【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、プリント配線基板を内蔵したモールドモータに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図5は典型的な従来技術のブラシレスDCモータよりなるモールドモータ(以下、モータ)51の簡略化した断面図であり、図6はモータ51に内蔵されているプリント配線基板64の平面図であり、図7はプリント基板64の接地構造に関連する等価回路図である。

以下、図5を参照して、従来技術のモータ51の構成について説明する。

モータ51は、固定子鉄心52にコイル53が巻回されており、モールド樹脂でモールドされてフレーム54が形成され、固定子55を構成している。

そして、フレーム54内部には、回転子69が収納され、軸受57,58によって回転自在に支持されている。

また、フレーム54には、プリント基板64が埋設されている。プリント基板64にはコイル53が結線され、インバータ回路素子や制御回路素子などが取り付けられている。また、外部から接続されるリード線66が接続されるコネクタ66がプリント基板64に取り付けられている。プリント基板64には、図6に斜線を付して示すように、上記インバータ回路素子や制御回路素子などの接地印刷配線用の接地用印刷配線65が形成されている。

モータ51を合成樹脂でモールド成形する工程において、成形用金型にプリント基板64を装着した固定子55を装填してモールド樹脂を注入する。このとき、モールド樹脂の流れによる圧力でプリント基板64の金型内での取付位置がずれたり、プリント基板64が反ったりして、プリント基板64に実装されている各種回路部品やこれらと印刷配線との半田付け部にガタが生じて接触不良になったり、破損するなどの不具合を生じる場合がある。

このような不具合の発生を防止するために、上記金型に予め取付けたピンでプリント基板64に予め設定した複数の押圧領域62を押さえ、プリント基板64が浮いたり移動しないようにしている。前記フレーム54には、このピンの抜き跡として複数の透孔63が形成されている。

ところが、フレーム54に透孔63が形成されているので、モータ51の使用時などにこの透孔63から静電気が内部に侵入しやすくなる。

そのため、モータ51では、侵入した静電気をプリント基板64から除去するために、プリント基板64の一方側表面に形成された前記接地用印刷配線65を、図6に示されるようにほぼプリント基板64の全面に亘って形成している。プリント基板64においてコネクタ67と反対側付近に設けられたジャンパ線71で、プリント基板64の他面に形成された図7に示される前記インバータ回路素子72及び複数の制御回路素子73に共用される接地印刷配線74に電気的に接続し、この接地印刷配線74がコネクタ67に接続されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような従来技術であると、前記接地用印刷配線65の形状を複雑に構成することが困難であり、接地用印刷配線65上に種々の部品やジャンパ線を接地することが困難であり、設計上の自由度が低下する。

また、接地用印刷配線65は、図7に示されるように、インバータ回路素子72と制御回路素子73との接地用配線と電気的に導通されており、接地用印刷配線65に流入した静電気がインバータ回路素子72及び複数の制御回路素子73を通過してコネクタ62に流れたり、プリント基板64上の接地用配線の各部に電位差が生じたりして、動作上の不具合を生じたり、回路素子の損傷につながる場合があり、信頼性に問題を生じる。

このような問題点を解消するために例としてダイオードなどの整流素子やコンデンサなどの容量素子を接地する技術も可能であるが、その場合、部品点数が増大してコストアップを招くと共に、構成が複雑になるという問題点がある。

本発明は、上記課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、設計上の自由度と信頼性を向上することができると共に構成を簡略化することができるモールドモータを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、駆動回路が搭載されたプリント配線基板を内蔵したモールドモータにおいて、前記駆動回路が接続された素子用接地印刷配線と、静電気除去用接地印刷配線とを相互に独立に形成し、前記素子用接地印刷配線と前記静電気除去用接地印刷配線とは相互に異なる領域に形成され、かつ、前記静電気除去用接地印刷配線が、モールド樹脂によるモールド工程において前記プリント配線基板を支持するピンの付近に設けることを特徴とするモールドモータである。

図1は本発明の第1実施例のブラシレスDCモータよりなるモールドモータ(以下、モータ)1のプリント配線基板14の平面図であり、図2は本実施例のモータ1の断面図であり、図3はプリント基板14に関する等価回路図である。

(モータ1の構造)
以下、図2を参照して本実施例のモータ1の構造について説明する。

モータ1は、固定子鉄心2にコイル3が巻回されており、電気絶縁性モールド樹脂材料(以下、モールド樹脂という)でモールドされてフレーム4が形成され、固定子5を構成している。

固定子5の軸線方向一方側には、フレーム4と一体に形成された軸受ハウジング6が配置されており、軸受ハウジング6には、軸受7が嵌合されている。

フレーム4の軸受ハウジング6に対向する他方には、軸受8が設けられたブラケット11がネジ12によって取り付けられており、ネジ12は、フレーム4に埋設されたネジ座13にねじ付けられている。

そして、回転子9がフレーム4の凹部18内部に収納され、軸受7,8に回転自在に支持されている。回転子9は、外周にマグネットが設けられている。

以下、本実施例のプリント配線基板14について説明する。

モータ1をモールド樹脂でモールド成形する工程において、成形用金型にプリント配線基板14を装着した固定子5を装填してモールド樹脂を注入する。

このとき、従来技術で説明したように、モールド樹脂の流れによる圧力でプリント配線基板14の金型内での取付位置がずれたりするのを発生を防止する必要がある。

そのために、金型に予め取付けたピンで、図1に示されるように、プリント配線基板14に予め設定した複数の押圧領域22を押さえて、プリント配線基板14が浮いたり移動しないようにしている。したがって、フレーム4には、このピンの抜き跡として複数の透孔21が形成される。ところが、モータ1の使用時などにこの透孔21から静電気が内部に侵入しやすくなる。

このため、モータ1では、侵入した静電気をプリント配線基板14から除去するために、プリント配線基板14の素子が設けられた面(以下、素子取付け面という)とは反対側の面(以下、印刷配線面という)に下記の印刷配線が施されている。

すなわち、複数の押圧領域22をそれぞれ取り囲む形状の複数の外囲接地印刷配線23と、各外囲接地印刷配線23を相互に連結する連結接地印刷配線24とを一体に形成している。また、これらの外囲接地印刷配線23と連結接地印刷配線24とは、連結接地印刷配線25によってコネクタ17に電気的に接続された端子26に電気的に接続される。これら、外囲接地印刷配線23と連結接地印刷配線24、25とは、静電気除去用接地印刷配線27を構成する。

また、プリント配線基板14の印刷配線面には、素子取付け面に搭載された図3に示されるインバータ回路素子28及び複数の制御回路素子29に共用される素子用接地印刷配線30が、静電気除去用接地印刷配線27の接地領域以外の領域に形成されている。

(実施例の効果)
このようにして本実施例のモータ1は、インバータ回路素子28と制御回路素子29とが搭載されたプリント配線基板14において、素子用接地印刷配線30と、静電気除去用接地印刷配線27とを相互に独立した領域に形成する。そして、これにより下記の効果がある。
