Claims (4)
- 射出プランジャ内装の射出シリンダ上に設置して、溶融材料を1ショットずつシリンダ内に供給する金属成形用射出装置の材料溶解保持装置であって、
上記材料溶解保持装置を、円形の槽体による上部の保持槽と、該保持槽よりも小径で槽体底面の中央に下方へ垂直に連設され、下部内壁を下端中央の流出口まで順次縮径して傾斜面に形成した下部の材料温度調整筒と、保持槽の開口縁に止着した蓋部材と、保持槽及び材料温度調整筒の外周囲に設けた加熱手段とからなる溶融材料の保持装置と、
棒状材料の収容に適合した内径と長さとを有し、外周囲に加熱手段を備えた筒体の下端部を、上記蓋部材に貫通した各穴に嵌挿して蓋部材上に縦長に並設し、下端開口を保持槽内に臨ませてなる複数の溶解筒とを具備してなることを特徴とする金属成形用射出装置の棒状材料溶解保持装置。 - 上記保持装置は、上記棒状材料の長さよりも高さを低く形成した上記保持槽と、その保持槽と高さが同一か又は低く、外径が上記射出シリンダの外径よりも小径の上記材料温度調整筒からなり、その材料温度調整筒の下端の流出口をシリンダ本体の供給口と直結して、保持装置を上記射出シリンダに垂直に立設してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属成形用射出装置の棒状材料溶解保持装置。
- 上記保持装置の蓋部材は、中央の筒体立設部と、その筒体立設部に軸支して立設部両側に取付けた一対の回動扉部とからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属成形用射出装置の棒状材料溶解保持装置。
- 上記複数の溶解筒は、2本の棒状材料を上下に重ねて収容できる高さからなり、夫々の上端部を上記射出シリンダの保持盤に立設した支柱の支持アームに固着して、上記保持装置を垂直に支持してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属成形用射出装置の棒状材料溶解保持装置。
