1.硬度の測定

サンプルを95℃以上で溶解した後、80℃でサンプルを軟膏壺に流し込み、25℃の雰囲気下に1日放置した後、レオメーター(不動工業製)を用いて測定を行った。
[測定条件]
1mmφの針治具にて、5cm/minの速度で荷重を加え、10mm針入したときの最大荷重を読み取った。
