BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging material and a method for producing the packaging material. More specifically, the present invention relates to a packaging material suitable as a constituent material of a packaging bag for a desiccant and a freshness-preserving agent, a packaging bag made of the packaging material, and a method for producing the packaging material.
[0002]
[Background]
Conventionally, as a desiccant (hygroscopic material) mainly composed of quicklime, silica gel, calcium chloride, or a mixture thereof, as a packaging material for a freshness-preserving agent typified by an alcohol transpiration agent, the desiccant that is the contents, etc. In order to maximize the efficacy of the product, the pinhole property is good, and even when it is made into bags, the contents will not leak out, and the water resistance and moisture permeability will be excellent while maintaining breathability Etc. were required.
[0003]
On the other hand, in order to cope with the above-mentioned various performances, the packaging materials proposed so far generally have a sheet-like material with holes (so-called perforated material) or moisture permeation without holes. It was classified into either a material made of a material that can express the so-called (so-called non-porous material), or a material in which such a perforated material and a non-porous material are combined.
[0004]
Among these, as a perforated material, for example, a packaging bag for a drying material using a packaging material in which perforated polyethylene is laminated on paper has been proposed (for example, Patent Document 1). Moreover, in order to improve the intensity | strength of this porous material, the material which laminated | stacked reinforcing materials, such as a walliff, was also proposed (for example, patent document 2).
[0005]
In addition, as a composite material of a non-porous material and a perforated material, for example, a sheet material in which a polyolefin film containing, for example, 5 to 40% by mass of vinyl acetate (vinyl acetate) on paper or nonwoven fabric is proposed. (For example, Patent Document 3).
[0006]
As a composite material using a non-porous material for the surface layer, a biaxially stretched film (specific examples are made of stretched polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate), a printing layer, and a thermoplastic resin layer are laminated, After processing, a sheet material (for example, Patent Document 4) in which a walif and vinyl acetate (vinyl acetate) are laminated has been proposed, and a packaging for an alcohol transpiration type freshness-preserving agent having a similar configuration. Materials have also been proposed (for example, Patent Document 5).

[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a perforated material is used as a packaging material, the strength of the packaging material itself is often lowered due to the presence of holes, and a reinforcing material as described above is used for improving the strength. When laminated, the problem of increasing the cost has also occurred. In addition, since it is a perforated material, its pinhole property is also poor, and when applied to a packaging material such as a desiccant, leakage of the contents pulverized by deflation has been a problem.
[0009]
In addition, packaging materials used for storing desiccants and the like are usually printed for the purpose of display or the like, but when printing is performed on the surface portion of the packaging material, the surface ink adheres to food or the like. There was a fear. Therefore, printing must be performed not on the front side but on the back side. However, when paper is used as the constituent material, another problem has arisen that it is impossible to clearly display the printed portion on the packaging material. It was.
[0010]
In the case of using a non-porous material, it is common to laminate an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) or a material containing vinyl acetate to a porous material such as paper or non-woven fabric. Copolymers (EVA) and the like are not suitable as packaging materials for desiccants for foods and the like because decomposition odors are generated by excessive heating. Furthermore, in the techniques disclosed in the above-mentioned documents, since the moisture permeability is often not good, the acetic acid ratio of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) or the like is increased, or the film layer is perforated. This has been dealt with by processing or reducing the film thickness, but as a result, the pinhole property is lowered, and pinholes are likely to occur at the edge of the seal in packaging materials that are heat-sealed. This is also not preferable as a packaging material for a desiccant.
[0011]
In the case of using a composite material with a non-porous material as a surface layer, since paper is not used, printing is clear and excellent in that there is no paper dust, etc., while moisture permeability is secured. In particular, when using fiber reinforcing materials such as burif and high melting point fibers, pinholes are easily generated through such fibers, and precision machinery It cannot be used as a packaging material for a desiccant.
