Description

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in recent years, there has been a strong demand for the emergence of nuclear power plants that can produce more electricity on limited sites and are more economical than state-of-the-art thermal power plants from the viewpoint of preventing global warming. . In order to achieve this, a large number of fuel assemblies are housed in a small reactor pressure vessel, the lower part of the reactor pressure vessel is simplified, the reactor is stored, and the coolant that is the accident in the design standards of the reactor It is necessary to reduce the volume per electrical output of the reactor containment vessel that seals the coolant in the event of a loss accident and the reactor building that houses the reactor containment vessel. This is because the volume of the containment vessel is almost proportional to the total volume of coolant in the reactor pressure vessel. In the conventional boiling water reactor and the invention shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 4-033407, it is necessary to store a larger number of fuel assemblies in the reactor pressure vessel, and a cylindrical vessel called a shroud containing the core is provided. The double structure housed in the reactor pressure vessel has become a limitation of downsizing the reactor pressure vessel. In addition, a large number of control rod drive mechanisms and large-capacity internal pumps suspended at the lower part of the reactor pressure vessel, and reduction of the drawing space thereof were necessary.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. The reactor equipment is supported by the inner wall of the reactor pressure vessel, the shroud is removed, and the control rod drive mechanism is accommodated in the reactor, thereby the reactor pressure. It is an object of the present invention to provide a concrete in-furnace support structure capable of simplifying the lower part of the container, means for in-furnace equipment, and means for supplying driving power to a built-in control rod drive mechanism.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the boiling water reactor of the present invention, a built-in control rod drive mechanism, an electromagnetic coupling for transmitting electric power to the built-in control rod drive mechanism from the outside of the furnace, A large-capacity internal pump that circulates the cooling water, a tubular flow path that guides the cooling water to the large-capacity internal pump, the upper end opening of the core is closed, and the drive shafts of the control rods are movable up and down A shroud head inserted into the shroud head, a plurality of steam-water separators installed on the upper end of the shroud head via a stand pipe to perform two-phase steam-water separation generated from the core, and above the steam-water separator Provided with a steam dryer that dries steam separated by the steam separator, and has a shroud head lower end, a core upper end, and a core lower end support plate connected to the pressure vessel at the bottom of the reactor. Loudspeakers free furnace structure reactor pressure vessel in a large number of fuel loading the core and the control rod drive mechanism, guide chimney, made it possible to support the furnace equipment such as the shroud head and steam-water separator.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to store a large number of fuel assemblies in a relatively small reactor pressure vessel, simplify the lower portion of the reactor pressure vessel, and improve the economy. . However, since the internal structure of the reactor was significantly changed compared to the conventional boiling water reactor, we evaluated how the earthquake resistance, characteristics during loss of coolant accidents, and pressure transients are affected. Below, the effect of this invention is described.
[Evaluation of earthquake resistance]

[Evaluation during loss of coolant accident]
As an example, the boiling water reactor of the present invention has a rated electrical output of 1700 MWe, which is increased by about 25% compared to the rated electrical output of 1356 MWe of a conventional boiling water reactor (ABWR), and its effects are quantitatively evaluated. did. As shown in FIG. 1, although the
[Evaluation during pressure transient]
As an example, the boiling water reactor of the present invention has a rated electrical output of 1700 Mwe, which is about 25% higher than the rated electrical output of 1356 MWe of a conventional boiling water reactor (ABWR). When the
As described above, the boiling water reactor of the present invention is a relatively advantageous plant against loss of coolant accidents and pressure transients, and has improved not only economics but also earthquake resistance, safety and reliability. It was confirmed to be a plant.
In addition, according to the present invention, in a conventional boiling water reactor, a plurality of control rod drive mechanisms suspended from the lower part of the reactor pressure vessel can be installed inside the reactor pressure vessel of the same size as the conventional one. Thus, the installation space for the conventional control rod drive mechanism can be deleted. As a result, the volume of the reactor building can be reduced, and the economy related to the construction of the boiling water reactor power plant can be improved. On the other hand, by incorporating it in the reactor, it is possible to adopt the gravity drop method from the method of scramming the control rod against the pressure in the reactor using the conventional water pressure control unit, and the high pressure for scrum Water pressure generators can be deleted. This also improves the economics associated with the construction of a boiling water reactor power plant.
Further, according to the present invention, the gravitational drop type scrum operation having the above-described effect can be realized by an easy means of stopping power to the exciting coil.
In addition, the present invention is a position detection method that is consistent with the electromagnetic coupling that eliminates the need to remove or reconnect the power transmission cable at the time of taking out and installing the in-furnace structure during regular inspection. A control rod position detection function to be provided can be provided. Although the above-described effect can be obtained by installing the control rod drive mechanism in the upper part of the core in the reactor pressure vessel, it is necessary to take out the control rod drive mechanism outside the reactor at the time of fuel replacement work at the time of regular inspection.
Further, according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 18, the control rod drive mechanism for fuel replacement at the periodic inspection and the work of taking out and reassembling the other in-reactor structure are simplified, and the above-described built-in reactor control The effect of the rod drive mechanism can be utilized.
In addition, according to the present invention, the drive shaft can be operated with low friction during normal operation, and the gravity drop type scram operation can be performed with a simple mechanism, and the control rod drive is excellent in reliability and economy. A mechanism can be provided.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the long drive shaft protection tube can be firmly supported by the existing in-furnace structure, the reliability is improved economically against the hydrodynamic vibration caused by the flow of the surrounding cooling water. Can be achieved.
As described above, according to the present invention, the reactor pressure vessel can be reduced in size with respect to the electrical output ratio, and the reactor containment vessel that seals the coolant in the case of the loss of coolant that is the design standard accident of the reactor and the atomic vessel The reactor building that houses the reactor containment vessel can also be made relatively small. In particular, a reactor structure without a shroud can support in-core equipment such as the core, control rod drive mechanism, guide chimney, shroud head, and steam / water separator, so many fuel assemblies are loaded in a small reactor pressure vessel. It is possible to provide a large and economical boiling water reactor capable of operating. In addition, the lower part of the reactor pressure vessel is simplified, and the reactor containment vessel that seals the coolant in the event of a loss of coolant, which is a design design accident of the reactor, and the electrical output of the reactor building that houses the reactor containment vessel It was also possible to reduce the hit volume.
