Description

The present invention relates to a roof trough finishing tool, and in particular, used to finish a trough when laying tiles on a roof where two roofs having slopes intersect to form a trough. It is related with the roof valley part finishing tool.

In a roof where two roof surfaces having a slope intersect to form a “valley”, the tile protruding from the valley is cut when the tile is laid. And if the edge of the roof tile is not rolled along the valley, it will be very noticeable and the aesthetics will be impaired. Therefore, it is required to cut the roof tile so that the edge of the roof tile is aligned along the valley. It is done. In addition, in the case of tiles with different surface color and cross-section color, such as ceramic tiles (glaze tiles), the cut surface has the same color as the surface color so that the sections cut along the valleys do not stand out. It is common to paint with.

The above prior art is publicly implemented, and the applicant has not found a document describing this prior art at the time of filing this application.

However, the work of cutting the tiles so that the ends of the tiles are aligned along the valleys requires highly skilled techniques, and the number of skilled workers with such techniques is limited. . When an operator who is not a skilled worker works, the cut roof tiles are not aligned along the valleys, and the appearance may not be good. In addition, in the case of an operator who is not a skilled worker, there is a problem that if the roof tiles are cut so as to be aligned along the valley, it takes time for construction and costs are increased in order to be careful about the work.

Furthermore, as described above, the operation of painting the cross section of the roof tile is very complicated and it is difficult to make the same color as the surface. Moreover, even if the surface color and the color of the cross section are not different, such as a smoldering roof tile, the appearance is different between the smooth surface and the cut surface with unevenness. In addition, regardless of the presence or absence of painting, the so-called “whitening phenomenon” occurs due to the leaching of the components in the clay that make up the roof tiles over time, and at first glance it looks like mold and it looks nice. It sometimes worsened.

In addition, when the roof tile cut along the valley is a small piece, additional work such as attaching a member supporting the roof to the roof is required, and there is a problem that it takes time and effort.

Therefore, in view of the above situation, the present invention provides a simple and easy-to-use appearance that can be used for tile roofing on a roof where two roofs having slopes intersect to form a valley. An object is to provide a trough finishing tool capable of finishing a part.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the roof trough finishing tool according to the present invention is described as follows: “When roof tiles are laid on a roof in which two roofs having slopes intersect to form a trough, A floor trough finishing tool used for carrying out the process, which is formed in a long flat plate shape having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, and is arranged so that its longitudinal direction is parallel to the trough, A tile end covering portion that is provided at a side end of the valley portion so as to be substantially orthogonal to the bottom surface portion, and covers a cross section of the roof tile cut along the valley portion, above the tile end covering portion The upper end portion extending from the side edge in the same direction as the bottom surface portion, the roof tile end covering portion, the bottom surface portion, and the open end portion constituted by the side edge on the eaves side of the upper surface portion are closed. A pair of roof tile housing portions having an eaves front surface portion and a hole portion provided in the bottom surface portion , Formed in a long flat plate shape with a V-shaped cross section, and arranged in a longitudinal direction parallel to the troughs and arranged to cover the troughs, on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the trough coverings From each of the two first side surfaces extending inward of the V-shaped cross section, and extending outward from each of the first side surfaces, the pair of roof tile accommodating portions are mutually connected. A trough portion having two second side surface portions that are mounted on each roof so as to be opposed to each other, and attached to the rubbing tree provided on the roof substantially parallel to the trough portion together with the bottom surface portion. In each of the pair of tile accommodating portions, the tile end covering portion is integral with the upper surface portion, but is separate from the bottom surface portion, and is an end portion on the valley side of the bottom surface portion. It is separably fastened to a bottom bent portion extending upward from “ .

“Valley” refers to a portion formed by crossing two roofs having slopes into a V-shaped cross section. The “valley covering portion” can cover the valley portion by matching the V-shaped angle of the cross section with the gradient of the two roofs forming the valley portion.

The “valley part” and the “tile receiving part” can be integrally formed by, for example, metal extrusion molding or flat plate bending. Alternatively, a metal flat plate can be formed by joining at appropriate sides by fusion bonding or adhesion. Here, examples of the metal include stainless steel, aluminum, iron, copper, and the like, and a colored metal plate such as a colored iron plate can also be used. Moreover, it can also form using not only a metal but resin, ceramics, etc. Further, the “valley part” and the “tile covering part” are not limited to the case where they are integrally formed or integrated by joining, but by partially overlapping the members and assembling them with screws or bolts. It can also be formed. In addition, it is not limited to the case where the “valley part” and the “tile housing part” are formed separately, and both may be formed integrally.

