Claims (5)
- ポリイソブテン、未反応のイソブテンおよび不活性な希釈剤から成るイソブテンのカチオン重合の液体反応排出物を後処理する方法において、反応排出物を加熱し、かつフラッシュ容器内でフラッシングし、その際、円形の横断面を有するフラッシュ容器を使用し、かつ加熱された反応排出物を接線方向に、フラッシュ容器の縦軸に垂直な方向でフラッシュ容器の真ん中から上の領域に導入し、反応排出物は、容器壁に沿って旋回運動を受け、下に向かって移動し、その際、形成された液相を分離作用のある組込部材によりフラッシュ容器の下の領域に通し、フラッシングの結果、反応排出物がポリイソブテンを含有する液相と、反応排出物中に含有されるイソブテンの少なくとも90%および反応排出物中に含有される希釈剤の少なくとも30%を含有する気相とに分離される、ポリイソブテン、未反応のイソブテンおよび不活性な希釈剤から成るイソブテンのカチオン重合の液体反応排出物を後処理する方法。
- フラッシングの圧力差は、少なくとも1バールである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分離作用のある組込部材として充填物を使用する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 反応排出物を40〜200℃の温度に加熱する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 気相を凝縮して、重合反応に戻されるイソブテン−希釈剤液体混合物にする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
