Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floor structure of a building accessory, and can be used for a floor in a building accessory such as a balcony, a veranda, a terrace, an outer staircase for an apartment house, an outer corridor, or the like.
[0002]
[Background]
The floor of the deck material system of Balconi, which is an accessory of the building, has a plurality of joists as support members arranged in parallel, and deck materials as floor members are placed on these joists, and the deck material is joisted. Further, it is formed by fixing with a fastening tool such as a fixing screw that penetrates the deck material and reaches the joist.
[0003]
In this conventional floor structure, since the fastening tool penetrates the deck material vertically, a through hole through which the fastening tool is inserted is formed vertically in the deck material. For this reason, in order to prevent rain water falling on the deck material or flowing on the deck material from falling through the through hole, it is necessary to waterproof the portion of the through hole. Blocking with a waterproof seal is performed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to this, the construction work of the waterproof seal is required, and the labor for the balconi construction work is increased accordingly, which becomes a factor that hinders the improvement of work efficiency.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a floor structure of a building accessory so as to eliminate the need for waterproofing work for a through hole for inserting a fastener formed in a floor member such as a deck material.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the floor structure of a building accessory according to the present invention, the floor member of the building accessory is placed on the support member, and the floor member is supported by the fastening member that penetrates the floor member and reaches the support member. In the floor structure of a building attachment fixed to a member, a drainage recess is formed at a floor member fixing position by the fastening device on the upper surface of the support member, and an end of the drainage recess faces the trough member and opens. It is characterized by that.
[0007]
According to the floor structure of the building accessory, a drainage recess is formed at the floor member fixing portion on the upper surface of the support member, so that a through hole through which the fastener is inserted is formed in the floor member. However, the rainwater that has reached the support member through this through-hole will fall into this drainage recess, and the end of this drainage recess opens to the saddle member, so the rainwater is drained. It will flow down from the concave portion to the eaves member and is discharged to the outside of the building attachment.
[0008]
This eliminates the need for waterproofing work such as closing the through hole of the floor member through which the fastener for fixing the floor member to the support member is inserted with a waterproof seal. It can be reduced.
[0009]
In the above, the support member may be an elongated member such as a joist, and a plurality of the support members may be arranged side by side, or may be a panel or thick plate having a relatively large area. One or a plurality of floor members may be supported.
[0010]
Further, when the supporting member is an elongated member such as a joist, the drain recess may be a groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the elongated member, and the supporting member has a relatively large area. When it is in the shape of a plate or thick plate, it may be in the shape of a groove or a depression that is recessed over a large area of the support member.
[0011]
The support member may be solid, or may be a hollow member having a hollow portion inside the support member at the lower part of the concave portion for drainage.
[0012]
In the latter case, when the tip of the fastener reaches the cavity, the end of the cavity is opened facing the flange member.
[0013]
According to this, the tip of the fastening device reaches the cavity, and therefore, the support member has a through-hole through which the fastening device passes from the drain recess to the cavity, and rainwater in the drain recess Even if the water drops through the through hole and falls into the cavity, the rainwater is guided to the cavity and flows down to the eaves member and is discharged to the outside of the building attachment.
[0014]
Further, the upper surface of the support member and the lower surface of the floor member may be in direct contact with each other at a place removed from the drain recess, or a waterproof member is interposed between the upper surface of the support member and the lower surface of the floor member. Also good.
[0015]
According to the latter, the waterproof member can more reliably prevent rainwater that has fallen from the through hole for inserting the fastener of the floor member into the drainage recess to fall outside the drainage through the drainage recess. It is possible to more effectively perform the rain.
[0016]
Further, the drainage recess and the end of the cavity faced, and the dredging member from which the rainwater flowing down the drainage recess and cavity falls may be specially provided in a building accessory, or In addition, the eaves member may be a member necessary for a building accessory, specifically, a receiving member on which a support member is placed and received.
[0017]
When the saddle member is the latter, the saddle member is shared by the members necessary for the building attachment, so that the number of required members can be reduced and the floor structure can be simplified.
[0018]
Moreover, the said eaves member may be a structural material of a building attachment, that is, a framework material of a building attachment.
[0019]
According to this, the eaves member is shared with the structural material of the building attachment, and this can also reduce the number of members and achieve the simplification of the floor structure.
[0020]
Moreover, when the eaves member is a receiving member on which a support member is placed and is used as a structural material for a building accessory, the number of members can be further reduced, the structure can be simplified, and the structural material is sufficient. Since it has strength, the support member can be received with sufficient strength.