The “hole” can be formed in an appropriate shape such as a circle or a long hole. In addition, the position where the hole is formed on the bottom surface is the corner of the lowest position when the roof is installed near the boundary between the roof edge covering section and the eaves surface, that is, along the valley section. If it is a part, rainwater can be discharged efficiently, which is preferable. In addition, for example, a plurality can be provided at a predetermined interval at the boundary with the roof tile covering portion on the bottom surface. In order to prevent clogging due to dust, dust or the like, it is desirable to open the hole as large as possible while considering the strength of the bottom surface.

The attachment of the “second side surface portion” to the scraper can be performed, for example, by fastening with a locking member such as a nail or a screw, or by adhesion. In addition, the configuration in which the second side surface portion is attached to the scraper with the bottom surface portion is a configuration in which the bottom surface portion is attached to the scraper tree via the second side surface by a nail, a screw, or the like. A configuration in which the bottom surface portion is attached to the attached second side surface portion by fastening or fusing / adhering with a locking member, as described above, the trough portion and the tile receiving portion are integrally formed and folded. The configuration in which the bottom surface portion is formed by the portion superimposed on the second side surface portion can be exemplified. As with tile roofs that are attached to the roof when tiled by the hanging pier method, the “scrap bar” can be composed of long prismatic timber, but the longitudinal direction is almost horizontal. Unlike tile piers that are provided to match, one is provided on each side of the valley substantially parallel to the valley.

Therefore, according to this invention, the cut | disconnected surface of a tile is coat | covered with a tile end coating | coated part by accommodating the edge part of the tile cut | disconnected along the trough part in a tile storage part. Moreover, the side surface of the tile accommodated in the tile storage part is also blindfolded by the eaves surface part. Therefore, the roof tiles do not necessarily have to be cut so that the cut surfaces are neatly aligned along the valleys, and skillful techniques are not required. Finishing can be done.

In addition, various problems that affect the appearance due to the difference in color between the cross section and the surface, such as pottery tiles, the unevenness of the cross section is larger and rougher than the surface, and the so-called whitening phenomenon occurs in the cross section. Is also resolved. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to apply a paint close to the surface color to the cross section of the ceramic tile as in the prior art, troublesome work can be avoided and the valley can be finished easily and quickly.

In addition, when the tiles cut along the valleys are small pieces, conventionally, an additional work for attaching a support member that supports the small pieces of tiles to the roof has been required. On the other hand, in the present invention, even if the cut tile becomes a small piece, it is accommodated in the tile accommodating portion and supported by the tile accommodating portion, so that it can be easily and without any additional work. The trough can be finished quickly.

Furthermore, conventionally, when corrugated roof tiles are used, there is a problem that a space that is largely formed below the roof opens along the valleys, and birds such as sparrows enter from there to form a nest. It was. On the other hand, in the present invention, the end of the tile is accommodated in the tile accommodating portion along the valley portion, and the space under the tile does not open outward, so that the above problem can be solved.

Moreover, since the hole is provided in the bottom surface part of the tile accommodating part, the rainwater flowing down along the tile is discharged from the hole to the valley part. Here, the first side surface portion of the trough portion is bent from the valley covering portion to the inside of the V shape, that is, upward, and the second side surface portion is attached to the scraper protruding from the roof, The possibility that the rain water flowing down the valley head flows out from the outer side of the valley head and wraps around the lower surface of the valley head is reduced. Thereby, the rain leak in a trough part can be prevented effectively. In addition, it is possible to provide a so-called “return” by bending the free end side of the bottom surface portion upward, etc., and to prevent the rainwater flowing into the roof tile accommodating portion from flowing out and turning around to the lower surface side of the valley portion. good.

Next, the roof trough finishing tool according to the present invention is “the length of the upper surface portion in the direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is shorter than the length of the bottom surface portion in the direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction”.

Therefore, according to the present invention, when the bottom surface portion is attached to the second side surface portion by the locking member such as a nail or a screw, or when the bottom surface portion is attached to the scraper tree via the second side surface portion, the upper surface portion is It does not get in the way and is easy to work with.

Next, the roof trough finishing tool according to the present invention includes, in addition to the above configuration, “a sealing material filled between the roof tile accommodated in the tile accommodating portion and the bottom portion”. can do.

As the “sealing material”, a synthetic resin, a foamed resin, a resin that swells due to the absorption of moisture, or the like can be used. It is easy to insert between them and is suitable. Also, if the material has high elasticity, even when the size of the gap between the bottom and bottom of the roof tile varies depending on the location, such as when wavy roof tiles are used, the gap is filled by deformation of the sealing material. This is preferable.