[0012]
On the other hand, in recent years, based on the above problems, a technique for forming a packaging material using a nylon film having good piercing strength and moisture permeability as a constituent material has been studied, but with other materials laminated with a nylon resin, There are also problems such as peeling strength of the material, and as a result of laminating with other materials such as heat-resistant fiber materials to stabilize the bag-making strength, there are problems such as unmelted fibers remaining in the heat seal part, especially pinhole properties The actual situation was that no satisfactory one was obtained.
[0013]
Therefore, the object of the present invention is that the pinhole property is good, the water resistance and moisture permeability are excellent while maintaining appropriate air permeability, and the peel strength between layers and the seal strength in the case of bag making are also combined. And providing a packaging material suitable as a constituent material of a packaging bag for a desiccant and a freshness-retaining agent, a packaging bag made of the packaging material, and a method for producing the packaging material.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
BookThe packaging material according to the second aspect of the invention is a laminate composed of a nylon film, a breathable material layer made of a polyolefin resin having a melting point of 150 ° C. or less, and a perforated film made of polypropylene and / or polyethylene. Consist of body,The breathable material layer has a basis weight of 10 to 50 g / m. 2 Of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric, and the perforated film has an opening ratio of 5 to 40%,A packaging material having the following conditions (1) to (3 '):
(1)SaidAn olefin resin layer having a polar group between the nylon film and the breathable material layer is 0.2 to 5 g / m.2Intervene in
(2) The peel strength between the nylon film and the breathable material layer is 0.5 N / 15 mm width or more,
(3 ')SaidPerforated film as a sealing layerstickerWhen the layers are heat sealedRuThe roll strength is 6N / 15mm width or more.
[0016]
Furthermore, a packaging bag according to a third aspect of the present invention is a packaging bag made of the packaging material described above, and is characterized in that a desiccant or a freshness-keeping agent is sealed inside the packaging bag.
[0017]
And the manufacturing method of the packaging material which is 4th invention of this invention is a manufacturing method of the said packaging material, Comprising: The olefin resin layer which has a polar group is formed in the said nylon film, The said resin layer and the said air permeable material It is characterized by including bonding by a heat laminating method so that a layer may oppose.
[0018]
First of the present invention2As described above, the packaging material of the invention includes a nylon film and a polyolefin having a melting point of 150 ° C. or less.systemA packaging material having a breathable material layer made of resin as a basic component. First, the type of nylon resin constituting the nylon film is not particularly limited, and for example, nylon 6, nylon 66,
[0019]
The nylon film has a water vapor transmission rate of 50 g / m.2・ It is preferably 24 hr (24 hours, the same applies hereinafter) or more, 100 g / m2-It is especially preferable that it is 24 hr or more. By setting the moisture permeability of the nylon film in such a range, the packaging material containing the film as a constituent material also has favorable moisture permeability, which is preferable.
The moisture permeability of the nylon film may be measured according to JIS Z0208 (cup method).
[0020]
In general, the thickness of the nylon film is preferably in the range of 5 to 30 μm, and particularly preferably in the range of 10 to 25 μm. If the thickness of the nylon film is within such a range, the puncture strength and moisture permeability will be excellent, and the performance of the packaging material of the present invention can be imparted, while the thickness of the nylon film is less than 5 μm. The puncture strength may not be sufficient, and if the film thickness is greater than 30 μm, the moisture permeability may be reduced.
[0021]
As a method for producing a nylon film, the above-described nylon resin can be formed into a film form by a known means such as a T-die method or an inflation method. In the present invention, “film” includes not only a general film but also a sheet.
[0022]
The nylon film is preferably a biaxially stretched film stretched in the biaxial direction. By making the nylon film into a biaxially stretched film, the piercing strength characteristics of the nylon film are further improved, heat resistance is improved, and such characteristics can be imparted to the packaging material of the present invention, which is preferable.
[0023]
The nylon film may be subjected to a known treatment such as a corona discharge treatment or an antistatic treatment.