[0021]
In this way, when the eaves member is used as a structural material for a building accessory, the structural material may be a girder or a wife.
[0022]
In the above, the fastener for penetrating the floor member and fixing the floor member to the support member may be a screw such as a bolt or a screw, a rivet, a pin, a staple, or any other fastening. You can use dressing.
[0023]
Further, the building accessory to which the floor structure according to the present invention is applied may be a balconi, a veranda, a terrace, a staircase outside an apartment house, an outer corridor of an apartment house, or an arbitrary building accessory. The floor structure according to the present invention can be applied.
[0024]

[0025]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The building attachment to which the floor structure according to the present embodiment is applied is a balconi, and FIG. 1 is a side view of the balconi 1.
[0026]
An arm member 3 protrudes from the outer wall 2A of the building 2, and a wife 5 which is a balconi structural material is coupled to the arm member 3 with bolts and nuts 4. In this way, there are a plurality of wife members 5 coupled to the outer wall 2A via the arm member 3 in the girder direction of the building 1 (in the direction orthogonal to FIG. 1 in the drawing), and between the adjacent member members 5 adjacent to each other. Further, a girder 6 which is a structural material of the balcony 1 is installed. A handrail 7 of the balcony 1 is erected on the end member 5 and the girder 6, thereby forming a contour structure of the balcony 1.
[0027]
The floor of the balconi 1 is formed by placing a deck material 11 which is a floor member on the joists 10, and FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a portion of the floor. A plurality of joists 10 serving as support members for supporting a plurality of deck members 11 thereon are arranged side by side in the direction of the girder of the building, in other words, in the longitudinal direction of the girder 6. A receiving member 8 made of an angle member is attached to the outer wall 2 </ b> A of the building 2, and the end portion of each joist 10 on the building 2 side is received on the flange portion 8 </ b> A of the lower end of the receiving member 8.
[0028]
The girder 6 is a hollow material having a hollow chamber S1 inside, and an opening 6A is formed on the side facing the building 2, and the lower end of the opening 6A is bent toward the building 2 side. It becomes the protrusion part 6B which protrudes. The end of each joist 10 on the side of the spar 6 is placed on this projecting part 6B. Therefore, the end of the joist 10 on the side of the spar 6 is placed on the spar 6 as the structural material of the balconi 1. It is used as a receiving member.
[0029]
4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line S4-S4 of FIG. The joist 10 is a pultruded product or an extruded product made of an aluminum alloy, and the same cross section is continuous in the longitudinal direction. That is, the joist 10 includes a flange portion 10A between the lower end flange portion 10A, two upright portions 10B rising from the flange portion 10A in the width direction of the joist 10 at a predetermined interval, and upper ends of these upright portions 10B. The lid 10C is installed in parallel with 10A, and the extending portion 10D is formed by extending a little upwardly beyond the lid 10C at the location where each raised portion 10B is extended.
[0030]
For this reason, the joist 10 is provided with drainage grooves 12 as drainage recesses in which the bank portions on both sides are formed by the extension 10D at a location corresponding to the upper surface above the lid 10C. A cavity S2 surrounded by the flange portion 10A, the upright portion 10B, and the lid portion 10C is provided under the lid portion 10C, in other words, inside the joist 10.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 2, the joist 10 is constructed between the building 2 and the girder 6 with the flange 10 </ b> A placed on the flange 8 </ b> A of the receiving member 8 and the protruding portion 6 </ b> B of the girder 6. The bolts 13 screwed into the flange portions 10A are coupled to the flange portions 8A of the receiving members 8 and the protruding portions 6B of the girders 6.
[0032]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the above-described deck material 11 is placed on the joist 10, and this deck material 11 is fixed as a fastening tool in a state where the upper part of the drainage groove 12 of the joist 10 is closed. The screw 14 is fixed to the lid portion 10 </ b> C of the joist 10.
[0033]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the deck material 11 as seen from the side of the wife 5 of the balcony 1. The deck material 11 made of a synthetic resin is a hollow product composed of a lower surface portion 11A, an upper surface portion 11B, and a plurality of partition portions 11C that connect the lower surface portion 11A and the upper surface portion 11B. Is provided with a recess 11D in which the upper surface portion 11B is interrupted, and a groove portion 11E not provided with the upper surface portion 11B is formed at one end portion in the width direction, and the other end portion in the width direction. Is provided with an extension portion 11F obtained by extending the upper surface portion 11B as it is.