Therefore, according to the present invention, even when a large amount of rainwater flows along the roof tile and flows into the roof housing portion, and the discharge from the hole portion is not sufficient, the bottom surface portion, the second side surface portion, and the discarded timber mounting portion are attached. Infiltration of rainwater is prevented by the sealing material. In particular, when the bottom part, second side part, and scraper are attached with nails, screws, etc., they are formed to pass holes and screws generated in the bottom part and second side parts by nailing. The rainwater flows down from the second side surface through the hole, but by providing such a sealing material, it is possible to prevent the rainwater from entering the lower surface side of the valley portion.

As described above, as an effect of the present invention, when roofing a roof where two roofs having slopes intersect to form a trough, even if not a skilled worker, easy work, good appearance, trough Can provide a valley finish.

Hereinafter, the roof trough finishing tool which is the best embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, in this embodiment, the case where the roof trough finishing tool of this embodiment is applied to the finishing of a trough when laying corrugated ceramic tiles on a roof is illustrated. Here, FIG. 1 is a cut end view showing the configuration of the roof trough finishing tool of the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of range A in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is the roof trough finishing of FIG. It is a schematic diagram which shows the state which attached the tool to the roof, and FIG. 4 is explanatory drawing explaining the usage method of the roof trough finishing tool of FIG. In addition, in order to clarify a structure, the thickness of the flat plate which comprises a tile accommodating part and a trough part, and the space | gap between each structure are exaggerated and illustrated.

As shown in FIG. 3, the roof on which the roof trough finishing tool 1 of the present embodiment is installed has a two-sided roof 41, 42 intersecting to form a trough 5. In each of the roofs 41 and 42, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4A, a waterproof lowering material 47 having a waterproof property is laid on the field board 46. In addition, a plurality of tile piers 46 for hooking and holding the roof tiles 50 are made of long prismatic wood, and are arranged in parallel with the eaves line connecting the adjacent eaves via the underlaying material 47. It is fixed to the main plate 46 with nails. Further, on each side of the valley portion 5, there is provided one sash bar 45 made of prismatic wood having substantially the same length as that of the valley portion 5, substantially parallel to the valley portion 5. The scraper pier 45 is almost the same height as the tile pier 46, and the tile pier 46 does not extend from the scraper pier 45 to the valley 5 side.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the roof trough finishing tool 1 of the present embodiment mainly includes a trough part 10 and a tile housing part 20, and is configured with respect to one trough part 10. A pair of roof tile accommodating portions 20 are provided. More specifically, the trough portion 10 is formed from a trough covering portion 13 formed in a long flat plate shape having a V-shaped cross section, and both sides in the longitudinal direction of the trough covering portion 13 from the inside of the V-shaped cross section. Two substantially rectangular first side surfaces 11 extending toward the outside, and two substantially rectangular second side surfaces 12 extending outward from each of the first side surfaces 11. Configured. Note that the scraper 45 of the present embodiment has a general size with a cross-sectional height of about 15 mm and a width of about 30 mm, and the height of the first side surface portion 11 with respect to the valley covering portion 13 is the height of the scraper 45. Is set to be approximately equal to the height of. Moreover, the trough part 10 of this embodiment is integrally formed with the flat plate made from stainless steel.

The pair of roof tile accommodating portions 20 have the same configuration arranged to face each other, and in this embodiment, each is integrally formed with a stainless steel flat plate. Each bottom surface 22 is formed in a long flat plate shape having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, and extends upward at a substantially right angle from the side of the bottom surface portion 22 on the valley 5 side. A substantially rectangular tile end covering portion 23 covering the cross section of the roof tile 50 cut along the edge, and extending from the upper side of the tile end covering portion 23 in the same direction as the bottom surface portion 22. A substantially rectangular upper surface portion 21 and a roof edge covering portion 23, a bottom surface portion 22, and an eaves edge surface portion (not shown) provided so as to close an open end portion constituted by a side of the upper surface portion 21 on the eave edge side. , Comprising. 1 and 2 and FIG. 4 to be described later, since the case where the valley portion 5 is cut in the vertical direction is illustrated, the angle formed by the bottom surface portion 22 and the roof tile covering portion 23 and the roof tile covering portion 23 are illustrated. The bottom surface portion 22, the roof tile covering portion 23, and the top surface portion 21 are actually configured to have a U-shaped cross section whose inner angle is substantially a right angle. is there.

Further, each roof tile accommodating portion 20 includes a hole portion 25 provided in the bottom surface portion 22. The hole portion 25 is formed in a circular shape, and is provided at the bottom surface portion 22 at the boundary between the roof tile covering portion 23 and the eaves edge surface portion, and a plurality of holes are formed at regular intervals along the boundary line with the roof tile covering portion 23. Has been.

