Description
本装置はベースプレート1を備え、ベースプレート1には切削対象としてのパイプをその真下に固定するための要素18が設けられている。キャリッジ2はベースプレート1上に支持されて、複数のランナ3沿いに線形運動を行う。滑り軸受けまたは転動体付き(転がり)軸受け等、何らかの線形軸受け(ベアリング)を使用することも可能である。キャリッジ2には、切削工具20用開口部8を有する駆動プーリ4が回転可能に軸受搭載されている。開口部8の中心軸は、切削対象としてのパイプの中心軸と垂直に交差している。駆動プーリ4は、駆動プーリ4を取り巻くはめ歯歯車5と係合するチェーンまたは歯付きベルト6によって回転される。
本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その構造の細部は添付した特許請求の範囲内において変更可能である。
Claims (4)
- 切削対象としてのパイプを固定するための要素(18)を有するベースプレート(1)と、前記ベースプレート(1)上に支持されてランナ(3)沿いに線形運動を行うキャリッジ(2)と、動力部(7)によって駆動され、切削工具(20)のための開口部(8)と前記切削工具(20)の外側歯付きリム(19)と噛合して前記切削工具を回転させるための内側歯付きリム(9)とを有する駆動プーリ(4)と、前記切削工具(20)の第2の歯付きリム(23)と噛合して低速で前記切削工具を回転させるギヤ(22)とを備え、それによってカッタヘッド(24)が前記低速回転運動により前記キャリッジ(2)に対して円形路沿いに搬送され、同時に前記カッタヘッド(24)は前記歯付きリム(9、19)に駆動されて、それ自体の軸周りを回転し、
歯付き歯車(10)が前記駆動プーリ(4)と共に回転して、カムレバー(11)の伝達によりシャフト(12)を駆動するようにされ、前記シャフト(12)の回転運動が、一方では前記ギヤ(22)を駆動し、他方では前記キャリッジ(2)を前記ベースプレート(1)に対し前後に往復運動させるよう伝達され、当該往復分の変位(2×a)が形成すべき楕円形の長軸と短軸との差分に等しいことを特徴とする楕円孔をパイプ壁に切削形成するための装置。 - 前記カムレバー(11)がフリーホイールクラッチ(13)によって前記シャフト(12)に取り付けられ、前記シャフト(12)が第2のフリーホイールクラッチ(14)によって前記キャリッジ(2)に取り付けられており、また前記フリーホイールクラッチ(13、14)によって、回転の方向を互いに逆向きにすることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記シャフト(12)に沿って回転する第2のギヤ(21)が前記シャフト(12)に取り付けられて、前記切削工具(20,23)を駆動する前記ギヤ(22)を回転させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記シャフト(12)の底端部には、前記ベースプレート(1)の開口部(16)に係合されたクランク(15)が設けられており、前記開口部(16)は前記ランナ(3)と垂直な方向に延びており、前記クランク(15)は長さ(a)が調節可能なクランクレバーを有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の装置。
