Description

【0001】

【0052】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to bedding. More specifically, the present invention relates to a bag-shaped bedding in which a comforter and a mattress for sleeping are integrated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a combination of single-leaf or multiple-leaf comforters and mattresses has been widely used as bedding. This traditional style is extremely good as a result of many years of drought in terms of hygroscopicity, sweat absorption, elasticity, material heat retention, etc. for the purpose of simply ensuring sleep. However, it is unsatisfactory in terms of psychological aspects of sleep, that is, a sense of security, relaxation, and consideration for recent lifestyles. In other words, as with animals, it is most comfortable to sleep, surrounded by a space that does not have a feeling of blockage, enveloping people, such as a hole that does not have to be attacked by external enemies. Nothing has yet emerged from the ergonomic consideration of bedding. Rather than sleeping immediately after entering the bedding, you can relax by doing various things, such as reading a book, watching TV, calling a mobile phone, or operating a remote control such as an air conditioner. Recently, it has become a lifestyle. The composition of bedding that can accommodate this lifestyle has not yet been realized.
[0003]
In addition, conventional comforters and mattresses have a problem in keeping warm the parts exposed to the outside air above the neck and the parts that cannot be covered with flat comforters such as shoulders, and the comforters become extremely cold when turned over. There is a problem of becoming. In order to solve this problem, when a bedding such as a conventional sleeping bag is used, problems such as difficulty in breathing or insufficient turning over occur.
[0004]
In particular, with regard to turning over, this is directly related to health in terms of sleep physiology, and it is important to develop a bedding that can be turned over easily and does not cause comforters to lie down or become cold due to gaps. In other words, if you do not turn over, blood circulation near the skin in the part that is in close contact with the mattress will worsen and floor rubbing will occur. In addition, joints receive body pressure and cause pain. If this state continues, it will also cause chronic fatigue fractures, which may cause so-called forty shoulders and fifty shoulders.
[0005]
With regard to heat insulation, the existing comforters and mattresses can not withstand the cold during cold weather unless they are used in layers of two or three, and the bedding can be kept warm in terms of effective use of resources. There is a need for development. Further, conventional rectangular comforters and mattresses have an irrational form, which is wasteful in terms of ergonomics. If the amount of cotton, fabric, etc. used per person is reduced, it will greatly contribute to saving resources and energy, as well as pollution from waste.

[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiment modes of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a bag-like bedding 2a according to the present invention includes a comforter 4a and a mattress 6a that are removably connected by a connecting fastener 8a that is a connecting means for removably connecting the periphery of the bedding 4a. That is, the peripheral edge 14 of the comforter 4a is a connecting part, and the peripheral edge 15 of the mattress 6a is a connecting part. Further, a human head exposure opening 12a having a diameter larger than the human head is provided near the front peripheral edge of the comforter 4a, and the face is positioned substantially at the center of the human head exposure opening 12a in a state where the person enters the bag-shaped bedding 2a. To do.
[0019]
With such a configuration in which the peripheral edge is substantially sealed over the entire circumference, the bag-shaped bedding 2a of the present invention does not have a gap around the comforter 4a and the bedding 6a. Does not get in, and has excellent heat retention. In particular, there is no gap between the traditional comforter and the mattress of the shoulder, and a comfortable sleep can be obtained. Therefore, it is not necessary to lay and lay many futons even in the cold weather, and it is not necessary to rely on an electric heater such as red bean paste, which has the effect of saving resources and energy.
[0020]
The comforter 4a and the mattress 6a have a shape in which four corners of a rectangle are isolated in a plan view, that is, an ellipse, an oval shape, an oval shape, or the like. A polygon such as an octagon in which four corners of a rectangle are dropped may be used. In the present invention, such a polygon such as an octagon in which the four corners of the rectangle are dropped is functionally regarded as a shape in which the four corners of the rectangle are isolated. Such a rectangular shape with four corners isolated, that is, an almost oval shape, is the shape of a small animal's dormant cicada, helminth shell, etc., a figure of a dog, a cat, etc. Reminiscent of a sleeping baby, giving a sense of comfort to those who use the bag-shaped bedding of the present invention. Also, unlike conventional rectangular futons, padded cotton does not come near the corner and the cotton does not decrease and become thinner at the center.
