Description

The present invention relates to a piping device for a temporary toilet installed in an evacuation area during an emergency disaster such as an earthquake.

For example, the temporary toilet piping structure disclosed in Patent Document 1 is connected to a drain pipe inclined in the ground from the upstream upper side to the downstream lower side, and connected to the drain pipe at predetermined intervals in the length direction. A plurality of vertical pipes whose upper ends are exposed to the ground surface, a toilet installed at the upper end of the vertical pipe, and a manhole provided at the downstream end of the drain pipe, and the manhole and the existing sewer pipe It is connected. In the above conventional configuration, the slide gate is attached to the manhole side of the drain pipe or the drain pipe end in the manhole. When using, close the slide gate and collect the initial water in the drainage pipe, and the initial water will drop from the vertical pipe to promote softening of the urine. It will flow to the manhole side with the initial water and discharged to the sewer pipe.
JP-A-11-107362

In the above conventional configuration, the slide gate is configured to open and close by sliding a flat gate plate up and down along the valve seat surface in the drain pipe by the operation rod, and the gate plate extends along the valve seat surface. Therefore, even if a water-stopping member such as a packing is provided on the valve seat surface, the water-stopping performance is low, and the water-stopping performance tends to deteriorate over time. However, there was a risk of spilling without being securely held. In such a case, the human urine dropped from the vertical pipe is not solidified in the drain pipe and is not discharged, and there is a possibility that it cannot be used.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and provide a piping device for a temporary toilet that can prevent and hold the initial water in the drain pipe reliably.

A first valve device that can be quickly opened and closed is provided, and a second valve device that can close and open the relay pipe by pressing the valve body against the valve seat portion is provided downstream of the first valve device, With the one-valve device and the second valve device closed, initial water is stored in the drain pipe so that the water level of the drain pipe corresponding to the vertical pipe at the most upstream position has a predetermined depth. Open the two-valve device, then open the first valve device, and drain the human waste in the drainage pipe together with the initial water from the relay pipe to the sewer pipe. It is those that you have configured so that.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect, the first valve device comprises a slide gate valve whose valve plate is slid along the valve seat surface on the side of the relay pipe so that the relay pipe can be opened and closed. The second valve device is a butterfly valve that can freely open and close the relay pipe by rotating the valve body about an axis perpendicular to the axis of the relay pipe.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the configuration according to the first or second aspect, a manhole tank is provided at the upstream end of the drainage pipe so that initial water can be supplied and a worker can enter and work.
Invention of Claim 4 is the structure in any one of Claim 1 thru | or 3, Between the site | part above the water surface of the initial water of a drainage pipe, and the relay pipe of the 2nd valve body on the sewer pipe side, An overflow pipe that discharges urine as the overflowed initial water is connected.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the initial water in the drain pipe is reliably retained by providing the second valve device that can close the relay pipe by pressing the valve body against the valve seat portion on the downstream side of the drain pipe. Thus, leakage of water can be eliminated, and sedimentation and solidification of human waste due to leakage of initial water can be prevented in advance. Further, the second valve device that presses the valve body against the valve seat portion tends to open and close slowly, but the first valve device that can be quickly opened is provided upstream of the second valve device, and the second valve device is By opening the first valve device quickly after opening it, it is possible to discharge human waste in the drainage pipe together with the initial water from the relay pipe to the sewage pipe at a stroke using the water's agility, and the human waste is discharged smoothly. be able to.

[Embodiment 1]

The present invention is a temporary toilet piping device installed in a disaster area such as an emergency disaster, and an embodiment will be described based on the drawings.
[Embodiment]
An embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

This temporary toilet piping device is configured to have excellent water-stopping properties and to ensure water-strength by arranging two valve devices in series on a relay pipe discharged to a sewer pipe.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the ground, a drain pipe 1 that is inclined with a certain gradient from the upstream upper side to the downstream lower side is buried, and the length direction is formed on the upper surface of the drain pipe 1. In addition, a plurality (five in the figure) of vertical pipes 2 whose upper ends are exposed to the ground surface at every predetermined interval are connected upright. Further, a relay pipe 3 connected to an existing sewer pipe (not shown) is connected to the downstream end of the drain pipe 1, and two valve devices 4 and 5 are provided in series on the relay pipe 3. .

The drain pipe 1 is formed to a predetermined length by connecting a plurality of single pipes 1a made of polyethylene and having a diameter of about 400 to 600 mm. The drainage pipe 1 is installed in the excavated installation groove 6 with a constant gradient of 2%, for example, via a basic crushed stone 6a, and is covered with cover soil.

As shown in FIG. 3, the vertical pipe 2 is made of polyethylene, and includes a saddle-equipped branch pipe 2a, a vertical pipe body 2b connected to the upper portion of the branch pipe 2a, and a cap 2c capable of opening and closing the upper end of the vertical pipe body 2b. The branch pipe 2a is fitted into the vertical pipe openings 1c formed on the upper surface of the drain pipe 1 at a constant pitch in the length direction, and the saddle is attached to the drain pipe 1 by the attachment band 2d. A slab frame 2e with an opening / closing lid 2f is provided around the upper end of the vertical tube 2, and the toilet bowl 7 is attached to the upper portion of the vertical tube main body 2b with the opening / closing lid 2f and the cap 2c removed.

