Description
The present invention relates to a steel mandrel joint jig and a method of manufacturing a hose using the same (hereinafter, also simply referred to as “joint jig” and “manufacturing method”, respectively). The present invention relates to a steel mandrel joint jig used in manufacturing and a method of manufacturing a hose using the same.
Conventionally, when manufacturing a hydraulic hose for construction machinery, a hose for cleaning, etc. using a steel mandrel, knitting work has been performed one by one when knitting a wire. In this case, since the wire between the mandrel and the mandrel cannot be a hose, it must be discarded, but since the length between the mandrel and the mandrel is as long as several tens of centimeters, it was a great waste. . In addition, the operation of inserting the mandrel into the knitting machine is very skillful, and the mandrel rotates with the rotation of the knitting machine, which is very dangerous.
According to the method using the joint rod, it is possible to simplify the insertion of the mandrel into the knitting machine, but on the other hand, since the outer diameter of the mandrel and the outer diameter of the joint rod are close, There was a difficulty that it was difficult to discover the department. In some cases, the joint portion and the hose body are mistaken and the hose body is cut. In addition, it is necessary to cut the joint part after knitting, but the steel mandrel is generally several tens of meters long, but because it is a steel pipe, it cannot be wound and stored. This is because the jointed steel mandrel is twice as long unless it is cut and does not enter the process.
Furthermore, in the method using the joint rod, the joint rod is thinner than the mandrel, and the mandrel and the joint rod are not in close contact with each other. In some cases, a fatal defect that remains inside the hose was caused. In this case, it is very difficult to find the joint rod remaining inside the hose, and often the hose is shipped with the joint rod remaining, and the fatal claim that the user does not flow the oil inside the hose. The problem of sporadic occurred.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a steel mandrel joint jig that is simple, inexpensive, and has good work efficiency, and eliminates problems at the time of cutting the joint portion, thereby making it more efficient than conventional ones. It is in providing the manufacturing method of a hose.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor has intensively studied, and by adopting the following configuration, it is possible to realize a joint method capable of efficient work without causing a problem at the time of cutting the joint part. As a result, the present invention has been completed.
That is, the steel mandrel joint jig of the present invention, the longitudinal ends, with a cylindrical cavity and steel mandrel fitted, characterized Rukoto longitudinal central portion, it is formed smaller in diameter than both end portions It is what.
In addition, the hose manufacturing method of the present invention is a state in which at least two steel mandrels are connected via the steel mandrel joint jig of the present invention when the hose is manufactured using the steel mandrel. It is characterized by being used.
According to the present invention, the above-described configuration makes it possible to realize a steel mandrel joint method that is simple, inexpensive, and has good working efficiency, whereby a hose can be manufactured more efficiently. Further, since the joint part of the steel mandrel can be found more easily, the occurrence of an error in the cutting part can be eliminated. Furthermore, it is possible to surely eliminate the fatal defect that the joint rod remains in the hose in the conventional joint method.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
In FIG. 1, the schematic perspective view of the joint jig for steel mandrels of this invention is shown. As shown in the figure, the
The shape of the
In the present invention, the dimensions of the
As a material of the
When the hose is manufactured using the steel