Further, in the roof tile accommodating portion 20 of the present embodiment, the length of the upper surface portion 21 in the substantially perpendicular direction to the longitudinal direction is set shorter than the length of the bottom surface portion 22 in the substantially perpendicular direction. In addition, in the present embodiment, the free end 21 a of the upper surface portion 21 is folded back toward the inside of the roof tile accommodating portion 20.

Furthermore, the roof trough finishing tool 1 of the present embodiment is substantially the same length as the trough 5 and has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped elasticity having a thickness larger than the maximum height of the space formed below the corrugated tile. It has a sealing material 30 made of foamed resin that is rich in properties.

Next, the usage method of the roof trough finishing tool 1 of this embodiment is demonstrated using FIG. First, as shown in FIG. 4A, the timber 45 is attached to each of the two roofs 41, 42 forming the valley 5 substantially in parallel along the valley 5.

And as shown in FIG.4 (b), while making the V shape of the cross section of the trough part 10 correspond with the V shape of the cross section of the trough part 5, the longitudinal direction of the trough part 10 is made to correspond with the trough part 5. The trough 10 is placed on the roofs 41 and 42. As a result, the valley portion 5 is covered with the valley covering portion 13, and the second side surface portion 12 is positioned on the upper surface of the scraper 45.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4C, for each of the two second side surface portions 12 of the valley trough portion 10, one tile accommodating portion 20 and one tile end covering portion 23 on the valley portion 5 side. The longitudinal direction is arranged so as to be substantially parallel to the valley 5. And in this embodiment, the bottom face part 22 of the tile accommodating part 20 is fixed with the nail 39 (refer FIG. 2) with respect to the scraper timber 45 in the state which interposed the 2nd side part 12 of the trough part 10. FIG. . As a result, both the trough portion 10 and the tile accommodating portion 20 are fixed to the roofs 41 and 42 via the scraper 45. In addition, since the length of the upper surface portion 21 of the tile housing portion 20 in the direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is set to be shorter than the length in the direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bottom surface portion 22, The part 21 does not get in the way.

In this state, the roofs 41 and 42 are tiled, and the tile 50 disposed in the valley 5 is inclined to the inner surface of the tile edge covering portion 23 as shown in FIG. Is cut along. In addition, in this embodiment, the distance from the trough part 5 of the tile end covering part 23 is set to be about 75 mm.

The cut roof tile 50 accommodates the end portion on the cut surface side in the roof tile accommodating portion 20. At this time, the sealing material 30 is interposed between the bottom surface of the roof tile and the upper surface of the bottom surface portion 22 fixed by the nail 39. Intervene. As a result, the sealing material 30 made of foamed resin having a thickness larger than the maximum height of the space formed below the corrugated roof tile and having high elasticity is deformed, and the space below the roof tile is filled. By the above operation, the roofs 41 and 42 having the valleys 5 and laid with tiles are in a state where the valleys 5 are finished by the roof valley finisher 1 of the present embodiment. 1 and 2, as a cross section of the corrugated roof tile 50, a cross section 50H at the highest position and a cross section 50L at the lowest position are illustrated.

As described above, according to the roof trough finishing tool 1 of the present embodiment, the cut surface of the tile cut along the trough portion 5 is covered with the tile end covering portion 23 and accommodated in the tile accommodating portion 20. The side surfaces of the tiles covered are covered with the eaves surface. Thereby, it is not always necessary to cut the roof tile 50 so that the cut surfaces are aligned along the valley 5, and the valley 5 can be finished with a good appearance in a very short time without skill. it can.

In addition, it is not necessary to consider the influence of the cross-section color, surface roughness, so-called whitening phenomenon, etc. on the appearance of the cut tile 50, and the cross-section of the ceramic tile is painted as in the past. Since there is no need to apply, it is possible to easily and quickly finish the valley 5 while avoiding complicated work.

In addition, even when the tile cut along the valley portion 5 becomes a small piece, the small piece of tile can be obtained without performing an additional operation such as attaching a member for supporting the small piece of tile to the roof as in the prior art. Can be supported by the roof tile accommodating portion 20.

Furthermore, since the edge part of the tile 50 is covered with the tile accommodating part 20 along the trough part 5, the space formed under the corrugated tile does not open outward, and birds such as sparrows are tiled. The conventional problem of entering the space below and creating a nest can be solved.