[0024]
Next, the breathable material layer constituting the packaging material of the present invention uses a polyolefin-based resin having a melting point of 150 ° C. or lower, preferably 130 ° C. or lower, which can exhibit heat sealability. When the material constituting the breathable material layer is composed of such a resin, it can exhibit good heat sealability when it is made into a bag, while the polyolefin resin constituting the breathable material layer When the melting point exceeds 150 ° C., the heat sealability is not good. For example, the number of shots with a high-speed automatic filling bag making machine cannot be increased or the number of shots is increased during the manufacture of bag-making products. Therefore, when the heat seal temperature is raised, the outermost nylon film may be thermally damaged when the line is stopped, and the nylon film may be deteriorated.
[0025]
Examples of the thermoplastic resin include polyethylene (PE) resins such as linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), and HDPE (high density polyethylene). Polypropylene (PP) resins such as those having a melting point of 150 ° C. or lower can be used by a known technique of blending a random polypropylene or a rubber component with polypropylene.
[0026]
As the form of the air permeable material layer, it is preferable to use a form excellent in air permeability, for example, a film subjected to a perforation treatment with a high porosity exceeding 10%, a nonwoven fabric which is a fiber assembly, and the like. In the packaging material of the present invention, it is particularly preferable to use a nonwoven fabric having high air permeability and excellent strength.
[0027]
When the breathable material layer is a nonwoven fabric, the nonwoven fabric obtained by a known production method such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a melt blown (melt blown) nonwoven fabric, or a dry nonwoven fabric obtained by a card method is used as the nonwoven fabric type. However, in the present invention, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric composed of continuous fibers of polyethylene (PE) resin is preferable in terms of productivity. In particular, considering the heat sealability of the packaging material, it is preferable to use a spunbonded nonwoven fabric composed of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE).
[0028]
The basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is 5 to 100 g / m.2Is preferably within the range of 10 to 50 g / m.2It is particularly preferable to set the value within the range. The basis weight is 5g / m2If it is smaller, the amount of resin per unit area will be insufficient, and a suitable seal strength may not be exhibited. On the other hand, the basis weight is 100 g / m.2If it exceeds 1, the non-woven fabric will be too thick and the thermal conductivity will deteriorate, and as a result, the heat sealing time when used as a constituent material of the packaging bag may become long.
[0029]
The thickness of the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited. For example, in the case of the spunbond nonwoven fabric, it is preferably in the range of 1 to 20 denier, and in the range of 2 to 10 denier. It is particularly preferred that If the thickness of the fiber which comprises a nonwoven fabric is in the range which requires, it is preferable at the point that it becomes a nonwoven fabric excellent in productivity and denseness.
[0030]
And the packaging material of this invention is the following (1)-(3 ') Conditions.
(1) The packaging material of the present invention is characterized in that an olefin resin layer having a polar group is interposed between the nylon film described above and a breathable material layer made of a polyolefin resin having a melting point of 150 ° C. or less. To do. Olefin having polar group between nylon film and breathable material layersystemBy interposing the resin layer, the synergistic effect of the combination of the olefin resin layer having the polar group and the breathable material layer made of polyolefin resin at 150 ° C. or lower, and as a result, heat in the case of making a bag. This is preferable because the seal portion can have excellent seal strength.
The olefin resin layer having such a polar group may be selected from resins generally used for what is called a part coat agent, such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) resin, chlorinated polypropylene, and the like. Can be mentioned. In particular, a layer made of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) resin (hereinafter referred to as an EVA resin layer) is preferably used. From a part coat agent made of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) resin It is particularly preferable to form a layer. Such an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) -based resin also has good moisture permeability, so that it is possible to suppress a decrease in moisture permeability of the packaging material due to the interposition.
The “part coat agent” in the present invention is generally a thermocompression bonding adhesive, in which a polyolefin resin having the polar group described above is diluted with a solvent or the like, and a film or the like is printed on a printing machine or the like. The one that can be coated.
