Claims (3)
- アレルゲンを低減化させたい食品のアレルゲンを検出または定量するアレルゲン検出手段と、前記検出手段の情報に基づいてアレルゲンを低減するアレルゲン低減手段を持ち、前記アレルゲン低減手段は、アレルゲン低減レベルを少なくとも2つ以上に設定でき、凍結と減圧動作により美味しさや栄養を維持できる範囲内でアレルゲンを低減することが可能であるレベル1と、加熱と減圧動作によりアレルゲンを根こそぎ排除することが可能であるレベル2を持つことを特徴とする保存庫。
- 前記食品のアレルゲンを検出または定量するアレルゲン検出手段は、少なくとも2つ以上の検出範囲を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保存庫。
- 前記食品のアレルゲン低減手段は、所定のアレルゲン量に達するまで繰り返し動作することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の保存庫。