[0034]
A plurality of deck materials 11 in which such a shape is continuous in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the joists 10 are arranged in the width direction (longitudinal direction of the joists 10) in a state where the extension portions 11F are covered on the grooves 11E. As shown in FIG. 2, each deck member 11 is placed on each joist 10 and fixed to the joist 10 by a fixing screw 14 penetrating the lower surface portion 11 </ b> A in the recess 11 </ b> D. The tip of the rod also penetrates the lid 10 </ b> C of the joist 10 and reaches the cavity S <b> 2 inside the joist 10.
[0035]
After the work of fixing the respective deck members 11 to the respective joists 10 with the fixing screws 14 as described above, the concave portions 11D of the respective deck members 11 have the downward U-shape shown in FIG. The cover 15 is inserted, whereby the recess 11 is closed.
[0036]
In the present embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the joists 10 are arranged with a downward slope toward the girder 6 side, and therefore each deck material 11 shown in FIG. is doing.
[0037]
Further, the end portion of the joist 10 on the side of the beam member 6 is inserted into the beam member 6 through the opening 6 </ b> A of the beam member 6, so that the drainage groove formed on the upper surface of the joist plate 10. The end of 12 faces the hollow chamber S1 inside the girder 6 and opens, and the end of the cavity S2 formed inside the joist 10 also opens toward the hollow chamber S1. In addition, among the deck materials 11, the end of the deck material 11 closest to the beam material 6 on the side of the beam material 6 is also inserted into the beam material 6 slightly from the opening 6 </ b> A of the beam material 6.
[0038]
The rainwater that has fallen on the deck material 11 in the rain flows down on the deck material 11 including the upper surface of the cover 15 that is inclined downward toward the girder 6 side, and the hollow of the girder 6 is hollow. Drop into chamber S1. In addition, the rainwater that has fallen into the recess 11D from the gap with the cover 15 while flowing down on the deck material 11 has the end portion of each recess 5D on the side of the end member 5 in the same manner as the girder 6 inside. Since the opening of the wife 5 that is a hollow chamber faces the hollow chamber, it flows through the recess 11D and falls into the hollow chamber of the wife 5.
[0039]
Because one end of the connecting pipe 16 shown in FIG. 1 is connected to the lower surface of the joint between the end member 5 and the beam member 6, and the vertical rod 17 is connected to the other end of the connecting pipe 16. The rainwater that has fallen into the hollow chamber of the end member 5 is guided from the end member 5 through the connecting pipe 16 to the downpipe 17 and discharged to the outside of the balcony 1.
[0040]
Each deck member 11 is fixed to the joist 10 with a fixing screw 14 vertically passing through the lower surface portions 11A of the deck materials 11 in the recesses 11D. As shown in FIGS. Since there is a through hole 18 through which the fixing screw 14 is inserted, some of the rainwater that has fallen into the recess 11D from the gap with the cover 15 while flowing down the deck material 11 to the beam material 6 side. The rainwater reaches the upper surface of the joist 10 through the through hole 18. Since the drainage groove 12 is provided on the upper surface, the rainwater that reaches the upper surface of the joist 10 falls into the drainage groove 12. . Thereafter, the rainwater flows along the drainage groove 12 to the hollow chamber S1 of the girder 6 and thereafter, like the rainwater that has fallen into the hollow chamber of the end member 5, it passes through the connecting pipe 16 from the vertical shaft 17 to the balcony. 1 is discharged to the outside.
[0041]
For this reason, in this embodiment, the girder 6 which is a structural material for ensuring the overall strength of the balcony 1 is a gutter for allowing rainwater to fall inside and discharging the stormwater to the outside of the balconi 1. It is also a member.
[0042]
Further, the lid portion 10C of the joist 10 that forms the bottom of the drainage groove 12 also has a through hole 19 through which the fixing screw 14 reaching the cavity S2 is inserted, and rainwater flowing down the drainage groove 12 is provided. A part reaches the inside of the joist 10 from the through-hole 19. Since the hollow portion S <b> 2 having an end facing the hollow chamber S <b> 1 of the beam 6 is formed in the inner portion, the joist 10 is formed. The rainwater that reaches the inside of the pipe falls into the hollow portion S2, and then the rainwater flows along the hollow portion S2 into the hollow chamber S1 of the girder 6 and passes through the connecting pipe 16 from the vertical shaft 17 to the balconi 1. It is discharged outside.
[0043]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the deck material 11 is fixed to the joist 10 with the fixing screw 14 inserted into the through hole 18 of the lower surface portion 11A of the deck material 11, and rainwater is sent from the through hole 18 to the joist 10. The drainage groove 12 is formed on the upper surface, and the end of the drainage groove 12 is opened facing the hollow chamber S1 of the girder 6 so that rainwater can be drained. 12 can be guided down to the hollow chamber S1.
