BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vector control device for an AC motor, and more particularly to a vector control device that reduces torque ripple and speed unevenness of an AC motor regardless of the presence or absence of a speed detector.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Vector control of AC motors such as induction motors takes various quantities such as armature voltage and current on the rotating magnetic field, and controls these quantities separately in the secondary magnetic flux direction and the direction perpendicular thereto. The generated torque and speed of the AC motor are controlled in the same manner as the DC motor.
In this vector control, since it is necessary to detect the rotational speed of the motor in order to obtain the magnetic flux vector of the AC motor, a speed detector is generally indispensable. Due to limitations, so-called speed sensorless vector control has been proposed without using a speed detector.
[0003]
FIG. 6 shows the prior art of a vector control device for an AC motor (induction motor) having a speed detector.
In FIG. 6, 101 is an AC motor, 102 is a power converter such as a three-phase inverter, 103 is a speed detector attached to the

Therefore, the present invention is intended to provide a vector control device for an AC motor that can eliminate torque ripple and speed unevenness caused by space harmonics of the AC motor.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
First, when viewed from a vector control system that performs control on rotational coordinates with a phase angle that rotates at the primary frequency as a reference, the spatial harmonic becomes a component that is 6k times the primary frequency, like the torque ripple. FIG. 5 shows waveforms of actual magnetizing current and torque current viewed from the rotor.
As shown in the figure, a component of 6 k times the primary frequency due to spatial harmonics is superimposed on the magnetizing current and the torque current. The phase angle used in the vector control has a one-to-one correspondence with the mechanical angle (converted to electrical angle) of the stator winding. Accordingly, the spatial harmonic has the same effect as a component of 6 k times synchronized with the phase angle on the rotation coordinate superimposed on the magnetizing current and the torque current.
[0008]
Therefore, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a modulation signal having a frequency 6k times the primary frequency of the AC motor is generated, and the magnetizing current command and torque current are generated using the modulation signal with characteristics opposite to those caused by the spatial harmonics. Modulate the command. As a result, the harmonics having the opposite phase to the spatial harmonics are injected into the magnetizing current command and the torque current command to cancel the influence of the spatial harmonics, thereby suppressing the occurrence of torque ripple and speed unevenness.
[0009]
In the invention according to claim 2, similarly to the above, a modulation signal having a frequency 6k times the primary frequency of the AC motor is generated, and the first vector is generated with the same characteristics as the spatial harmonics using this modulation signal. The magnetizing current and torque current obtained from the rotating means are modulated. The present invention controls the magnetizing current and torque current that have been estimated and calculated the influence of spatial harmonics, so that torque ripple due to spatial harmonics does not occur in the actual magnetizing current and torque current. In order to calculate the magnetizing current and torque current having the same characteristics as the actual magnetizing current and torque current inside the motor that cannot be directly observed in the apparatus, modulation is performed with the same characteristics as the influence of the spatial harmonics.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an embodiment (first embodiment) of the invention described in claim 1. This embodiment relates to a vector control apparatus having a speed detector, and the same reference numerals are given to the same components as those in FIG.

Here, the speed estimation method is variously present, the speed terms of the current model as secondary magnetic flux computation on rotating coordinates from the primary current i 1 and the secondary magnetic flux calculated from the primary voltage v 1 matches A method of identifying the speed by adjustment (for example, see “Speed sensorless vector control using MRAS and its application” by Tamai et al. (See 1993 National Institute of Electrical Engineers S.9-5-3)), etc. However, there are various other methods (Hidetoshi Kaida “Basics of Induction Machine Vector Control and Actual Configuration of Control System, III Actual Configuration of Speed Sensorless Vector Control System” (The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan D, Vol. 117, 5) No., 1997)).

The speed estimated value is added to the slip frequency ω sl in the
Also in this embodiment, by modulating the magnetizing current command I d * and the torque current command I q * with a modulation signal having a frequency 6 k times the primary frequency ω 1 , the torque ripple is canceled out by canceling the influence of the spatial harmonics. Etc. can be reduced.

FIG. 3 shows an embodiment (third embodiment) of the invention described in claim 2, which is an example of a vector control apparatus having a speed detector.
In this embodiment, a modulator 301 is provided on the output side of the
The configuration and operation other than the modulation means are the same as those in FIG.
[0017]
In the present embodiment, the magnetization current and torque current affected by the spatial harmonics shown in FIG. 5 are modulated with the same characteristics as the influence of the spatial harmonics, so that the magnetization current and torque current when not modulated are obtained. Thus, it is possible to obtain the magnetizing current I d and the torque current I q that are not apparently affected by the spatial harmonics.
Thereby, it is possible to reduce the torque ripple and the speed unevenness of the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention described in claim 1 or claim 2, it is possible to electrically cancel the influence of the spatial harmonics by modulating the magnetizing current and the torque current regardless of the slot structure of the AC motor. Smooth drive characteristics that do not cause torque ripple and speed unevenness of the motor can be obtained.