[0031]
In the packaging material of the present invention, the amount of the olefin resin layer having a polar group (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as “olefin resin layer”) is 0.2 to 5 g / m.2It is characterized by interposing as follows. Setting the amount of the olefin-based resin layer in such a range is preferable because the peel strength between the nylon film and the breathable material layer can be excellent without impairing moisture permeability as a packaging material. The amount of the layer is 0.2 g / m2If it is above, stable heat-sealing property can be ensured by a synergistic effect with a breathable material layer made of polyolefin resin having a melting point of 150 ° C. or lower. On the other hand, the amount of the olefin resin layer is 5 g / m.2If it is larger, the moisture permeation performance of the packaging material may be lowered, and it may lead to an increase in manufacturing cost, which is not preferable.
[0032]
The amount of the olefin resin layer is 5 g / m.2In the following, an olefinic resin having a polar group may be applied and printed as a form of the above-mentioned part coat agent, and the olefinic resin having a polar group is blown and developed through hot air while being heated and melted. The olefin resin is made into a fiber by using a conventionally known means such as a spiral spray method or a melt blow method, and is spread and applied to a nylon film or a breathable material layer as an object to be coated. It is also preferable to provide a nylon resin layer and laminate the nylon film and the breathable material layer.
[0033]
In addition, the olefin-based resin having a polar group is diluted with a solvent by a conventionally known means, or is emulsified and applied or printed in the form of dots or beads in the form of dots, and the resin is partially applied The olefin resin layer may be formed by By applying an olefinic resin having a polar group by such means to form an olefinic resin layer and bonding the nylon film and the breathable material layer, sufficient air permeability is ensured and moisture permeability is greatly reduced. The packaging material can be manufactured in such a state.
[0034]
(2) The packaging material of the present invention is characterized in that the peel strength between the nylon film and the breathable material layer is 0.5 N / 15 mm width or more, and preferably 1 N / 15 mm width or more. By setting the peel strength to a value equal to or higher than this value, delamination between the two layers is less likely to occur, and the packaging material has no practical problem. On the other hand, when the peel strength is smaller than 0.5 N / 15 mm width, when used as a packaging material for a desiccant or a freshness-keeping agent, when forming a packaging bag by heat sealing (heat sealing) using the packaging material, Delamination is likely to occur from the edge of the heat seal, etc., and the delamination may reduce the sealing strength, causing the contents to leak or eventually break the bag. .
The peel strength of the packaging material of the present invention may be determined by measuring the maximum strength per 15 mm width when T-type peel (180 degree peel) is performed at a tensile strength of 300 mm / min.
[0036]
The packaging material of the second invention of the present invention isTheThe film is formed by laminating a perforated film made of polypropylene and / or polyethylene.
[0037]
The perforated film constituting the second invention is a film perforated in order to maintain the moisture permeability of the packaging material and to improve the pinhole property, and the constituent materials include polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. Polypropylene resin may be used, and examples of polypropylene include random polypropylene and those obtained by adding a low-temperature sealing property by a known technique of blending a rubber component or the like with polypropylene. Examples include polyethylene (LLDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), and HDPE (high density polyethylene). These can be used individually by 1 type or in combination of 2 or more types. Moreover, the film subjected to the perforation treatment may be a single layer or a laminated film. By further laminating such a perforated film, the strength of the packaging material and the packaging bag made of the material, particularly stiffness, can be improved. Such a perforated film is preferably laminated so as to face the breathable material layer.
[0038]
The perforated film is prepared by perforating a film produced by a casting method or an inflation method, and there are no particular restrictions on the means for perforating treatment. A known technique such as melt drilling by hot embossing using ultrasonic heating may be used. The aperture ratio of the film that has been perforated is preferably about 5 to 40%. If the aperture ratio is less than 5%, moisture permeability may be insufficient, and if the aperture ratio exceeds 40%, it may be difficult to improve the stiffness.