[0021]
The comforter 4a constituting the bag-shaped bedding 2a is three-dimensionally shaped and has a dome shape. This ensures a relaxed space for people to enter. The bag-shaped bedding 2a has a substantially chevron shape when viewed from the side, and has a longitudinal cross section, that is, an outer shape of a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and an outer shape of a cross section perpendicular to the width direction. That is, the shape of the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the comforter 4a and the shape of the cross section perpendicular to the width direction are such that both ends of the substantially C shape are on the bottom, and the interior surrounded by the comforter 4a and the mattress 6a is a space. Become. The shape of the space is such that the spheroid is cut along a plane parallel to its longitudinal direction and one of them is missing.
[0022]
In the bag-shaped bedding 2a, a gusset cloth 68 is arranged on the peripheral edge 66a of the human head exposed opening 12a of the comforter 4a, and the peripheral edge 66a of the window opening 12a is made thick. With this thickness, the air layer created between the outside air and the face relieves the coldness of the outside air. Moreover, since the human head exposure opening 12a is shaped like a cave wall, when looking at the outside through the human head exposure opening 12a from the inner side of the bag-shaped bedding 2a at bedtime, it is as if it was guarded from external enemies. It feels like you're inside the cave and looking outside.
[0023]
The comforter 4a is provided with a slit-like hole 16a for taking in and out the hand as an accessory function providing means, and a slit-like hole 20a for taking in and out the foot. The holes 16a and 20a are respectively provided with cloth-coverable covers 18a and 22a.
[0024]
Pockets 24a are provided as accessory function providing means at the left and right positions where a person can reach in a state where the person enters the bag-shaped bedding 2a.
[0025]
The slit-shaped holes 16a and 20a have a gusseted peripheral edge, and a thickness is given to the peripheral edge of the hole. Thereby, in a state where the hole is closed, the gusset portion is in close contact with the surface, and the outside air can be well blocked. Further, by providing the gusset, the thickness of the heat insulating material does not become thin at the periphery of the hole, and therefore, the heat insulating material does not become thin and good heat retention is maintained.
[0026]
FIG. 2 schematically shows a plan view of a connecting fastener 8a which is a connecting means for detachably connecting the comforter 4a and the mattress 6a over the entire periphery thereof. The connecting fastener 8a is provided with a pair of handles 9a, 9b and handles 9c, 9d at the positions of the upper end C and the lower end D in the longitudinal direction of the bag-shaped bedding. This is a rotary (both knobs) double-open fastener that can be opened and closed. When the handle is in the position shown in FIG. 2, the connecting fastener 8a is sealed over the entire circumference. The handle 9a moves in the direction of the arrow UR, the handle 9b moves in the direction of the arrow UL, and the handle 9c moves in the direction of the arrow DR. The fasteners of the moved parts are opened by the movement in the direction and the movement of the handle 9d in the direction of the arrow UR, and the fasteners of the moved parts are closed by the movement in the opposite direction. A knob 11 is attached to each handle, and a pair of knobs 11 are arranged on the outside and inside of the bag-shaped bedding, respectively. Thereby, the connection fastener 8a can be opened and closed from the inside and the outside of the bag-shaped bedding.
[0027]
A method for obtaining the molded comforter 4a will be sequentially described below. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the comforter 4a includes a heat insulating material 5a housed in the comforter, a comforter cover 30 covering the heat insulating material 5a, and a connecting fastener member 50 serving as a connecting means arranged at the connecting part of the comforter. Is done.
[0028]
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the shape in plan view of the mattress 6a and the heat insulating material 5a housed in the comforter. The heat insulating material 5a is a flat cotton-padded cloth bag body in which the side fabric is filled with futon cotton, such as a conventional futon. The shape is oval, similar to the mattress 6a, the area ratio is 1 for the mattress 6a and the thermal insulation 5a is approximately 1.2 to 3.5, but 1.3 to 2.5 is further Is preferred. The length LU of the heat insulating material 5a is 2400 mm, and this length is approximately 400 mm longer than the length of the mattress 6a. The width WU is 1500 mm, which is about 300 mm longer than the mattress 6a. The heat insulating material 5a is provided with an opening 19a corresponding to the head opening of the comforter.
