Description
The present invention relates to an embedding material that is fixed on a precast concrete plate and buried in the concrete by cast-in-place concrete to form a hollow slab structure, and a hollow slab substrate having the embedding material.
The floor structure of a recent concrete-based apartment building is that a light-weight embedding material is fixed on a precast concrete board (PCa board), and then cast-in-place concrete is placed on top of that to place the embedded material in the in-situ concrete. Hollow slab structures that are buried are widely used. In the above-mentioned hollow slab structure, there is a problem that the sound insulation performance deteriorates due to resonance of the concrete above and below the hollow portion (embedding material). Proposals have been made in which a penetrating space that can be penetrated is formed, and in addition, a groove that is open upward or downward so as to be connected to the penetrating space is formed (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
In a hollow slab structure, in order to suppress the so-called taiko phenomenon and ensure high sound insulation performance, it is desirable that the concrete above the embedding material and the precast concrete plate be integrated over a wide area, and for this reason, It is desirable that the through space formed in the insert has a large plane area. Further, it is desirable that the through space is open on the side of the embedding material so that the placed concrete can flow into the through space quickly and reliably.
However, when the opening area of the through space on the upper and lower surfaces and side surfaces of the embedded material increases, the effective cross-sectional area of the embedded material in the through space portion decreases and the strength decreases, and the embedded material is fixed to the precast concrete plate. Before carrying out, there is a risk that damage will occur in the part of the penetrating space during carrying work.
FIG. 7 is a plan view of the embedding
FIG. 8 shows an
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages of the embedded material having a vertical penetration space partially filled with cast-in-place concrete, and a larger amount of concrete can be easily obtained. It is an object of the present invention to provide an embedding material used in a hollow slab structure, which has a through space that can be filled in, and can avoid breakage in that portion during a transfer operation or the like. Moreover, it aims at providing the hollow slab board | substrate which fixed the embedding material.
The embedding material according to the present invention is an embedding material having a through space above and below which is fixed on a precast concrete plate and embedded in the concrete by a cast-in-place concrete to form a hollow slab structure, The embedding material is composed of at least two embedding members, and each embedding member is joined by at least two bridging materials at different positions in the vertical direction so as to form a first upper and lower penetrating space. It is characterized by being included.
In the embedding material according to the present invention, each embedding member constituting the embedding material is joined by at least two bridging materials at different positions in the vertical direction, so that the bridging material is located on the same horizontal plane. Compared to, the resistance to bending is increased. Therefore, the volume of the first upper and lower through space and the surrounding open area can be increased while ensuring the required strength against bending, and the work of placing cast-in-place concrete when making a hollow slab structure is easy. And a hollow slab structure having high sound insulation performance can be obtained.
The desired object is achieved if at least one bridge member is formed at a higher position along the opposite side surfaces of the embedding material and at a lower position on the other side. Two or two or more bridge members may be formed on the upper and lower sides of one side, and the bridge member may be formed on two or more or two or more on the other side. In consideration of the volume of the first upper and lower through space required for the embedding material, the strength against bending, and the like, the formation position and number of bridge members may be set as appropriate. The same applies to the effective cross-sectional area of each bridge member.
As the material for the embedding material, any material can be used as long as it is light and does not deform by the cast concrete, but a synthetic resin foam molded product such as expanded polystyrene is most suitable. In addition, a foam such as a styrene resin, a polyolefin resin, a hard urethane resin, a phenol resin, a polyisothiocyanate resin, or an epoxy resin, or a foam obtained by appropriately mixing these resins can be used. The foaming method is arbitrary, and may be appropriately selected depending on the synthetic resin material to be used, such as extrusion foaming or foaming in a bead mold, and the shape of the embedding material to be molded.
In the embedding material according to the present invention, preferably, the uppermost bridging material of at least two bridging materials is formed at a position lower than the upper surface of the embedding material (Claim 2). In this form of the embedding material, a step is formed between the upper surface of the embedding material and the uppermost bridge material, so that the step can be used for routing the equipment pipe.
The shape of each embedding member constituting the embedding material is basically arbitrary, and may be solid. In order to obtain higher sound insulation performance, the at least one embedding member may have a second upper and lower penetrating space (Claim 3), and may have a concave groove opened on the upper surface or the lower surface. (Claim 4). Both the embedded member having the second upper and lower penetrating space and the embedded member having the recessed groove opened on the upper surface or the lower surface may be combined with a bridge material to form one embedded material.
The present invention further relates to a hollow slab substrate in which a plurality of embedding materials are fixed on a precast concrete board, and as at least a part or all of the embedding materials of the plurality of embedding materials. A hollow slab substrate characterized by using the above-described embedding material is also disclosed (claim 5). Similar to the conventionally known hollow slab substrate, if necessary, the hollow slab substrate is provided with the necessary reinforcement.
According to the present invention, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of breakage in a part during conveyance work or the like while having a vertical penetration space that can be more easily filled with a larger amount of cast-in-place concrete. An embedding material used in the slab structure and a hollow slab substrate on which the embedding material is fixed are obtained.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of an embedding material according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of an embedding material according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a perspective view and a sectional view showing still another embodiment of the embedding material according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the embedding material shown in FIG. 5 and 6 are diagrams for explaining a hollow slab substrate using the embedding material shown in FIGS.
The first embodiment of the embedding
In the illustrated one, the
The second type of embedding
The third embodiment of the embedding
The left and right embedding
The central embedding
In addition, on the bottom surface of each embedding
Each of the above-mentioned embedding