[0039]
The packaging material according to the second invention having the above-described configuration has the above conditions (1) and (2), andOne (3 ')When the perforated film is used as a seal layer and the layers are heat-sealed (heat-sealed), the seal strength is 6 N / 15 mm width or more, and preferably 8 N / 15 mm width or more. If the seal strength is 6N / 15mm width or more, similar to the packaging material of the first invention, sufficient sealing strength can be maintained even when applied as a desiccant or a freshness retaining material packaging material, The packaging material has no problem in practical use. The seal strength isAndWhat is necessary is just to measure similarly.
[0040]
Moreover, the packaging material of the present invention has a moisture permeability of 50 to 1000 g /
Preferably within the range of 24 hr, 100 to 500 g / m2-It is especially preferable that it exists in the range of 24 hr. By making the moisture permeability of the packaging material within such a range, the moisture permeability becomes excellent, and the packaging material is suitable for use as a packaging material for packaging a desiccant or a freshness-preserving agent.
In addition, what is necessary is just to measure the water vapor transmission rate of the packaging material of this invention based on JISZ0208 (cup method).
[0041]
First of the present invention2As a method for producing the packaging material of the invention, for example, an olefin-based resin having a polar group such as an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) -based resin is applied to the surface of a nylon film by the above-described application means. A method of producing an olefin-based resin layer on a nylon film, and bonding the nylon film and the breathable material layer by a heat laminating method so that the olefin-based resin layer and the breathable material layer face each other. May be used. According to such means, since the olefin resin layer is formed in advance on the nylon film, the familiarity between the breathable material layer made of thermoplastic resin and the nylon film is improved, and the nylon film and the breathable material layer are This is preferable because the peel strength is excellent.
[0042]
In addition, a polyolefin resin layer is formed on the breathable resin layer in advance using the above-mentioned application means and the like, and the polyolefin resin layer and the nylon film are bonded to each other by heat lamination so as to face each other. A method may be used.
Furthermore, you may use manufacturing methods, such as a sand laminate which extrudes olefin resin which has polar groups, such as an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) type resin, between a nylon film and a breathable material layer.
[0043]
In order to produce the packaging material of the second invention, HoleThe film subjected to the dawn treatment can be obtained by laminating by heat embossing lamination or the like.
[0044]
The packaging material of the present invention thus obtained has a structure in which an olefin resin layer having a polar group such as an EVA resin layer is interposed between the nylon film and the breathable material layer. The peel strength of the material layer is 0.5 N / 15 mm width or more, and the seal strength between the seal layers is 6 N / 15 mm width or more when the layers are heat-sealed using the air-permeable material layer as a seal layer. Can do. Because the peel strength and seal strength are excellent in this way, even when applied as a constituent material such as a packaging bag for desiccant, the nylon film and the breathable material may peel or the contents from the interlayer With this combination, it is possible to prevent a material from leaking out, and a stable heat seal strength can be obtained, and a packaging material without pinholes can be provided. It is suitable as a constituent material.
Furthermore, the amount of the olefin resin layer having an intervening polar group is 5 g / m.2Since it is set as follows, the peel strength between the nylon film and the breathable material can be made excellent as described above without impairing the moisture permeability of the
[0045]
In addition, since a nylon film is used as a constituent material of the packaging material, the packaging material has excellent puncture strength, and pinholes are not generated, and leakage of contents can be prevented. Further, the back side printing of the packaging material can be performed by utilizing the transparency of the nylon film, and the printed content can be clearly expressed with respect to the outside of the packaging material. Further, since paper is not used as a constituent material for the outermost layer, paper dust is not generated, and it is also suitable as a packaging material for desiccant in fields where fine dust and dust are not required, such as precision machines and parts.
Furthermore, since the packaging material is a laminate of a nylon film and a breathable material layer, a packaging material having both breathability and moisture permeability and excellent water resistance can be provided.
[0046]
AndTheThe packaging material of the second invention formed by laminating a perforated film made of polypropylene or polyethylene exhibits the effects described above by laminating the film, and also includes a packaging material and a packaging bag made of the material. Strength, especially stiffness can be improved.
