Description
図1(a)は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る光学系シャッタ体を含む鍵盤装置の構成を示す側断面図、図1(b)は、同装置の光センサユニットの周りの拡大図である。
第1の実施の形態においては、光屈折部として、シャッタ部32の左側面32bに微小な光屈折部32cが配設された。これに対し、本第2の実施の形態では、形状を異ならせ、長尺の光屈折部を設ける。
図6(a)は、本発明の第3の実施の形態に係る光学系シャッタ体のシャッタ部の左側面図の部分拡大図である。図6(b)は、同図(a)のC−C線に沿う断面図である。
上記第1〜第3の実施の形態においては、光学系シャッタ体30の、取付部としてのベース部31は、タイプレート部31bがステープル針で固定される構成であったが、これに限られない。すなわち、容易な製造を確保する観点からは、取付部の形状は、シャッタ部32、41と同一材料で一体成形可能な形状であれば、採用可能である。
Claims (2)
- 板状のシャッタ部を有し、楽器を構成する移動部材の動作を検出するための検出用光の経路上を前記シャッタ部が前記移動部材の移動に伴って相対的に移動するように、前記移動部材に取り付けられる光学系シャッタ体であって、
前記シャッタ部は、前記検出用光を透過させる単一材料の光透過性樹脂で構成され、
前記シャッタ部の少なくとも一側面には、透過する光を屈折させる微小な光屈折部が複数設けられ、
前記シャッタ部における前記光屈折部の配設密度が、前記シャッタ部に対する前記検出用光の経路の相対的移動方向における位置に応じて異なっていることを特徴とする光学系シャッタ体。 - 前記シャッタ部を前記移動部材に取り付けるための取付部を有し、該取付部は、前記光透過性樹脂により前記シャッタ部と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学系シャッタ体。
