Description

The present invention relates to a hydraulic shock absorber.

As described in Patent Document 1, as a hydraulic shock absorber, a piston rod is slidably inserted into a cylinder, and a suspension spring is interposed between a spring support that has come out of each of the outer periphery of the cylinder and the outer periphery of the piston rod, Some of the suspension springs are provided with an anti-vibration rubber for tightening the suspension spring from the outside. The vibration-proof rubber suppresses the vibration of the suspension spring and tries to avoid the vibration that the suspension spring receives from the road surface and the vibration and resonance of the internal combustion engine. It is intended to prevent the suspension spring from vibrating greatly, to prevent the suspension spring from coming into contact with the cylinder and generating abnormal noise, and to improve the durability of the suspension spring.
JP 10-132010

However, in Patent Document 1, there is no consideration of preventing the vibration-proof rubber provided on the outer periphery of the suspension spring from moving in the axial direction of the suspension spring due to the expansion and contraction vibration of the suspension spring. For this reason, the vibration-proof rubber is displaced from the proper setting position with respect to the suspension spring during use, and the initial resonance prevention effect cannot be obtained.

An object of the present invention is to hold a resonance vibration isolator of a suspension spring at an appropriate setting position with respect to the suspension spring in the hydraulic shock absorber.

In the hydraulic shock absorber provided with a vibration isolator closely attached to the suspension spring and attached to the spring support so that the vibration isolation device does not move to the spring support in both directions along the axial direction of the suspension spring. A spring receiver comprising a cylindrical anti- vibration rubber, an end of the anti-vibration rubber having a hook-like attachment to the spring support, and the spring support being locked to the outer periphery of the cylinder or piston rod; , spring seat attachment which consists of a spring seat for supporting the suspension spring is seated on the spring seat seating surface which is formed to receive the spring, spring bearing of the spring seat is seated Flanged mounting portion of the vibration-proof rubber on the outer peripheral side surface is a stepped surface notched form with step depth rather attached, and the stepped surface, said spring seat seating a spring seat seated on the spring seat seating surface of the spring receiver The hook-shaped attachment portion of the vibration isolating rubber is sandwiched between the outer peripheral end surface protruding from the surface.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the spring seat further includes a protrusion that engages with the hook-shaped attachment portion of the vibration-proof rubber on the end surface near the outer periphery .

It can be assembled by placing the hook-shaped mounting part of the vibration-proof rubber on the step surface of the spring holder, placing the spring seat on them, and placing the suspension spring on the spring seat. It is easy to assemble because it is just placed.

(d) The hook-shaped attachment portion of the vibration-proof rubber is sandwiched between the step surface on the outer periphery side of the spring receiver and the end surface near the outer periphery of the spring seat. The spring load of the suspension spring is supported directly on the spring seat seating surface of the spring seat on which the spring seat is seated near the inner periphery of the spring seat and does not go through the vibration-proof rubber. Does not adversely affect the durability of the vibration rubber.

(Claim 2 )
(e) Since the protrusion near the outer periphery of the spring seat is fitted with a hook-shaped mounting part of the vibration isolator, the anti-vibration rubber may be easily and securely detached from the spring support (spring receiver and spring seat). It can be installed without.

1 is an overall sectional view showing a hydraulic shock absorber, FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing a spring receiver and a vibration isolator, FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a modification of the spring receiver and the vibration isolator, and FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows the reference example of a vibration tool.

The cylinder 11 includes a vehicle body side mounting member 14, and the piston rod 12 includes a wheel side mounting member 15 together with a lock nut 15 </ b> A.

An upper spring support 16 is provided on the outer periphery of the cylinder 11, and a lower spring support 17 is provided on the outer periphery of the piston rod 12, and the suspension spring 13 is interposed between the upper spring support 16 and the lower spring support 17. Disguise. The upper spring support 16 will be described in detail later. The lower spring support 17 includes a spring receiver 18 that is locked to the piston rod 12 and a spring seat 18A that is seated on the spring receiver 18 and supports the suspension spring 13. Note that a lower end flange of the dust cover 19 is sandwiched between the spring receiver 18 and the spring seat 18A. The dust cover 19 rises from the inner peripheral side of the suspension spring 13 to the periphery of the cylinder 11 and reaches the upper end of the dust cover 19. The provided dust seal 19A is brought into sliding contact with the outer periphery of the cylinder 11.

The cylinder 11 includes a rod guide 21 through which the piston rod 12 passes. The rod guide 21 is liquid-tightly attached to the cylinder 11 via an O-ring 22 and allows the piston rod 12 to slide in a liquid-tight manner on an inner diameter portion including an oil seal 23, a bush 24 and a dust seal 25. The cylinder 11 is provided with a pressure side bumper 26 outside the rod guide 21, and at the time of maximum compression, the pressure side bumper 26 is abutted against a bumper stopper 27 provided in the piston rod 12 so that the maximum compression stroke can be regulated. The cylinder 11 includes a washer 28 </ b> A and an extension-side bump rubber 28 inside the rod guide 21.