Moreover, since the sealing strength when the sealing layers are heat-sealed with the film as a sealing layer can be 6 N / 15 mm width or more.DryA packaging material suitable as a constituent material for a desiccant packaging bag or the like can be provided.
[0047]
The above-described packaging material of the present invention is preferably applied as a material constituting a packaging bag (a packaging bag for a desiccant or a packaging bag for a freshness-keeping agent) in which a desiccant or a freshness-keeping agent is enclosed.
Here, the “desiccant” is generally a material mainly composed of quicklime, silica gel, calcium chloride or a mixture thereof, and quicklime, particularly quicklime that does not release moisture taken in by a chemical reaction. It is preferable to use the prepared material.
In addition, the “freshness-preserving agent” is also called an alcohol transpiration agent, and is generally an adsorbed granular solid such as activated carbon, diatomaceous earth, aluminum silicate, silica, or the like, adsorbed with alcohol or a solution containing alcohol. It is used for the preservation of foods, etc., utilizing the action of inhibiting the growth of microorganisms and the bactericidal action of alcohol. In particular, a material in which ethanol is adsorbed on amorphous silica is excellent in terms of safety, alcohol retention and transpiration. In addition, as a freshness keeping agent, you may use the well-known material disclosed by patent registration No. 1571345 etc., for example.
[0048]
In order to manufacture a packaging bag made of the packaging material of the present invention, for example, a folded portion is formed by using one sheet of the packaging material with a breathable material layer (or a film that has been perforated) as a sealing layer. Half-fold so that the air-permeable material layer is the inner surface, and fill the inside with a predetermined amount of desiccant or freshness-preserving agent, and heat seal the three sides with a heat sealer etc. to form a bag shape The processing method or two of the packaging materials are overlapped so that the breathable material layer directly overlaps, and heat sealing is performed on all sides with a heat sealer etc. while filling a predetermined amount of desiccant etc. It can manufacture by the method etc. which process to a bag shape by this. And the said packaging bag can be suitably applied as a packaging bag for desiccants or a packaging bag for freshness preservation agents by filling and enclosing a desiccant or a freshness preservation agent.
[0049]
Since this packaging bag uses the packaging material of the present invention as a constituent material, it is possible to provide a packaging bag with excellent sealing strength even when it is made into a bag. In addition, the peel strength between the nylon film and the breathable material layer (or the film that has been perforated) is excellent, so there is no leakage of contents from the interlayer or the seal, and it is stable. Heat sealability can be ensured. And it becomes a packaging bag which can enjoy the effect | action and effect which the above-mentioned packaging material has, and can provide the packaging bag which can fully exhibit the effect of the desiccant or freshness preservation agent to enclose.

Nylon with an EVA resin layer interposed between the layers using the same method as in Example 1 except that the specifications of the spunbond nonwoven fabric and the roll temperature conditions of the hot embossing laminating machine were changed as follows. A film / polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric laminate was obtained.
[0104]
(Specifications of spunbond nonwoven fabric)
Polypropylene extrusion temperature: 230 ° C
Weight of polypropylene nonwoven fabric: 40 g / m2
The thickness of the fibers that make up the polypropylene spunbonded nonwoven: 4 denier

[Comparative Example 5]
Polyester spunbonded nonwoven fabric (Ecule 6501A: Toyobo Co., Ltd., melting point 252 ° C., basis weight 50 g / m2), The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) resin (Ultrasen 637: manufactured by Tosoh Corporation, melting point 83 ° C.,
[0107]
[Comparative Example 6]
Japanese paper used as a packaging material for conventional desiccants (weight per unit: 38 g / m2), Polyethylene film (thickness: 15 μm) / polyolefin-based wallif (Nisseki Warif (registered trademark) SS: manufactured by Nippon Oil Plast Co., Ltd.) / Polyethylene film (20 μm) porous processed product.
