【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は寝具に関する。詳しくは、安眠のための掛け布団と敷き布団を一体にした袋状寝具に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来、寝具としては、単葉又は複数葉の掛け布団と敷き布団の組み合わせが、広く用いられてきた。この伝統的な様式は、単に眠りを確保するだけの目的に対しては、吸湿性、吸汗性、弾力性、素材の保温性等の点では幾多の年月の淘汰の結果として極めて優れた機能をもっているが、眠りの心理的な側面すなわち、安心感、くつろぎ感や、最近のライフスタイルへの配慮の点からは不満足である。すなわち、人は動物と同じく、外敵の襲う心配のない穴ぐらのような、人を包み込みかつ閉塞感のない空間に囲まれて眠るのが最も安らぐのであり、このような安らぎ感、安心感を与える寝具を人間工学的に考察し、実現したものは未だ出現していない。また、寝具に入って直ぐに眠るのではなく、本を読んだり、テレビを見たり、携帯電話をかけたり、エアコン等のリモコンを操作したりと寝具に入っていろいろなことをしてリラックスすることが最近ではライフスタイルになっている。このライフスタイルに対応出来る寝具の構成は未だ実現されていない。

また、従来の掛け布団と敷き布団の組み合わせは、首から上の外気に曝された部分や、肩口等平面状の掛け布団で覆いきれない部分の保温に問題があり、また寝返りにより掛け布団がはだけて寒くなるという問題がある。これを解消するために袋状の従来の寝袋のような寝具を用いたときには、息苦しい、あるいは充分な寝返りが打てない等の問題が生ずる。

特に、寝返りに関しては、これが睡眠の生理上、健康に直接関与しており、楽に寝返りが打ててかつ掛け布団がはだけたり隙間が生じて寒くなるという事がない寝具の開発は重要である。すなわち寝返りをしないと敷き布団に密着した部分の皮膚の付近の血行が悪くなり、床擦れが生ずる。また、関節が体圧を受けて痛みを生ずる。この状態を続けると、慢性疲労骨折の原因ともなり、これがさらには所謂四十肩、五十肩をも引き起こしかねないのである。

なお、保温性に関しては、従来の掛け布団と敷き布団では、２枚、３枚と重ねて使用しなければ寒冷時の寒さに耐えられず、資源の有効活用の点でも合理的な保温を行なえる寝具の開発の必要がある。また、従来の長方形の掛け布団と敷き布団は、人間工学的にみると無駄の多い、不合理な形態を有している。一人当たりの布団の綿、布地等の使用量が減少すれば、資源、エネルギーの節約の点でも、廃棄物による公害の点でも寄与するところが大きい。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、睡眠時の寝姿勢のスタイルを人間工学的に分析し、合理的で、布団が睡眠時にずれず、保温性が良く、寝返りを楽に打て、かつ就寝時にリラックス出来、安心感、くつろぎ感をもたらし、睡眠前後のひとときを楽しく快適に過ごすのに便利な構成の寝具を実現しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するための本発明の要旨とするところは、人頭露出開口が設けられ、環状の連結部を有する板状の掛け布団と、該環状の連結部と略同形の他の連結部を有する敷き布団と、該連結部と該他の連結部とを連結して該掛け布団と該敷き布団とを連結する連結手段とから構成されたことを特徴とする袋状寝具である。

更に前記連結部が前記掛け布団の周縁部に沿って配されていることを特徴とする袋状寝具であり、前記他の連結部が前記敷き布団の周縁部に沿って配されていることを特徴とする袋状寝具である。

又、本発明の要旨とするところは、長手方向に直交する縦断面、及び幅方向に直交する縦断面の外形が略蒲鉾形を有し、前記掛け布団と前記敷き布団とで囲まれた内部が中空であることを特徴とする袋状寝具であり、更に、平面視略小判形であることを特徴とする袋状寝具である。

更に、本発明の要旨とするところは、前記掛け布団が、平面視略小判形であり、開口縁が略小判形の容器状であり、且つ該掛け布団の中央部の、長手方向と垂直な断面形状が略弧状に形成されたことを特徴とする袋状寝具である。