The hydraulic shock absorber 10 has a piston valve device (pressure side and extension side damping force generation device) 30. The hydraulic shock absorber 10 suppresses expansion and contraction vibrations of the cylinder 11 and the piston rod 12 due to the absorption of the impact force by the suspension spring 13 by the damping force generated by the piston valve device 30.

The piston valve device 30 has a valve stopper 31, a pressure side valve 32, a piston 33, an expansion side valve 34, and a valve stopper 35 mounted on the end of the piston rod 12 inserted into the cylinder 11, and these are fixed with nuts 36. is there.

The piston 33 is in fluid-tight sliding contact with the inside of the cylinder 11 via an O-ring 37A and a piston ring 37B provided on the outer periphery, and the piston-side oil chamber 38A in which the piston rod 12 is not accommodated inside the cylinder 11; 12 is divided into a rod side oil chamber 38B in which 12 is accommodated. The piston 33 is provided with a pressure side valve 32 and is provided with a pressure side flow path 39 enabling communication between the piston side oil chamber 38A and the rod side oil chamber 38B, and an expansion side valve 34. The piston side oil chamber 38A and the rod side oil chamber are provided. An extension-side flow channel (not shown) that can communicate with 38B.

The hydraulic shock absorber 10 includes a separator 41 that partitions the volume compensation chamber 40 with respect to the piston-side oil chamber 38A of the cylinder 11. The separator 41 is held between a protrusion 42 provided on the inner diameter of the cylinder 11 and a retaining ring 43. The separator 41 is provided with an orifice hole 45 communicating with the piston side oil chamber 38 </ b> A and the volume compensation chamber 40 in the center plug 44, and a valve spring 46 and a plate-like check valve 47 around the center plug 44. . The separator 41 includes an extension-side channel 48 that is opened around the center plug 44, and the extension-side channel 48 is pushed by the hydraulic pressure of the piston-side oil chamber 38A when the hydraulic shock absorber 10 is compressed. Is opened by a check valve 47 which is pushed back by a valve spring 46 when extended.

Therefore, the hydraulic shock absorber 10 performs a damping action as follows.
(When compressed)
The oil in the piston side oil chamber 38A flows into the rod side oil chamber 38B through the pressure side flow path 39, and this oil deflects and deforms the pressure side valve 32 to obtain a pressure side damping force. Following this, the oil for the volume of entry of the piston rod 12 that has entered the cylinder 11 becomes surplus, and this surplus oil is discharged from the piston side oil chamber 38A through the orifice hole 45 of the separator 41 to the volume compensation chamber 40, Get compression side damping force.

(When stretched)
The oil in the rod-side oil chamber 38B passes through the expansion-side flow path, deflects and deforms the expansion-side valve 34, flows to the piston-side oil chamber 38A, and obtains an expansion-side damping force. At this time, the oil corresponding to the retracted volume of the piston rod 12 retracting from the cylinder 11 is insufficient, and this insufficient oil is quickly supplied from the volume compensation chamber 40 through the orifice hole 45 of the separator 41 to the piston-side oil chamber 38A. The

The expansion and contraction vibration of the hydraulic shock absorber 10 is suppressed by the damping force on the compression side and the extension side.
When the hydraulic shock absorber 10 is most compressed, a buffering action at the time of the most compression is achieved by a collision between the bumper 26 on the cylinder 11 side and the bumper stopper 27 on the piston rod 12 side. When the hydraulic shock absorber 10 is fully extended, the bumper bar 28 on the cylinder 11 side and the valve stopper 31 on the piston rod 12 side abut against each other to provide a buffering action when fully extended.

However, in the hydraulic shock absorber 10, the outer periphery of the suspension spring 13 (in this embodiment, in order to avoid resonance with the forced vibration received from the road surface and the vibration of the internal combustion engine) An anti-vibration tool 70 is provided on the upper half of the upper end) so as to be in close contact with the suspension spring 13 so as to be tightened from the outside. The vibration isolator 70 is provided from the upper end portion of the suspension spring 13 over a range of an appropriate set length necessary for preventing resonance of the suspension spring 13.

As shown in FIG. 2, the vibration isolator 70 is attached to the spring support 16 so that the vibration isolator 70 is locked to the upper spring support 16 and does not move in the vertical direction along the axial direction of the suspension spring 13. The spring support 16 includes a spring receiver 50 that is locked to a retaining ring 50 </ b> A that is engaged with the outer periphery of the cylinder 11, and a spring seat 60 that is seated on the spring receiver 50 and supports the suspension spring 13. The spring receiver 50 locks the inner periphery of the tubular portion 51 to the retaining ring 50A, and forms a flange portion 52 projecting to the outer periphery at the upper end portion of the tubular portion 51. The spring seat seating surface 52A is formed on the flange portion 52. Forming.