[0029]
FIG. 4 is a schematic view for showing the shape and size in plan view of the comforter cover 30 filled with the heat insulating material before molding. The comforter cover 30 has a structure in which a seam 36 is formed by stitching together a two-leaf cloth (fabric) 32 having a shape similar to that of a heat insulating material in a layered manner by providing a seam allowance 34. The width of the seam allowance 34 is about 10 cm. An annular shape 39 formed by following the seam 36 is substantially similar to the shape of the heat insulating material. That is, it is an oval shape in this example. A fastener 40 is provided on one of the two-leaf cloth 32 sewn together in this manner, so that a heat insulating material can be inserted. The comforter cover 30 is provided with an opening 13a corresponding to the human head exposed opening of the heat insulating material to be inserted.
[0030]
The comforter cover 30 in the form of FIG. 4 is molded. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the cloth of the seam allowance 34 of the comforter cover 30 is planarly aligned, the tack 38 is taken on the mated cloth, and the edge 52 of the comforter cover 30 is successively overlapped and stitched. Reference numeral 37 denotes a seam for fixing the tack 38. At this time, the portion of the seam allowance 34 stitched together makes a round of the outer periphery of the comforter cover 30. The edge 52 of the comforter cover 30 has a shape and a circumference that follows the seam allowance 34 that has been sewed around the edge so that the edge and the circumference of the mattress to be connected later are substantially the same. The overlap ratio of the overlap stitches of the tack 38 is determined. In this example, the shape of the edge 52 of the comforter cover 30 is an oval shape. In this way, the comforter cover 33 molded in three dimensions is obtained. A heat insulating material is inserted and filled through a zipper opening (not shown) provided separately in the comforter cover 33 to form a comforter. As described above, the edge 52 of the comforter cover 30 is sewn at least at a part thereof and is sewn around the edge, but a technique such as darts, gathers, and shirring can also be used as the method of seam shrinkage. A part of the edge may be excised and the marks may be sewn together. Further, a string and a cloth passage through which the string is passed may be arranged on the edge of the comforter cover like a so-called purse, and the edge may be narrowed by narrowing the string.
[0031]
Further, the edge 52 of the comforter cover 30 is provided with one member 50 of a connecting fastener for connecting the comforter and the mattress. Note that the comforter cover 30 and thus the formed comforter cover 33 are provided with slit-like holes for inserting and removing limbs and openings for exposing the human head, which are not shown in FIGS.
[0032]
Next, a heat insulating material is inserted into the comforter cover that has been molded. Due to the tack 38 taken on the edge of the comforter cover 30, the heat insulating material inserted into the comforter cover 30 is formed into a dome shape having a hollow shape in which the edges are narrowed, three-dimensionally formed, and the heel is turned down. In this way, the comforter cover 33 is filled with the heat insulating material, and a three-dimensionally shaped dome-shaped comforter is obtained.
[0033]
FIG. 6 is a schematic plan view showing the mattress 6a connected to the comforter. The mattress 6a includes a mattress cover 35 and an insulating material 3a for mattress inserted therein. The heat insulating material 3a is a flat cotton-padded cloth bag body in which the side fabric is filled with futon cotton like a conventional futon. Alternatively, an elastic sheet such as a urethane mat may be used. Further, the periphery of the mattress cover 35 is paired with one member of the connecting fastener of the comforter, and the other member 51 of the connecting fastener for connecting the comforter and the mattress 6a is disposed. Note that a fastener 42 for inserting the mattress heat insulating material 3a is provided on the back side of the mattress cover 35 (the side in contact with the floor).
[0034]
Subsequently, it connects through the member of the connection fastener distribute | arranged to the comforter cover and the mattress cover, respectively, and the bag-shaped bedding 2a as shown in FIG. 2 is obtained. In the present invention, a general fastener may be used as the connecting fastener 8a that is a means for connecting the comforter cover and the mattress, but as described above, a bag using a rotary (double knob) double-open fastener. It is further desirable to allow opening and closing from the inside of the bedding 2a.