The upstream end of the drain pipe 1 is provided with a manhole tank 8 having a diameter that can supply initial water and can be maintained by workers, and the tank body 8a of the manhole tank 8 is provided in the installation groove 6. An opening / closing lid 8c that is installed via a basic crushed stone 6a and that can be opened and closed via a slab frame 8b is provided at the upper surface opening.

A relay pipe 3 having a smaller diameter than the drain pipe 1 is connected to the downstream end of the drain pipe 1 via a pipe conversion joint portion 9. The relay pipe 3 is provided with a first valve device 4 comprising a slide gate valve capable of rapidly opening and closing the relay pipe 3 by sliding the valve plate 4c in the vertical direction on the upstream side, and the first valve A second valve device 5 composed of a butterfly valve is provided which is capable of rotating the valve body 5d at a predetermined interval on the downstream side of the device 4 to press and contact the valve seat portion 5h to reliably close and open the relay pipe 3. ing.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the first valve device 4 is provided with a vertically placed cylindrical valve box 4 a installed in the installation groove 6 via a basic crushed stone 6 a and a concrete floor slab 6 b, The relay pipe 3 is connected to the valve box 4a. In the valve box 4a, a plate-like valve plate 4c capable of fully closing the open / close valve hole 4b communicated with the relay pipe 3, and the elevation of the valve plate 4c are guided on both sides of the open / close valve hole 4b. A guide groove 4d forming a valve seat surface and an operating rod 4e for driving the valve plate 4c up and down within the valve box 4a are provided. An operating handle 4f is provided at the upper end of the operating rod 4e. A slab frame 4h having an open / close lid 4g is installed above the valve box 4a. In the configuration of the first valve device 4, the valve plate 4c slides on the guide groove 4d to open and close the opening / closing valve hole 4b, so that the valve seat surface of the guide groove 4d and the valve plate 4c are not pressed against each other. For this reason, the water stopping performance tends to be inferior. On the other hand, by opening the opening / closing lid 4g and grasping the handle 4f and quickly pulling up the operating rod 4e, the relay plate 3 can be opened quickly by pulling up the valve plate 4c in a short time.

As shown in FIGS. 4, 6 and 7, the second valve device 5 is rotated in a predetermined range around a horizontal shaft 5c into an opening / closing valve hole 5b of a valve box 5a interposed in the relay pipe 3. A circular valve body 5d is provided, and an operating shaft 5f is erected on the end of the horizontal shaft 5c via a gear box 5e, and an operating handle 5g is provided on the upper end of the operating shaft 5f. The gear box 5e, the operation shaft 5f, and the operation handle 5g are accommodated in a cylindrical outer cylinder 5j, and an open / close lid 5m is provided on the upper end of the outer cylinder 5j via a slab frame 5k. In the configuration of the second valve device 5, the outer peripheral portion of the valve body 5 d is pressed against the valve seat portion 5 h provided around the opening and closing valve hole 5 b with a large applied pressure to close the valve hole 5 b. High water stopping performance and long life. On the other hand, the rotation of the valve body 5d is slow and the relay pipe 3 cannot be opened quickly.

Further, the drain pipe 1 is provided with an overflow pipe 10 for discharging initial water overflowing from the drain pipe 1 and urine to the sewer pipe. The overflow pipe 10 has an upstream end connected to a portion above the water level W of the initial water at the closing plate portion of the pipe conversion joint portion 9, bypasses the first valve device 4, and then has a downstream end connected to the first end of the relay pipe 3. It is connected to the downstream side of the two-valve device 5.

In the above configuration, every predetermined time according to the total number of people to be used (here, “predetermined time” is not a predetermined time, but a time that requires discharge determined from a use state or a stored state of human urine) First, the opening / closing lid 5m of the second valve device 5 is opened, the operation handle 5g is operated, and the valve body 5d in the closed position is rotated to the open position. Subsequently, the opening / closing lid 4g of the first valve device 4 is opened, the handle 4f of the operating rod 4e is grasped, the valve plate 4c is quickly lifted, and the relay pipe 3 is rapidly opened. Due to the water violence at the time of opening, urine in the drainage pipe 1 flows into the relay pipe 3 vigorously together with the initial water and is smoothly discharged to the sewer pipe.

When the discharge is finished, the operation rod 4e is pushed in to close the first valve device 4, and the operation handle 5g is operated to close the second valve device 5. Further, the open / close lid 8b of the manhole tank 8 is opened, and initial water is supplied until the water level W of the drain pipe 1 corresponding to the vertical pipe 2 at the most upstream position reaches a predetermined height.

According to the above-described embodiment, the first valve device 4 including the slide gate valve that can be quickly opened but is inferior in water stopping performance is provided on the upstream side of the relay pipe 3 that connects the drain pipe 1 to the existing sewer pipe. In addition, since the second valve device 5 comprising a butterfly valve that has a high water stopping performance but is slow in opening and closing operation is provided on the downstream side, it is possible to reliably prevent leakage of initial water in the drain pipe 1 and By opening the first valve device 4 after the two-valve device 5 is opened, the relay pipe 3 is quickly opened to cause water violence, and the human waste in the drain pipe 1 is smoothly discharged to the sewer pipe together with the initial water. be able to.

Further, since the manhole tank 8 is provided at the upstream end of the drain pipe 1, maintenance by an operator can be easily performed.
Furthermore, the overflow pipe 10 connecting the drain pipe 1 and the relay pipe 3 on the downstream side of the second valve device 5 can smoothly discharge the initial water overflowed in the drain pipe 1 and urine into the sewer pipe. .