In addition, this comparative example 6 was manufactured by a poly sand laminating method while extruding polyethylene after unwinding Japanese paper and burif.
[0108]
In the above examples and comparative examples, the melt index (MI) was measured by a method based on JIS K7210, and the moisture permeability of the nylon film was measured by a method based on JIS Z0208 (cup method). did.
[0109]
[Test Example 1]
For the packaging materials (laminates) obtained in Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6, using the following evaluation conditions, “(1) moisture permeability” and “(2) peel strength” Were compared and evaluated.
Moreover, after preparing a bag-making product using the following manufacturing conditions for each packaging material (laminate), using the following evaluation conditions, "(3) Pinhole check" and "(4) Heat seal part Were compared and evaluated. The evaluation results are shown in Table 1.
[0110]
(1) Moisture permeability:
Based on JIS Z0208, it measured on 40 degreeC and 90% RH conditions.
[0111]
(2) Peel strength:
Using a tensile tester, the maximum strength per 15 mm width was measured when peeling was performed 180 degrees at a tensile speed of 300 mm / min.
[0112]
(Preparation of bag products)
Using the layers shown in Table 1 as the outermost layer and the sealing layer, a bag-making product was obtained using an automatic filling bag making machine (R-8 type: manufactured by Topac Co., Ltd., one-fold three-side seal type).
[0113]
(3) Pinhole check:
Open one side of the bag-made product and inject the red penetrant as a pinhole checker into the bag using a red penetrant (Microcheck (Dye penetrant deep wound agent): manufactured by Nippon Kogyo Co., Ltd.). The leakage to the surface of the material (laminate) was checked, and if there was no leakage, it was judged as “good”, and if there was a leakage, it was judged as “bad”.
[0114]
(4) Seal strength:
According to JIS Z0238, the maximum strength per 15 mm width was measured when the peel rate was peeled off at 180 ° for the longitudinal seal portion of the bag-made product at 300 mm / min.
[0115]
[Table 1]
[0116]
From the results of Table 1, the packaging materials of the present invention obtained in Examples 1 to 4 were excellent in moisture permeability and peel strength between the nylon film and the breathable material layer. And even if it is made into a bag, there is no worry about leakage of the contents because there is no pinhole, and there is no pinhole in the seal part, and sealing between the sealing layers (breathable material layers) It was found that the strength was excellent and there was no problem in practical use.
Therefore, the packaging material of this invention has confirmed that it was suitable as a constituent material of the desiccant and the packaging bag for freshness preservation agents.
[0117]
On the other hand, Comparative Example 1 in which the resin was not interposed between the nylon film and the spunbonded nonwoven fabric had a low peel strength between the nylon film and the spunbonded nonwoven fabric and the seal strength between the seal layers (spunbonded nonwoven fabrics), and the bag was made. In some cases, it turned out to be a problem in practice.
Further, the laminate of Comparative Example 2 composed of nylon film / EVA resin layer / perforated coextruded polyethylene film had poor moisture permeability and was unsuitable as a constituent material for packaging bags such as desiccant.
And all the laminated bodies of Comparative Examples 3-6 produced the leak by a pinhole check. Therefore, even when it is applied as a constituent material of a packaging bag such as a desiccant, it is highly probable that the contents will leak, and it has been confirmed that these laminates are also unsuitable as the constituent material. Moreover, the laminated body of the comparative example 4 also had a bad sealing strength between the sealing layers.
[0118]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the peel strength between the nylon film and the breathable material layer in the packaging material can be made excellent, it can be applied as a constituent material such as a packaging bag for a desiccant. In addition, the nylon film and the breathable material can be prevented from peeling off or the contents can be prevented from leaking from the interlayer, and a packaging material with good pinhole properties can be provided. It is possible to provide a packaging material suitable as a constituent material.
[0119]
Therefore, the packaging material of the present invention can be advantageously used as a constituent material of a packaging bag enclosing a desiccant and a freshness-preserving agent (alcohol transpiration agent).