[0035]
In the bag-shaped bedding of the present invention thus obtained, the upper area of the comforter surrounded by the connection part of the comforter is larger than the upper area of the comforter surrounded by the connection part of the comforter. The upper area of the comforter surrounded by the connection part of the comforter is the area of the inner wall of the bag-shaped bedding surrounded by the connection part of the comforter and the area of the human head exposed opening provided in the comforter. Is equivalent to the sum of The upper area of the mattress corresponds to the area of the inner wall of the bag-shaped bedding surrounded by the mattress connecting portion.
[0036]
The shape of the comforter of the present invention may be the shape of a shell obtained by cutting a cocoon shell, a peanut shell, an eggshell, a worm shell, and the like along a plane parallel to the longitudinal direction thereof.
As another method for obtaining a three-dimensionally formed comforter, a cotton fabric made of fibers or feathers may be filled between the two leaf cloths of the comforter cover that is tucked or gathered at the edges.
[0037]
As a method of three-dimensionally molding the heat insulating material 90, as shown in FIG. 14, the peripheral edge 99 of the heat insulating material 90 may be sewn and contracted at least at a part, and the edges may be sewed around. As a method of sewing shrinkage, techniques such as gathering, darts, tacking, and shirring can be used. A part of the edge may be excised and the marks may be sewn together. Alternatively, a string and a cloth passage through which the string passes may be arranged at the edge like a so-called purse, and the edge may be narrowed by narrowing the string.
[0038]
Further, as another method for obtaining a three-dimensional comforter, as shown in FIG. 15, wedge-shaped notches 92 are provided at a plurality of locations on the edge of a heat insulating material 90a such as a flat-plate-like comforter or a flat-plate-like urethane foam. After being provided, the side surfaces 94 and 96 of the notch facing the cut are sealed by sealing means such as stitching or adhesion to form a sealing portion 97, and is a three-dimensional shape having a substantially oval shape in plan view and a substantially mountain shape in side view. The plate-shaped heat insulating material 98 is formed into a three-dimensional shape, and the three-dimensional heat insulating material 98 is filled between two cloths of the comforter cover 30 with the gathers 38 taken at the edges, so that it is seen in a plan view. There is a method of obtaining a three-dimensionally shaped plate-shaped comforter that has a substantially oval shape and a substantially mountain shape in side view.
In FIGS. 14 and 15, the human head exposure opening is not shown.
[0039]
In another aspect of the present invention, a connecting fastener for connecting the mattress and the comforter is provided on a part of the entire circumference of the bag-shaped bedding, and the rest of the circumference, that is, the connecting portion between the mattress and the comforter. Some may be sewn together.
[0040]
In still another aspect of the present invention, a detachable coupling tool including one or more of a coupling tool such as a button, a hook, a hook-and-loop fastener, a button and a buttonhole, a string, an eyelet, and a hook is used instead of the coupling fastener. May be. A coupling member constituted by these detachable coupling tools is arranged on the bag-shaped bedding.
[0041]
In still another aspect of the present invention, with regard to the connection between the mattress and the comforter, at least a part of the entire circumference of the bag-shaped bedding is, for example, between the adjacent buttons or the buttons. It may have an unconnected portion such as an unconnected portion between the hook-and-loop surface fastener and the hook-and-loop fastener, and may be intermittently connected.
[0042]
In still another aspect of the present invention, at least a part of the connecting portion provided in the mattress may be provided on the upper surface of the mattress.
[0043]
A cross section of the bag-shaped bedding 2a in use is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 7-a, the bag-shaped bedding 2a of the present invention is larger than the width and length of the comforter 4a, and the edges of the comforter 4a are constricted after the edges of the comforter 4a are narrowed. The fasteners 50 and 51 (FIGS. 5 and 6) are connected by a connecting fastener 8a. The space 62 in which the person in the bag-shaped bedding 2a enters has a sufficient space with respect to the bulk of the person. This is because the edge of the comforter 4a is constricted and then connected to the mattress 6a. Due to this clearance, the user can easily turn over as shown in FIGS. 7B and 7C, and no stress occurs during sleep. Further, unlike a conventional comforter, the comforter is not turned over, or a gap is not formed or clumped by turning over.
