alternating current is changed, and the energization direction to the
At this time, the voltage between both terminals of the
As described above, the
As described above, the
In order to move the
Further, when the movement of the
In the modification described above, the
As described above, in the above-described modification, the
Further, since the
Furthermore, since the
In the above, an example in which the blur correction is performed by moving the
Moreover, although the example which performs the blurring correction | amendment by moving the