又、本発明の要旨とするところは、前記掛け布団が、重ねられた２葉の布地を含み、該２葉の布地が、該環状の連結部に沿い、且つ少なくとも一部の部分で縫い縮められ、縫合され、該２葉の布地の間に断熱材が充填されたことを特徴とする袋状寝具であり、又、本発明の要旨とするところは、前記掛け布団が、重ねられた２葉の布地を含み、該２葉の布地が、該掛け布団の周縁部に沿い、且つ少なくとも一部の部分で縫い縮められ、縫合され、該２葉の布地の間に断熱材が充填されたことを特徴とする袋状寝具であり、前記布地の縫合前の平面視の形状が、前記敷き布団の平面視の形状に略相似し、且つ該両形状の面積の比が１．２乃至３．５：１であることを特徴とする袋状寝具であり、又、前記断熱材の、前記層状に重ねられた２葉の布地の間に充填される前の形状が平板状であり、且つ平面視の形状が、前記敷き布団の平面視の形状に略相似し、且つ該両形状の面積の比が１．２乃至３．５：１であることを特徴とする袋状寝具である。

更に、前記断熱材は、前記２葉の布地の間に充填される前の形状が板状であり、縁部の一部が縫い縮められ、又は紐を利用して巾着状に窄められ、又は平板状の断熱材の縁部の複数箇所に作られた楔形の切り込みの対向面同士が封止されて平面視略小判形且つ側面視略山形に立体的に形成されたことを特徴とする袋状寝具であり、立体的に形成される前の平面視の形状が、前記敷き布団の平面視の形状に略相似し、且つ該両形状の面積の比が１．２乃至３．５：１であることを特徴とする袋状寝具である。
更に又、前記人頭露出開口の周縁がマチ付きであることを特徴とする袋状寝具である。

又、本発明の要旨とするところは、敷き布団と、該敷き布団の周縁部と連結手段で着脱自在に連結された掛け布団と、略Ｕ字形の綿詰め布体とを含み、該掛け布団は、略上半分を切除されて該敷き布団と該掛け布団の間に開口部を形成し、該綿詰め布体は就寝時の人頭部を囲んで配設され、且つ該綿詰め布体と該敷き布団とが着脱自在に連結されていることを特徴とする袋状寝具である。

又、本発明の要旨とするところは、敷き布団と、掛け布団と、略Ｕ字形の綿詰め布体とを含み、該敷き布団の周縁部に連結部があり、該掛け布団の周縁部に他の連結部があり、該敷き布団の連結部と該掛け布団の他の連結部とが連結手段で着脱自在に連結され、該掛け布団は、略上半分を切除されて該敷き布団と該掛け布団の間に開口部を形成し、該綿詰め布体は就寝時の人頭部を囲んで配設され、且つ該綿詰め布体と該敷き布団とが着脱自在に連結されており、且つ、該掛け布団の該他の連結部に囲まれた上面積が、対応する該敷き布団の上面積より大であることを特徴とする袋状寝具である。

又、本発明の要旨とするところは、前記連結手段が前記連結部の少なくとも一部において着脱自在な連結をする手段であることを特徴とする袋状寝具である。
更に、本発明の要旨とするところは、人が寝た状態で手足の少なくとも一部を出し入れ出来る少なくとも１の開口が付帯機能付与手段として前記掛け布団に設けられたことを特徴とする袋状寝具であり、前記開口が蓋付きであることを特徴とする袋状寝具であり、前記開口の周縁の少なくとも一部がマチ付きであることを特徴とする袋状寝具である。又、人が寝た状態で日用品等を出し入れ出来る少なくとも１のポケットが付帯機能付与手段として前記掛け布団に設けられたことを特徴とする袋状寝具である。

更に又、本発明の要旨とするところは、前記敷き布団の側方縁に、小物を差し込んだ状態で保持出来る切り込みを有する軟質弾性体を含むチェストが付帯機能付与手段として配されていることを特徴とする袋状寝具である。