[0044]
The mattress 6a has an oval shape and a length LD of 2000 mm, which is substantially the same as that of a conventional mattress. The width WD is 1200 mm, which is about 200 mm longer than a conventional mattress. As a result, the mattress of the present invention can be obtained without much changing the amount of filling cotton from the conventional mattress.
FIG. 8 is a schematic plan view showing a state in which a standard size person is sleeping on the mattress in the natural state. In the case of the conventional mattress 70 (FIG. 8-a), the hand protrudes. In the case of the mattress 6a (FIG. 8-b), the hand does not protrude.
[0045]
Further, when researching the style of a person's sleeping posture, as shown in FIG. 8, it was found that the rectangular futon was a useless space near the corners of the four corners. It proved to be a reasonable and reasonable form.
[0046]
FIG. 8C schematically shows a difference in shape in plan view between the conventional mattress 70 and the mattress 6a in the present invention. The conventional mattress 70 and the mattress 6a in the present invention may have the same length LD, but the width of the mattress 6a in the present invention is larger. The two are overlapped as shown in FIG. 8C, and the sum of the areas of the four corner portions 140 protruding in the shape of the conventional mattress 70 and the areas of the protruding portions 142 on both sides of the mattress 6a in the present invention. Despite being oval and wider than conventional mattresses, the area and therefore the amount of material used for the mattress, such as cotton and side fabrics, is almost the same. is there.
[0047]
FIG. 9 shows an aspect of a posture that a person takes at bedtime. A person takes various postures while turning over at bedtime, but mainly takes the posture shown in FIG. 9, and this posture is a relaxing posture for the person. As shown in FIG. 9-b, the futon of the present invention can cover the range of main relaxing postures at bedtime. The conventional futon cannot cover the range of the main posture at bedtime as shown in FIG. 9A, and to cover this range, the size of the futon must be increased unnecessarily. It is not economical and causes waste of resources, and further contributes to an increase in waste generated, which also has an adverse effect on the environment.
[0048]
In the present invention, as a result of the ergonomic research on the sleeping posture, the shape of the comforter and the mattress is the most relaxed shape in the oval shape, and is a reasonable and wasteful shape. When further emphasizing only the sleeping space, a rectangular shape may be used without dropping the four corners.
[0049]
Another embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. In FIG. 10, the bed-like bedding 2c has a bedding 6c and a comforter 4c partially overlapped. The head 74 when a person is sleeping comes to the part 74 which is not superimposed. A substantially U-shaped cotton stuffing cloth body 72 is arranged on the non-overlapped portion 74 as shown in FIG. That is, the arc portion of the cotton stuffed cloth body 72 is positioned in the vicinity of one side edge in the longitudinal direction of the mattress 6c, that is, in the vicinity of the side edge 76 in the non-overlapped portion 74 of the mattress 6c. Connect detachably. The fastener 83 includes a button 80 and a hanging strap 81. A combination of a button and a hook or a combination of male and female hook-and-loop fasteners may be used.
[0050]
By this aspect, the space surrounded by the arc portion of the cotton stuffed cloth body 72 and the edge 82 of the comforter 4c serves as a human head exposure opening. The cloth body 72 is filled with a heat insulating material such as fiber, feather, sponge, and the like, and these are collectively referred to as cotton.
[0051]
The mattress 6c and the comforter 4c are connected by a connecting fastener 8c along the met edge of the comforter 6c and the comforter 4c from A to B. Alternatively, two connecting fasteners, that is, a connecting fastener from A to C and a connecting fastener from B to D may be used so that one side or both sides can be freely opened and closed. As the connecting fastener, it is more preferable to use a rotary (both knobs) double open fastener.
[0052]
The shape before the formation of the comforter 4c is a shape obtained by cutting substantially the upper half of the oval shape. The oval shape is similar to the oval shape of the mattress 6c, and the area ratio of both oval shapes is 1: 1.2. To 3.5.
