Claims (2)
- 生理活性物質又は化学反応を励起する物質を、生体試料に注入する生体試料操作方法において、
基端が片持ち支持された梁部と、該梁部に突設され内部に空洞が設けられた探針と、前記空洞から前記探針の外部へ前記探針を貫通して形成された微細孔と、前記探針の先端部の外壁面に固着されて、前記微細孔の下方かつその延長線上に先鋭な角部を探針点として位置させる突起部と、前記空洞内に設けられた第1電極と、を具備してなるカンチレバーの前記空洞内に、生理活性物質又は化学反応を励起する物質を包含し導電性を有する流体を充填し、
生体試料を透明な導電性薄膜からなる第2電極上に載置するとともに、該生体試料に前記カンチレバーの探針点を近接させ、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間にパルス電圧を印加することにより、前記流体を前記微細孔から流出させ且つ生体試料に注入し、
前記生体試料の操作及び操作後の前記生体試料の内部変化を、前記第2電極を通して光学顕微鏡で観測することを特徴とする生体試料操作方法。 - 前記カンチレバーが、走査型プローブ顕微鏡に装備され、前記流体を生体試料に注入又は滴下した後に、生体試料の表面の形状変化を前記走査型プローブ顕微鏡で観測することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体試料操作方法。