又、本発明の要旨とするところは、前記連結手段が、該袋状寝具の外側からも、人の寝る内側からも着脱自在に連結する手段であることを特徴とする袋状寝具であり、前記連結手段が、ファスナー、面ファスナー、ボタンとボタンホール、紐、ハトメ、ホック等の連結具の一つ以上からなる連結手段を含むことを特徴とする袋状寝具であり、更に、前記連結手段が、前記敷き布団の周縁方向に沿って断続的に連結がなされる手段を含むことを特徴とする袋状寝具である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の態様を図を用いて説明する。図１において、本発明の袋状寝具２ａは、掛け布団４ａ、敷き布団６ａが、その周縁を全周にわたり着脱自在に連結する連結手段である連結ファスナー８ａで着脱自在に連結されている。すなわち掛け布団４ａの周縁１４が連結部となっており、敷き布団６ａの周縁１５が連結部となっている。また、掛け布団４ａの前方周縁寄りに、人頭より大の径の人頭露出開口１２ａが設けられ、人が袋状寝具２ａに入った状態でその人頭露出開口１２ａの略中央に顔が位置する。

このような周縁を全周にわたり略封止する構成により、本発明の袋状寝具２ａは掛け布団４ａ、敷き布団６ａのまわりに隙間が生ぜず、従って従来のように掛け布団と敷き布団の間の隙間からすきま風が入り込むことがなく、極めて保温性に優れる。特に肩口の従来の掛け布団と敷き布団の間の隙間がなく、快適な睡眠を得ることが出来る。よって厳寒期でも布団を何枚も重ねて敷いたり掛けたりする必要がなく、また、あんか等の電気暖房機に頼る必要がなく、省資源、省エネルギーの効果もある。

掛け布団４ａ及び敷き布団６ａは平面視で長方形の四隅を孤にした形状、すなわち楕円、小判形、卵形等の形状をしている。長方形の四隅が落とされた８角形等の多角形でもよい。本発明においてはこのような長方形の四隅が落とされた８角形等の多角形も長方形の四隅を孤にした形状と機能的には見做される。このような長方形の四隅を孤にした形状、すなわち、略小判形は、中で小動物の休眠する繭、蓑虫の殻等の形状や、犬、猫等の丸まって寝る姿、或いは胎内で安らかに眠る嬰児の姿を連想させ、本発明の袋状寝具を使用する者に安らぎ感を与える。また、従来の長方形の布団のように隅（コーナー）に中詰め綿が寄ってきて中央で綿が減り薄くなるようなことがない。

袋状寝具２ａを構成する掛け布団４ａが立体的に成形され、形状がドーム形である。これにより人の入る空間がゆったりと確保されている。袋状寝具２ａは、側面視略山形であり、縦断面すなわち長手方向と垂直な断面の外形や幅方向と垂直な断面の外形が略蒲鉾形となる。すなわち、掛け布団４ａの長手方向と垂直な断面の形や幅方向と垂直な断面の形が略Ｃの字形の両端を下にした形となり、掛け布団４ａと敷き布団６ａとで囲まれた内部は空間になる。空間の形は、回転楕円体をその長手方向と平行な平面で切断し、一方を欠落させたような形状となる。

袋状寝具２ａは、掛け布団４ａの人頭露出開口１２ａの周縁６６ａにマチ用の布６８を配して、窓開口１２ａの周縁６６ａに厚みをもたせてある。この厚みにより、外気と顔との間に作られる空気の層が外気の寒さを和らげるのである。また、人頭露出開口１２ａが洞穴の周壁面のような形状をしているので、就寝時に袋状寝具２ａの内側から人頭露出開口１２ａを通して外側を見るとき、あたかも外敵からガードされた安全な洞穴の内側にいて外側を見るような気分となり落ち着いて心が安らぐのである。

