Description
The present invention does not peel off due to pressure or impact applied during transportation or storage, and does not cause rupture, with the contents wrapped and self-supporting when heated in a microwave oven. In particular, the present invention relates to a microwave heating packaging bag that can reduce the internal pressure.
More specifically, in addition to solids, powders, etc., it is used for hermetically wrapping liquid and fluid contents, it is excellent in filling ability of contents, steam is discharged quickly, and contents do not spill, The present invention relates to a packaging bag for heating a microwave oven that can be cooked safely, has independence stability, is easy to be taken out from a microwave oven, can be sealed with good productivity, and has an excellent display effect at a store.
In recent years, with the widespread development of microwave ovens, and because of the demand for simplified cooking, cooked processed foods are packaged in plastic packaging bags, etc., sealed, and distributed in a form that preserves them. ing.
However, when such foods are heated in a microwave oven, if the packaging bag remains sealed, the internal pressure in the bag rises due to water vapor generated from the contents by heating, and eventually the rupture occurs, and the contents become electronic. It was often scattered in the range.
Further, a weakly sealing thin film tape is interposed in a part of the heat seal portion of the bag, and the easy peel surface of the bottom member is peeled off and a vent hole is opened when the inside of the packaging bag becomes a predetermined pressure or more. A microwave packaging bag has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
In addition, a microwave oven packaging bag having a flat pouch shape in which a part of the heat seal portion is narrowed has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 3).
Also, a microwave oven packaging bag in which the same surface sides are brought into contact with each other by a plastic film, a palm joint is formed to join in a palm shape by heat sealing with a predetermined width, and a self-standing means is formed at the bottom. There has been proposed a microwave oven packaging body that can release pressure from an easy-open seal when the body is self-supporting (see, for example, Patent Document 4).
Further, at least one of the inner edges of the both sides of the thermal bonding between the bite and the bottom folding part is provided with an overhanging heat-bonding portion having an easily peelable surface that protrudes inward from the inner edge and is thermally bonded. A standing pouch with an occlusal tool characterized in that a cutting blade or a notch is formed in the bonded portion has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 5).
However, the packaging bag of Patent Document 1 is troublesome because it is necessary to cut a part of the packaging bag with scissors in advance and form a vent before heating with a microwave oven. There are drawbacks, and it is very dangerous that the consumer forgets the work of forming the vent before heating and may heat up and cause the bag to burst.
Moreover, since the packaging bag of
Moreover, since the packaging bag of
Moreover, in the package body of patent document 4, there exists a fault that a bag making process is complicated and manufacturing cost becomes high.
Further, the packaging bag of
Also, if the overhanging heat bonding part is provided on the inner edges of both sides that are heat bonded, when the consumer takes out the contents from the packaging bag after heating with a microwave oven, the contents are not cut off in the overhanging heat bonding part. Care must be taken not to spill from the notch and burn.
The purpose of the present invention is excellent in filling suitability for liquids and fluid contents in addition to solids and powders, and can be sealed with high productivity without being peeled off by pressure or impact applied during transportation or storage.

Moreover, as shown in FIG.1 (b), the laminated |

FIGS. 3A and 3B are plan views showing another embodiment of the packaging bag for microwave heating according to the present invention, which is another packaging bag of the packaging bag for microwave heating according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3B, the
Moreover, since the microwave

Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, the position where the
If the radius r1 is longer than the radius r2, the peeling and retreating of the seal portion due to the heat of steam generated by heating and the increase in internal pressure peels off at the side portion or the side seal portion of the packaging bag. Since the contents may leak due to broken bags, it is not preferable.
In addition, as for the position which forms the point seal |

In addition, when performing said lamination | stacking, if necessary, it can pre-process, such as a corona treatment, an ozone treatment, a frame process, etc., and can laminate | stack.
The above-mentioned surface pretreatment is carried out as a method for improving the adhesion and the like when laminating each resin film or sheet and each layer. As a method for improving the above adhesion, for example, A primer coat agent layer, an undercoat agent layer, an anchor coat agent layer, and the like can be arbitrarily formed in advance on the surface of various resin films or sheets to form a surface treatment layer.

In addition, it is preferable to form a notch above the side seal portion of the bag.
In this case, it is preferable to use a stretched film having a tearing directionality that is easy to tear laterally through the notch.
In the above, as the heat seal method, for example, a bar seal, a rotary roll seal, a belt seal, an impulse seal, a high frequency seal, an ultrasonic seal and the like are known. It can be done by the method.
The sealing strength of the thermal bonding portion at the edge and the thermal bonding portion in the vapor venting means is preferably 5 N / 15 mm width to 25 N / 15 mm width at a temperature of 90 ° C. or more, and 10 N / 15 mm width to More preferably, the width is 15 N / 15 mm.
If the seal strength exceeds 25 N / 15 mm width at a temperature of 90 ° C. or higher, the seal retraction does not occur smoothly, and automatic opening may not be achieved quickly and reliably.
Further, the state of seal retraction is not particularly defined, but cohesive failure is preferred.
Further, although the seal strength between the
Moreover, it is preferable that it has a seal strength of 23 N / 15 mm or more at normal temperature because it can be used without being peeled off by pressure or impact applied during transportation or storage.

Since the microwave
Normally, in the case of a stand pouch, the bottom part is heat-sealed prior to the top part to form a bag, so the contents cannot be filled from the bottom side, and the contents can be filled only from the top part. Since the point seal portion is formed by connecting or separating to the top seal portion above the packaging bag, the bottom portion can have a wider opening than the top portion, so that the contents can be easily filled. There is.
In addition, it can be cooked in a microwave oven for a predetermined time while eating the food, and the steam generated by heating can be quickly discharged, and the internal pressure can be lowered automatically. It has excellent properties, has excellent display effects at stores, and can be sealed with high productivity.
