【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、請求項1から3の発明によれば、手摺りやフェンスの柱等に胴部を直交交差させることで胴部を一方の挟持部材と兼用させるので、胴部を溶接固着するベース板のような部材が必要なく、作製が容易であるし部品点数も少なくて済む。また、取付け操作も2ヶ所のボルト締着操作のみで良く、取付け操作が簡単である。