掛け布団４ａには付帯機能付与手段として手を出し入れするスリット状の孔１６ａが設けられ、足を出し入れするスリット状の孔２０ａが設けられている。孔１６ａ、２０ａにはそれぞれ布製の開閉自在なカバー１８ａ、２２ａが設けられている。

人が袋状寝具２ａに入った状態で手が届く左右の位置にポケット２４ａが付帯機能付与手段として配されている。

スリット状の孔１６ａ、２０ａは、孔の周縁がマチ付きになっており、孔の周縁に厚みが与えられている。これにより孔が閉じた状態で、マチの部分が面で密着し、外気の遮断が良好に行なえる。また、マチを設けることにより孔の周縁で断熱材の厚さが薄くならず、従って断熱材の空気層が薄くならずに良好な保温性が保たれる。

図２に掛け布団４ａと敷き布団６ａとを、その周縁で全周にわたり着脱自在に連結する連結手段である連結ファスナー８ａの平面視の形態を模式的に示す。連結ファスナー８ａは袋状寝具の長手方向の上端Ｃの位置及び下端Ｄの位置に、それぞれ一対の取っ手９ａ、９ｂと、取っ手９ｃ、９ｄが配されており、個々の取っ手の移動により移動した部分のファスナーの開閉がなされる回転式（両ツマミ）両開きオープンファスナーである。取っ手が図２の位置にあるときには連結ファスナー８ａは全周にわたって封止されており、取っ手９ａの矢印ＵＲの方向への移動、取っ手９ｂの矢印ＵＬの方向への移動、取っ手９ｃの矢印ＤＲの方向への移動、取っ手９ｄの矢印ＵＲの方向への移動でそれぞれ移動した部分のファスナーが開き、逆方向への移動でそれぞれ移動した部分のファスナーが閉じる。それぞれの取っ手にはつまみ１１が取り付けられており、一対のつまみ１１がそれぞれ袋状寝具の外側と内側に一個ずつくるように配されている。これにより袋状寝具の内側からも外側からも連結ファスナー８ａの開閉が可能である。

成形された掛け布団４ａを得る方法を以下に順次示す。掛け布団４ａは図３乃至６に示すように、掛け布団内に収納する断熱材５ａと、それを覆う掛け布団カバー３０と、掛け布団の連結部に配される連結手段である連結ファスナーの部材５０とから構成される。

図３は敷き布団６ａと、掛け布団内に収納する断熱材５ａの平面視形状の模式図である。断熱材５ａは、従来の布団のような、側地に布団綿を充填した平板状綿詰め布袋体である。形状は小判形であり、敷き布団６ａと相似であり、面積の比が敷き布団６ａが１に対して断熱材５ａが略１．２乃至３．５であるが、１．３乃至２．５が更に好適である。断熱材５ａの長さＬＵは２４００ｍｍで、この長さは敷き布団６ａの長さより略４００ｍｍ程長い。幅ＷＵは１５００ｍｍで、この幅は敷き布団６ａに比べ３００ｍｍ程長い。なお、断熱材５ａには掛け布団の人頭露出開口に対応して開口１９ａが設けられている。

図４は断熱材を充填する掛け布団カバー３０の成形加工前の平面視形状、大きさを示すための模式図である。掛け布団カバー３０は断熱材と相似の形状を有する層状に重なった２葉の布（布地）３２を縫い代３４を設けて縫い合わせ、縫い目３６を形成した構成となっている。縫い代３４の幅は１０ｃｍ程度である。縫い目３６を辿ってできる環状の形状３９は断熱材の形状と略相似である。すなわち本例においては小判形である。このように縫い合わされた２葉の布３２のうちの１葉にファスナー４０が設けられ、断熱材を挿入出来るようになっている。また、掛け布団カバー３０には、挿入される断熱材の人頭露出開口に対応して開口１３ａが設けられている。

