Claims (14)
- 複数の単位電池を積層配列して成る少なくとも一つの電池集合体と;
前記電池集合体を内装し、冷却媒体を流通させるハウジングと;
前記ハウジングの冷却媒体進行通路に設けられて、前記冷却媒体の進行方向を前記電池集合体側に誘導する誘導部とを含み、
前記誘導部は、冷却媒体が流入される通路上に設けられるとともに、該冷却媒体が流通する通路の長さ方向に沿って設けられる1つの板状の誘導板と、該誘導板の側面に沿って所定の間隔で設けられて電池集合体側に突き出される複数の突出部材とを含む電池モジュール。 - 前記誘導部は、前記電池集合体の両先端部を除いた中間部に位置する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記誘導部の厚さは、前記通路の断面幅に対して25〜35%範囲内である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部材は前記冷却媒体が流入される側に向かう前記単位電池の側面と同一線上に整列するように前記誘導板に沿って設けられる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部材は、前記電池集合体の前記単位電池と隣接する前記単位電池の間に位置するように、前記誘導板に沿って設けられる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部材は、前記誘導板に対して直角に設けられる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部材は、前記誘導板に対して所定の角度で傾斜して設けられる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部材は前記冷却媒体が進む方向に沿って誘導板に横になるように傾いた構造を有する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池集合体は二つが一対をなして互いに対向配置される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池集合体は、前記ハウジング内部の同一平面上に配置される、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池集合体は前記単位電池と単位電池との間に隔壁が設けられる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ハウジングは両先端に前記冷却媒体が流入される流入口と各単位電池を通った前記冷却媒体が排出される排出口が形成され、内部の前記電池集合体の両側には前記流入口及び前記排出口と連通する冷却媒体流入通路と排出通路が形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池集合体は一対がハウジング内に対向配置され、前記ハウジングの中央に流入口と流入通路が形成され、前記ハウジングの両側に排出通路と排出口が形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールはモータ駆動用である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