Further, rainwater that has flowed through the roof tile 50 and has flowed into the roof housing portion 20 is discharged from the hole 25, and the second side surface portion 12 of the trough portion 10 is at a higher position than the trough covering portion 13, and Since the sealing material 30 is filled between the lower surface of the tile 50 and the upper surface of the bottom surface portion 22, rainwater is prevented from flowing around the lower surface side of the valley ridge portion 10, and rain leakage at the valley portion 5 is effectively prevented. can do.

In addition, since the free end 21a of the upper surface portion 21 is folded back toward the inside of the roof tile accommodating portion 20, when inserting the roof tile 50 into the roof tile accommodating portion 20, an operator hurts his / her hand at the cross section of the metal plate. There is no fear and the roof tile 50 can be inserted smoothly. Further, since the length in the substantially perpendicular direction to the longitudinal direction of the top surface portion 21 of the tile accommodating portion 20 is set to be shorter than the length in the substantially perpendicular direction to the longitudinal direction of the bottom surface portion 22, the nail 39 is attached to the bottom surface portion 22. When hitting, the upper surface portion 21 does not get in the way and the operation is easy.

In the above, the embodiment in which the pair of tile accommodating portions 20 are integrally formed has been illustrated, but each tile accommodating portion can be disassembled by partially overlapping a plurality of members and assembling with screws or bolts. It can also be set as a simple structure. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the bottom surface portion 62 is bent upward on the valley portion 5 side to form a bottom surface bent portion 62 a, and the bottom surface bent portion 62 a and the roof edge covering portion 63 are partially overlapped with each other. By fastening at 69, the roof trough finishing tool 2 in which each of the pair of tile accommodating portions 60 can be disassembled can be configured.

With this configuration, even after the roof trough finishing tool 2 is attached to the roof, the screw 69 is removed, and the substantially L-shaped member composed of the tile end covering portion 63 and the upper surface portion 61 is replaced with the bottom surface portion 62. Can be removed from. As a result, even when dust such as fallen leaves accumulates inside the tile housing part 60, the dust can be easily removed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the lower end of the roof tile covering portion 73 extends below the bottom surface portion 62 so that there is no large gap between each of the pair of roof tile accommodating portions 70 and the upper surface of the valley covering portion 13. It can also be set as the roof trough finishing tool 3. Here, a bent portion 73a formed by bending the lower end of the roof tile covering portion 73, the roof tile covering portion 73, and the upper surface portion 71 are formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section, and the lower surface of the bent portion 73a is covered with the valley. The tile end covering portion 73 is fastened to the bottom bent portion 62a by a screw 69 at a position where the top surface of the portion 13 abuts.

With this configuration, the tile housing part 70 can be disassembled to easily remove dust and the like, and dust such as fallen leaves is difficult to collect between the tile housing part 70 and the upper surface of the valley covering part 13. It becomes. Moreover, since a clearance gap does not leave large between the lower surface of the tile accommodating part 70, and the upper surface of the trough covering part 13, it becomes the roof valley part finishing tool 3 with a more attractive appearance.

5 and 6 illustrate the case where the trough 5 is cut in the vertical direction, similarly to FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the bottom surface 62 and the tile edge covering portions 63 and 73 are Although the angle formed is different from the angles formed by the roof tile covering portions 63 and 73 and the top surface portions 61 and 71, the bottom surface 62, the roof tile covering portions 63 and 73, and the roof tile are actually shown. The end covering parts 63 and 73 and the upper surface parts 61 and 71 each constitute a substantially right angle. Further, in FIGS. 5 and 6, in order to clarify the configuration, the thickness of the flat plate constituting the tile housing portion and the valley portion and the gap between the components are exaggerated and illustrated in FIG. , Similar to FIG. 2 and FIG.

The present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various improvements can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention as described below. And design changes are possible.

For example, in the present embodiment, the finish of the trough when the corrugated earthenware roof tiles are illustrated, but the present invention can be applied regardless of the type of roof tiles. For example, the height of the tile end covering portion can be set to be slightly larger than the cross-sectional height of the flat roof tile, and the end of the flat roof tile can be accommodated in the roof housing portion.

Moreover, although the case where the bottom face part of the tile housing part and the second side face part of the trough part are fixed with a nail to the scraper timber is not limited to this, the bottom face part and the second side face part are fused. It is also possible to wear it, or to firmly bond the second side surface portion to the scraper with an adhesive.

Furthermore, although the case where both the trough part and the tile housing part are made of stainless steel is illustrated, the material is not limited to this. For example, the trough portion and the tile housing portion can be configured by an iron plate subjected to rust prevention treatment by painting or the like, or a resin body having strength as a roofing material.
