Claims (5)
- ロータシャフトと、該ロータシャフトに固定されたモータロータのコアと該モータロータのコア内に配置された導体と、該導体を接続するモータエンドリングを具備する誘導型モータロータと、前記ロータシャフトの前記誘導型モータロータの軸方向両側に配置されたラジアル磁気軸受のターゲットと、前記誘導型モータロータと前記ラジアル磁気軸受のターゲットの間に介在する位置決め用のロータスペーサとを備え、前記ロータシャフトが誘導型モータの回転力により回転する回転装置であって、
前記ロータスペーサは、その外径寸法が前記モータロータのコアの外径寸法より小さい円筒状で前記ロータシャフトに固定される小内径の固定部と前記モータエンドリングの外周を覆う大内径の覆い部とからなり、該固定部を該ロータシャフトに嵌合させて固定することにより、前記覆い部で前記モータエンドリングの外周を覆う構成であることを特徴とする回転装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転装置において、
前記ロータスペーサは、前記モータロータのコアの軸方向端面に前記モータエンドリングより外周側にて接触していることを特徴とする回転装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の回転装置において、
前記モータエンドリングの反前記モータロータのコア側端部と前記ロータスペーサの固定部の内面の間に前記ロータシャフトの軸方向に空隙が設けられ、該モータエンドリングの反前記モータロータのコア側端部は非接触であることを特徴とする回転装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の回転装置において、
前記モータエンドリング外周面と前記ロータスペーサの覆い部の内周面の間に前記ロータシャフトの半径方向に空隙が設けられ、前記モータエンドリング外周面が非接触であることを特徴とする回転装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の回転装置において、
前記モータエンドリングの断面形状は前記モータロータのコア側が厚く反モータロータのコア側が薄いテーパ状になっていることを特徴とする回転装置。