図４の形態の掛け布団カバー３０には成形加工が成される。すなわち図５のように掛け布団カバー３０の縫い代３４の部分の布を平面的に合わせて、その合わされた布にタック３８を取って、掛け布団カバー３０の縁５２の部分を順次重ね縫い合わせる。符号３７は、タック３８を固定するための縫い目である。このとき、縫い合わせた縫い代３４の部分は掛け布団カバー３０の外周を一巡する。掛け布団カバー３０の縁５２は、その形状、及びその縁を一巡して縫い合わせた縫い代３４を辿った周長が、後に連結する敷き布団の縁の形状、及び周長とそれぞれ略同一になるように、タック３８の重ね縫いの重ね合わせの率が決められる。本例においては掛け布団カバー３０の縁５２の形状は小判形である。このようにして立体的に成形加工された掛け布団カバー３３が得られる。この掛け布団カバー３３に別途設けたファスナー付き開口（図示せず）より断熱材を挿入充填して掛け布団となす。このように掛け布団カバー３０の縁５２は、少なくとも一部の部分で縫い縮められその縁を一巡して縫合されるが、縫い縮めの方法はダーツ、ギャザー、シャーリング等の技法を用いることも出来る。縁の一部を切除して跡を縫いあわせてもよい。また、所謂巾着のように掛け布団カバーの縁に紐及びそれを通す布の通路を配し、その紐を絞って縁を窄めてもよい。

また、掛け布団カバー３０の縁５２の部分は掛け布団と敷き布団を連結するための連結ファスナーの片方の部材５０が配されている。なお、掛け布団カバー３０、従って成形加工された掛け布団カバー３３には、手足を出し入れするスリット状の孔及び人頭露出用の開口が設けられているが図３乃至５には図示してない。

次いで、成形加工された掛け布団カバーに断熱材を挿入する。掛け布団カバー３０の縁に取られたタック３８のため、掛け布団カバー３０に挿入した断熱材は縁が窄められ、立体的に成形され、碗を伏せたような、空洞を有するドーム形となる。このようにして掛け布団カバー３３に断熱材を充填して立体的に成形されたドーム形の掛け布団が得られる。

図６は掛け布団に連結される敷き布団６ａを示す平面視模式図である。敷き布団６ａは、敷き布団カバー３５とそれに挿入された敷き布団用断熱材３ａから成る。断熱材３ａは、従来の布団のような、側地に布団綿を充填した平板状綿詰め布袋体である。或いはウレタンマットのような弾性シートであってもよい。また、敷き布団カバー３５の周縁は、掛け布団の連結ファスナーの片方の部材と対をなし、掛け布団と敷き布団６ａを連結するための連結ファスナーのもう片方の部材５１が配されている。なお、敷き布団カバー３５の裏側（床と接する側）には敷き布団用断熱材３ａを挿入するためのファスナー４２が設けられている。

次いで、掛け布団カバー、敷き布団カバーにそれぞれに配されている連結ファスナーの部材を介して連結して図２のような袋状寝具２ａが得られる。なお、本発明においては、掛け布団カバーと敷き布団との連結手段である連結ファスナー８ａとしては、一般のファスナーを用いてもよいが、前述のように回転式（両ツマミ）両開きオープンファスナーを用いて袋状寝具２ａの内側からの開閉も可能とすることがさらに望ましい。

このようにして得られた本発明の袋状寝具は、掛け布団の連結部に囲まれた掛け布団の上面積が、敷き布団の連結部に囲まれた敷き布団の上面積より大である。なお、掛け布団の連結部に囲まれた掛け布団の上面積は、袋状寝具の内壁のうちの、掛け布団の連結部に囲まれた部分の面積と、掛け布団に設けられた人頭露出開口の面積との和に相当する。敷き布団の上面積は、袋状寝具の内壁のうちの、敷き布団の連結部に囲まれた部分の面積に相当する。

本発明の掛け布団の形状は、繭の殻、落花生の殻、卵殻、蓑虫の殻、等を、その長手方向に平行な平面で切断した殻体の形状であってもよい。
立体的に成形された掛け布団を得る他の方法として、縁にタック、ギャザー等を取られた掛け布団カバーの２葉の布の間に繊維、あるいは羽毛等からなる布団綿を充填してもよい。

