Description
【0001】
又、細孔の直径は、0.3〜0.7mm(平均直径0.5mm)が望ましく、より望ましい直径は、0.3〜0.5mm(平均直径0.4mm)である。
【0012】

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a slide gate having a gas blowing function that prevents solidification of molten metal staying in a nozzle hole and can surely form a natural hole at the time of opening.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To solve the above problems, sliding gate provided with a gas blowing capabilities of the present invention, the sliding surface of the lower surface movable plate nozzle holes the fixing plate to be linearly slidable contact with the sliding surface of the fixed plate in a state of being completely closed by said plurality pierced gas blowing brick pores for injecting gas into the nozzle hole of the fixed plate, is fitted on the gas blow regret is for fitting hole of the movable plate In the sliding gate with the gas blowing function
The gas blowing brick has an opening area of the pores on the upper surface thereof extending to an area equivalent to the cross-sectional area of the nozzle holes of the fixed plate, and is divided into four by two diameters orthogonal to each other when viewed from the upper surface. The pores are arranged in each of the four compartments,
The pores arranged in each of the four sections are directed to the inner peripheral surface of the fixed plate and have an angle of 5 to 75 ° with respect to a normal to the sliding surface of the fixed plate. As it is made, by penetrating linearly in the vertical direction when viewed from the upper surface of the gas blowing brick with respect to the pores arranged in other adjacent compartments,
The gas blown into the nozzle hole of the fixed plate from the fine hole of the gas blowing brick swirls around the inner peripheral surface of the nozzle hole of the fixed plate to rise in the molten metal. It is characterized by.

The opening area of the pores on the upper surface of the gas blowing brick preferably extends to an area equivalent to or smaller than the cross-sectional area of the nozzle holes of the fixed plate.
The number of the pores is preferably 1 to 200.
[0008]
The gas blowing brick is linearly penetrated on the upper surface of the gas blowing brick so that it faces the inner peripheral surface of the nozzle hole of the fixed plate and forms an angle of 5 to 75 ° with respect to the perpendicular to the sliding surface. By opening a large number of pores, bubbles caused by the gas blown from the pores are ejected toward the inner peripheral surface of the nozzle holes of the fixed plate, and spirally swirled in the molten metal. To rise.
[0009]
When the angle in the direction in which the pores penetrate is less than 5 ° with respect to the normal to the sliding surface, sufficient agitation with respect to the molten metal is not performed as in the conventional case. On the other hand, when it exceeds 75 °, the thickness of the gas blowing brick is reduced, and the useful life thereof is reduced.
A desirable angle in the penetration direction of the pores is 5 to 45 ° with respect to the normal to the sliding surface.
[0010]
The area where the opening area of the pores on the upper surface of the gas blowing brick is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the nozzle hole of the fixed plate is concentric with the nozzle hole of the fixed plate, and a circular area of 10 to 95% of the cross-sectional area is desirable.
[0011]
When the number of pores exceeds 200, the mechanical strength of the gas blowing brick is lowered.
The pores are desirably 8 to 80.
The diameter of the pores is preferably 0.3 to 0.7 mm (average diameter 0.5 mm), and more preferably 0.3 to 0.5 mm (average diameter 0.4 mm).
