Description
【0001】

Here, the load on the high voltage side momentarily increases depending on the display contents of the fluorescent display tube, a high output current flows through the power supply wiring 2-H and the ground wiring 2-GH, and the potential of the ground electrode B for the drive circuit is increased. It is assumed that the level is instantaneously increased to the level of h1 in FIG. At this time, the impedance of the ground wiring 2-GH (including the wire 4) from the drive circuit ground electrode B to the ground terminal A is R1, and the ground wiring 2-GL (wire from the logic circuit ground electrode C to the ground terminal A is wire). 4), the potential rise at the ground terminal A drops by an amount corresponding to the impedance R1 to a level h2, and the potential rise at the logic circuit ground electrode C corresponds to the impedance R2. It drops further by the amount and becomes level h3.
[0014]
As described above, in this embodiment, even if the ground potential on the high potential side greatly fluctuates, the fluctuation of the ground potential on the logic circuit side is reduced by preventing the fluctuation from affecting the ground potential on the logic circuit side. Therefore, the possibility that the logic circuit 3-L malfunctions can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, the ground wiring 2-GH and the ground wiring 2-GL are completely separated and combined into one outside the fluorescent display tube, but FIG. The ground wirings 2-GH and 2-GL may be connected in a pattern at a position A).

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the driver circuit ground wiring and the logic circuit ground wiring are separately provided in the driver IC, and the first ground wiring connected to the driver circuit ground wiring is mounted on the substrate on which the driver IC is mounted. By separately providing the second ground wiring connected to the logic circuit ground wiring, even if the ground potential on the high voltage side, that is, the drive circuit side fluctuates greatly, the fluctuation of the ground potential on the logic circuit side can be reduced. Therefore, the possibility that the logic circuit of the driver IC malfunctions can be reduced. As a result, a stable logic operation of the driver IC can be realized without increasing the thickness of the wiring layer or increasing the area of the wiring layer, and a good display can be obtained.