The vibration isolator 70 includes a cylindrical vibration isolating rubber 71, and has a hook-shaped attachment portion 72 that protrudes to the inner periphery at the upper end, and this hook-shaped attachment portion 72 serves as an attachment portion to the spring support 16. In the spring support 16, an annular step surface 52 </ b> B is notched on the outer peripheral side of the spring seat seating surface 52 </ b> A on which the spring seat 60 of the spring receiver 50 is seated. In addition, the hook-shaped attachment portion 72 of the vibration isolator 70 is sandwiched.

The spring seat 60 includes a protrusion 61 that is engaged with the hook-shaped attachment portion 72 of the vibration isolator 70 on the end surface near the outer periphery. The spring seat 60 has an outer diameter that is substantially the same as the cylindrical inner diameter of the vibration-proof rubber 71, and includes a protrusion 61 that is annular in the circumferential direction of the outer diameter, or is discontinuous in the circumferential direction of the outer diameter. Protrusions 61 are provided at a plurality of positions.

Therefore, the procedure for assembling the suspension spring 13 in the hydraulic shock absorber 10 is as shown in FIG. 2B, in which the vibration isolator 70 (anti-vibration rubber 71) is placed on the annular step surface 52B of the flange portion 52 of the spring receiver 50. The spring seat 60 is placed on the spring seat seating surface 52A of the flange portion 52 of the spring receiver 50 and the hook-like attachment portion 72 of the vibration isolator 70 (anti-vibration rubber 71). Then, the suspension spring 13 is placed on the spring seat 60. The thickness of the hook-shaped mounting portion 72 of the vibration isolator 70 (antivibration rubber 71) is set to be equal to or thicker than the step depth formed by the step surface 52B of the spring receiver 50 with respect to the spring seat seating surface 52A. The portion 72 is sandwiched between the step surface 52 </ b> B of the spring receiver 50 and the end surface near the outer periphery of the spring seat 60.

According to the present embodiment, the following operational effects can be obtained.
(a) The vibration isolator 70 is attached to the spring support 16 and is immovable in both the up and down directions along the axial direction of the suspension spring 13. Therefore, the initial anti-resonance effect by the anti-vibration tool 70 can be maintained without the anti-vibration tool 70 moving out of the proper setting position (for resonance prevention) with respect to the suspension spring 13 during use. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the suspension spring 13 from vibrating greatly, to prevent the suspension spring 13 from coming into contact with the cylinder 11 and to generate noise, and to improve the durability of the suspension spring 13.

(b) The vibration isolator 70 can be easily attached to the spring support 16 via the attachment portion 72 of the cylindrical vibration isolating rubber 71.

(c) The vibration isolator 70 can easily attach the hook-shaped attachment portion 72 of the cylindrical vibration isolation rubber 71 between the step surface 52B of the spring receiver 50 and the end face near the outer periphery of the spring seat 60. The hook-shaped mounting portion 72 of the vibration-proof rubber 71 is placed on the step surface 52B of the spring receiver 50, the spring seat 60 is placed thereon, and the suspension spring 13 is placed on the spring seat 60. It can be attached, and each part is simply placed, and the assemblability is good.

(d) The hook-shaped attachment portion 72 of the vibration-proof rubber 71 is sandwiched between the step surface 52B on the outer peripheral side of the spring receiver 50 and the end surface near the outer periphery of the spring seat 60. The spring load of the suspension spring 13 is supported directly on the spring seat seating surface 52A of the spring receiver 50 on which the spring seat 60 is seated near the inner periphery of the spring seat 60, and does not go through the vibration-proof rubber 71. No adverse effects are exerted on the spring characteristics of 13 and the durability of the vibration-proof rubber 71.

(e) Since the protrusion 61 that engages with the hook-shaped mounting portion 72 of the vibration isolator 70 is provided on the end face near the outer periphery of the spring seat 60, the vibration isolator rubber 71 is attached to the spring support 16 (spring receiver 50 and spring seat 60). It can be easily and securely installed without fear of coming off.

The modification of FIG. 3 is different from the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 in that the protrusion 61 is removed from the spring seat 60. The hook-shaped attachment portion 72 of the vibration isolator 70 (antivibration rubber 71) is used while being sandwiched between the step surface 52B of the flange portion 52 of the spring receiver 50 and the end surface near the outer periphery of the spring seat 60.

The reference example of FIG. 4 differs from the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 in that the spring support 16 is composed only of the spring receiver 50 and the suspension spring 13 is directly on the flange portion 52 of the spring receiver 50. An annular locking portion 53 is formed on the outer peripheral side of the flange portion 52, and an annular mounting groove 73 provided on the inner periphery of the upper end portion of the vibration isolator 70 (antivibration rubber 71) is formed outside the annular locking portion 53. It is attached and attached so as to hold it from one side.

The embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the specific configuration of the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and even if there is a design change or the like without departing from the gist of the present invention. It is included in the present invention. For example, a protrusion (61) that engages with the hook-shaped attachment portion 72 of the vibration isolator 70 (antivibration rubber 71) may be provided on the step surface 52B of the flange portion 52 of the spring receiver 50 instead of the spring seat 60. . The vibration isolator 70 may be provided on the piston rod 12 side.