[0053]
The comforter 4c is joined to one member of the connecting fastener 8c in the section from A to B, but the edge of the comforter 4c at that portion is narrowed corresponding to the edge of the mattress 6c in the section from A to B. It has been. As a result, a space is formed between the mattress 6c and the comforter 4c.
[0054]
The mattress and comforter constituting the bag-shaped bedding of the present invention are composed of a bag-shaped cloth body such as a futon cover and a side fabric and a heat insulating material filled therein. The heat insulating material is made of foamed elastic plastic such as fiber, padded cotton such as feathers or urethane foam. Moreover, it consists of the plate-shaped bagging body which packed such a heat insulating material. Alternatively, the mattress and comforter constituting the bag-shaped bedding of the present invention may be a bag-shaped cloth body filled with a heat insulating material and further filled into another bag-shaped cloth body (duvet cover or the like). Good.
[0055]
Moreover, the bag-shaped bedding of the present invention can include a chest 100 made of a lump-like foamed elastic plastic (urethane foam or the like) as shown in FIG. In FIG. 11, a chest 100 is disposed in contact with the side edge 109 of the mattress 6d constituting the bag-shaped bedding 2a. The mattress 6d and the chest 100 are detachably connected by a hook 106. The upper surface 112 of the chest 100 is flat, and an alarm clock, a writing instrument, or the like can be placed thereon. In addition, a round hole-shaped or square-shaped recess 110 is formed on the upper surface 112 so that a beverage bottle or a cup can be fitted and held. Further, a slit-like cut 102 is formed in the vertical direction on the side surface of the chest 100, and a slit-like cut 104 is formed in the horizontal direction, and glasses, a memo pad or the like can be inserted and held in the cut. FIG. 12 shows a sketch of the chest 100 as viewed from a direction different from that in FIG. The reference numerals used in FIG. 12 are the same as those in FIG.
[0056]
The chest 100 is arranged at a position that can be reached at bedtime, and like the pocket 24d (FIG. 11), various accessories can be easily put in and out to enjoy a relaxing time before sleeping.
[0057]
FIG. 13 shows cross-sectional sketches of various arrangement relationships between various cross-sectional chests and mattresses. FIG. 13A shows the positional relationship between the mattress 6e and the chest 100e when the edges of the comforter 4e are flush with each other. FIG. 13B shows a case where the edge of the mattress 6f projects outward with respect to the edge of the comforter 4f. Fig. 13-c shows the arrangement when the mattress is placed on a low bed. Reference numerals 8e, 8f, and 8g are connecting fasteners for connecting the mattress and the comforter, and reference numerals 106e, 106f, and 106g are hooks that connect the chest and the mattress.
It is preferable that the mattress is made of a thick plate of urethane foam because the connection with the chest is ensured. The chest is preferably in the form of foamed plastic covered with a cloth.
[0058]
【The invention's effect】
The bag-shaped bedding obtained by the present invention captures sleep from an engineering point of view, and can secure a sufficient and wasteful space corresponding to the posture during sleep and the change over time during the sleep. In addition, a space with a roosting feeling of animals can be formed between the mattress and the comforter, thereby bringing a sense of security and relaxation at bedtime. In addition, the heat retention is good.
[0059]
In the present invention, such a space is formed by (1) arcuate the four corners of the futon, (2) forming the comforter into a three-dimensional dome, and (3) sealing the mattress and the comforter in a ring shape with a peripheral edge or the like. It is obtained by creating a space, (4) providing a head-exposed opening large enough to put the head on the comforter, and (5) thickening the edge of the opening.
[0060]
In addition, the bag-shaped bedding obtained by the present invention is provided with an opening through which a hand and a foot can be taken in and out of the comforter, and a pocket is provided at the position of the hand, thereby storing props for spending a bedtime there. Easy to operate, take in and out, and create a relaxing and enjoyable time from bedtime to sleep. In addition, it is a bedding that is convenient to spend such a time.
[0061]
In addition, the bag-shaped bedding obtained by the present invention forms a space between the mattress and the comforter, and can extend the limbs to the natural body at bedtime, and the comforter can be peeled off by a bed collar or a gap can be generated. There is no clumping. Moreover, even though the mattress and the comforter are connected, the bed is not cramped because it has a three-dimensional shape.