[0044]
For this reason, it is not necessary to perform the work of waterproofing the through hole 18 through which the fixing screw 14 is inserted with a waterproof seal or the like, and the labor and work man-hours for the construction work of the balconi 1 can be reduced accordingly.
[0045]
In addition, there is a cavity S2 inside the joist 10, and a through hole 19 through which the fixing screw 14 reaching the cavity S2 is inserted exists in the cover 10C of the joist 10 which is the bottom of the drainage groove 12. Even if a part of the rainwater flowing down the drainage groove 12 reaches the inside of the joist 10 from the through hole 19, the end of the cavity S2 is also opened facing the hollow chamber S1 of the girder 6; Can be guided by the hollow portion S2 and guided to the hollow chamber S1.
[0046]
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the rainwater flowing down the drainage groove 12 and the hollow portion S2 of the joists 10 falls into the hollow chamber S1 of the girder 6 and is then guided to the hollow chamber S1 to the outside of the balconi 1. Since it will be discharged | emitted, the girder 6 can be utilized also as a gutter member for discharging | emitting rain water to the exterior of the balcony 1. FIG.
[0047]
Further, the girder 6 is provided with a protruding portion 6B on which the end of the joist 10 on the side of the girder 6 is placed, so that the girder 6 is attached to the building 2 shown in FIG. The girders 6 also serve as receiving members necessary for placing and receiving the ends of the joists 10 on the structure of the balconies 1.
[0048]
For this reason, the number of members necessary for assembling the floor of the balconi 1 can be reduced, and the structure of the floor can be simplified.
[0049]
FIG. 5 shows an embodiment in which even if a large amount of rainwater flows down the drainage groove 12 of the joist 10, it is possible to prevent the rainwater from overflowing from the drainage groove 12. In this embodiment, the waterproof member 20 is disposed on the upper portion of the extending portion 10 </ b> D of the joist 10 that is the bank portions on both sides of the draining groove 12, and thereby, the joist 10 at a place removed from the draining groove 12. A waterproof member 20 is interposed between the upper surface of the deck member 11 and the lower surface of the deck member 11. Accordingly, the upper surface of the joist 10 and the lower surface of the deck material 11 at a location removed from the drainage groove 12 by the waterproof member 20 are in close watertight contact with each other even if a large amount of rainwater flows down the drainage groove 12. The rainwater from the drainage groove 12 does not overflow.
[0050]
In the embodiment of FIG. 6, the joists 10 and the respective deck members 11 are arranged horizontally without a water gradient between the building 2 and the girders 6. For this reason, the receiving member 28 for placing and receiving the end of the joist 10 on the building 2 side also serves as a gutter member.
[0051]
That is, a groove 29 extending in the longitudinal direction of the receiving member 28 is formed in the flange portion 28A at the lower end of the receiving member 28 on which the end of the joist 10 on the building 2 side is placed, and both ends of the groove 29 are The lid 29 </ b> A is closed, and a vertical rod 30 connected to the groove 29 is coupled to an appropriate position of the receiving member 28. For this reason, the rainwater that has flowed through the drainage groove 12 and the cavity S2 of the joists 10 and reached the end of the joists 10 on the building 2 side falls into the grooves 29, and is then guided to the grooves 29 and guided to the vertical shaft 30 To the outside of Balconi 1.
[0052]
In addition, the rainwater that has flowed through the drainage groove 12 and the hollow portion S2 of the joist 10 and reached the end of the joist 10 on the side of the girders 6 passes through the connecting pipe 16 and is sent from the vertical shaft 17 to the balcony 1 as in the above embodiment. It is discharged outside.
[0053]
As shown in the embodiment of FIG. 6, the receiving member 28 on the building 2 side that also serves as the eaves member can also be applied when the joists 10 and the deck material 11 are arranged with a downward slope toward the building 2 side.
[0054]
Further, the deck material 11 in each of the above embodiments extends in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the joists 10, and the longitudinal direction of the joists 10 is the width direction. The present invention can also be applied to the case where the material extends in the longitudinal direction of the joists 10 and the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the joists 10 is the width direction of the deck material.
[0055]
In the embodiment described above, the water flowing through the drainage groove 12 and the cavity S2 of the joists 10 is rainwater. However, even when this water is melted snow melted on the balconi 1, Similarly, this water can be discharged.
[0056]
【The invention's effect】
