Claims (4)
- 加熱要素(12)がその上に装着された可撓性パッド(10)を備える電気パッド装置であって、前記加熱要素(12)が2芯ケーブル(16)によって制御回路(18)に接続され、前記加熱要素(12)が、第1の内側の導体(26)、第2の外側の導体(30)、前記第1及び第2の導体(26、30)の間に設けられた内側の絶縁材層(28)、および前記第2の導体(30)を中に入れた外側の絶縁材層(32)を有する二要素領域(20)を備え、前記内側の絶縁材層(28)が前記外側の絶縁材層(32)よりも低い融点を有し、接続加熱要素(22)が、前記加熱要素(12)の前記二要素領域(20)の1つの端部で前記第1及び第2の導体(26、30)の間に直列の電気接続をもたらす少なくとも1つの第3の導体(36)を有し、
前記接続加熱要素(22)が、単一の要素または導体を有する前記加熱要素(12)の領域を備えることを特徴とする電気パッド装置。 - 前記加熱要素(12)の前記二要素領域(20)が前記接続加熱要素(22)よりも長くなっている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1、第2および第3の導体(26、30、36)の抵抗が、R3=1/2(R1+R2)(ただし、R1、R2、およびR3はそれぞれ前記第1、第2および第3の導体(26、30、36)の単位長さ当りの抵抗)であるように選ばれる、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性パッド(10)上の前記加熱要素(12)の割付けが、前記可撓性パッド(10)の前記加熱区域の全体にわたって均一に近い単位面積当りの加熱出力をもたらすように選ばれる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