断熱材９０を立体的に成形する方法としては、図１４に示すように、断熱材９０の周縁９９を少なくとも一部の部分で縫い縮め、その縁を一巡して縫合してもよい。縫い縮めの方法はギャザー、ダーツ、タック、シャーリング等の技法を用いることが出来る。縁の一部を切除して跡を縫いあわせてもよい。また、所謂巾着のように縁に紐及びそれを通す布の通路を配し、その紐を絞って縁を窄めてもよい。

更に立体的に成形された掛け布団を得る他の方法としては、図１５に示すように、平板状の布団或いは平板状のウレタンフォームのような断熱材９０ａの縁に複数箇所に楔形の切り込み９２を設けた後、その切り込みの対向する切り口の側面９４、９６を縫合或いは接着等の封止手段により封止して封止部９７を形成し、平面視略小判形且つ側面視略山形である立体的に成形された板状の断熱材９８となし、この立体的に成形された断熱材９８を縁にギャザー３８を取られた掛け布団カバー３０の２枚の布の間に充填して、平面視略小判形且つ側面視略山形である立体的に成形された板状の掛け布団を得る方法がある。
なお、図１４、１５においては、人頭露出開口は図示してない。

本発明の他の態様においては、敷き布団と掛け布団とを連結するための連結ファスナーを、袋状寝具の全周のうち、一部に設け、周の残り、すなわち、敷き布団と掛け布団との連結部の一部が縫い合わせられてもよい。

また、本発明のさらに他の態様においては、連結ファスナーに替えてボタン、ホック、面ファスナー、ボタンとボタンホール、紐、ハトメ、ホック等の連結具の一つ以上からなる着脱自在結合用具を用いてもよい。これらの着脱自在な結合用具で構成する結合部材が袋状寝具に配される。

本発明のまたさらに他の態様においては、敷き布団と掛け布団の連結については、袋状寝具の全周のうち、少なくとも一部が、例えば隣接して配されたボタンとボタンとの間、あるいは隣接して配された面ファスナーと面ファスナーとの間の連結されない部分のような連結されない部分を有して、断続的に連結されていてもよい。

本発明のまたさらに他の態様においては、敷き布団に設けられる連結部は、少なくとも一部を敷き布団の上面に設けてもよい。

袋状寝具２ａの使用状態の横断面を図７に示す。図７−ａのように、本発明の袋状寝具２ａは掛け布団４ａの幅、長さとも敷き布団６ａの幅、長さよりそれぞれ大きく、掛け布団４ａの縁が窄められてから両者の縁同士が連結ファスナーの部材５０、５１（図５、６）から成る連結ファスナー８ａにより連結されている。袋状寝具２ａの人の入る空間６２は、人の嵩に対して充分なゆとりをもっている。これは掛け布団４ａの縁が窄められてから敷き布団６ａに連結されるからである。このゆとりのため、図７−ｂ、図７−ｃのように寝返りが楽にでき、就寝中にストレスが生じないのである。また、従来の掛け布団のように、寝返りにより掛け布団がめくれたり、隙間が生じたり、かたまったりすることがない。

敷き布団６ａの形状は小判形であり、長さＬＤは２０００ｍｍで、この長さは従来の敷き布団と略同じである。幅ＷＤは１２００ｍｍで、この幅は従来の敷き布団に比べ２００ｍｍ程長い。これにより、中詰め綿の量を従来の敷き布団とあまり変えずにゆとりある本発明の敷き布団が得られる。
図８は敷き布団に標準的なサイズの人が自然体で就寝している状態を示す模式平面図であり、従来の敷き布団７０（図８−ａ）の場合は手がはみ出すのに対し、本発明における敷き布団６ａ（図８−ｂ）の場合は手がはみ出さない。

また、人の寝姿勢のスタイルを研究すると、図８で示されるように、長方形の布団は、四隅の角に近い部分が無駄なスペースであることが発見され、本発明の小判形の形態が無駄のない合理的な形態であることが証明されたのである。
