In the present invention, “the tilted state of the camera body” means that the camera body is angularly displaced about the lens optical axis parallel to the horizontal plane, or the camera body is angularly displaced about the pitch axis parallel to the horizontal plane. It is synonymous with state. In the present invention, “substantially the same” includes the same.

Can be prevented in advance. Such an image free from camera shake can be acquired easily and reliably. Further, the control means obtains the effective value of the camera shake amount from the output information of the camera shake amount detected by the camera shake detection means, and performs imaging driving based on the calculated effective value of the camera shake amount . In addition to resolving misjudgments, it is possible to easily and reliably acquire an image free from camera shake.
Further, according to the present invention, the control unit drives the imaging based on the output information of the tilt state and the output information of the amount of camera shake by the camera shake detection unit. At the same time, when the control means detects the stationary state of the camera body, the control means drives the shutter to execute photographing. Therefore, a horizontal image free from camera shake can be obtained easily and reliably.

When the control means obtains output information indicating that the camera body is in a horizontal state from the state where the camera body is angularly displaced about the pitch axis parallel to the horizontal plane, the control means drives the shutter to execute photographing. Such a horizontal image can be acquired easily and reliably.
Further, according to the present invention, the angle detection means detects the tilt angle around the lens optical axis of the camera body. When the control means obtains output information indicating that the camera body is in a horizontal state from the state where the camera body is angularly displaced around the lens optical axis parallel to the horizontal plane, the control means drives the shutter to execute photographing. In addition, the effective value of the camera shake amount is obtained from the output information of the camera shake amount detected in the camera shake detection process, and imaging is driven based on the calculated effective value of the camera shake amount , thus eliminating erroneous camera shake determination when the camera shake cycle is early. In addition, an image free from camera shake can be acquired easily and reliably.
According to the invention, the number-of-shots setting unit sets the number of images to be shot to obtain a wide-angle composite image composed of a plurality of images, and the extraction unit sets the plurality of images shot for the set number of images. Among them, the feature amount of the image edge is extracted in order to synthesize adjacent images. The control means drives to take an image in consideration of an overlap amount between the feature amount and an adjacent image edge including an adjacent image. That is, when the feature amounts of the captured image end and the end of the image to be captured match, the control unit determines that the correct overlap amount is obtained. In addition, when the predetermined condition of the camera body is satisfied, the control means drives the shutter and executes photographing. As a result, a high-quality wide-angle image can be taken without using an expensive wide-angle lens.
Further, according to the present invention, the vicinity of the center of the wide-angle composite image is obtained, and the adjacent image radially outward is photographed from the image including the vicinity of the center. In a plurality of images taken for the number of images to be taken, the control means takes into account image drive by taking into account the feature amount at the image end and the overlap amount between the adjacent image end portions. Depending on the overlap amount and predetermined conditions of the camera body, the control means drives the shutter to execute photographing. Since the images are taken sequentially from the central portion of the wide-angle composite image, the composition of the wide-angle image can be easily determined.
Further, according to the present invention, since the remaining number of remaining shots to be taken of the wide-angle composite image is output, the photographer can recognize how many more shots are necessary during the shooting.
According to the present invention, the exposure value to be applied to the wide-angle composite image is obtained from the appropriate exposure values of the plurality of images to be photographed. That is, an exposure value at which the exposure in the combined wide-angle image is optimal is obtained without separately preparing an exposure meter. Therefore, the brightness and color tone of each image can be unified, and a wide-angle composite image with a natural finish, in other words, a wide-angle composite image that cannot be considered as a composite image can be obtained.
Further, according to the present invention, when the shooting is interrupted before the number of shots required for the wide-angle composite image is reached, the control means applies the overlap between the image to be shot and the adjacent image adjacent to the image. An image having substantially the same feature amount is generated. Therefore, a shortage of captured images at the time of wide-angle image composition can be prevented.
Further, according to the present invention, the control means performs control so as to notify that the shooting is interrupted before the number of shots required for the wide-angle composite image is reached. Therefore, it can be recognized when it is notified that a part of the wide-angle image is incomplete.
Further, according to the present invention, a desired area can be extracted from the generated wide-angle synthesized image. Therefore, even when shooting is interrupted before the number of shots required for the wide-angle composite image is reached, it is possible to extract a desired region and complete the wide-angle composite image.
Further, according to the present invention, the control means drives the imaging based on a preset time. Even if the camera body is angularly displaced around the lens optical axis (or around the pitch axis) parallel to the horizontal plane, the control means can drive the shutter and execute shooting. Thus, the versatility of the camera can be increased.
Further, according to the present invention, in the number-of-shots setting step, the number of images to be shot is set in order to obtain a wide-angle composite image composed of a plurality of images, and in the extraction step, among the plurality of images shot for the set number of images. In order to synthesize adjacent images, the feature amount of the image edge is extracted. In the imaging driving step, imaging driving is performed in consideration of the amount of overlap between the feature amount and an adjacent image edge including an adjacent image. That is, when the feature amounts of the captured image end and the end of the image to be captured match, it is determined that the correct overlap amount is obtained. In addition, when a predetermined condition of the camera body is satisfied, the shutter is driven to perform shooting. As a result, a high-quality wide-angle image can be taken without using an expensive wide-angle lens.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a control system of the
The angle detection means 3 detects the tilt state of the
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the relationship between the tilt amount of the
According to the
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating the relationship between the amount of tilt and tilt change rate of the camera body, the shutter pulse, and the like according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the relationship between parameters and allowable rotational speed. However, the same members as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. A camera according to the second embodiment (hereinafter referred to as a second camera) mainly includes a
The predetermined value K2 of the inclination change speed is based on the condition that “blurring” does not occur in the captured image, and therefore the shutter opening time, the pixel pitch of the
After obtaining the horizontal pulse and the horizontal still pulse, the control means 4 obtains a shutter pulse from the logical product of both the horizontal pulse and the horizontal still pulse, drives the
FIG. 5 is a block diagram of a control system of a camera according to the third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating the relationship between the amount of camera shake and the shutter pulse. However, the same members as those in the first or second embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. A camera according to the third embodiment (hereinafter referred to as a third camera) mainly includes a camera body, camera shake detection means 8, control means 4,
The amount of camera shake will be described. Using the above-described piezo-type three-axis acceleration sensor, a method of obtaining acceleration and a speed that is a time integral thereof, or a method of obtaining an image change speed from a motion vector of a captured image, these speeds are calculated. Treat as the amount of camera shake. The three-axis acceleration sensor can detect a three-dimensional blur and aims to shoot a horizontal still image. Therefore, when the blur in all directions becomes smaller than a predetermined value, the shutter is used. 6 is driven. In other words, the control means 4 drives the
Since the photographer may take a picture with the camera deliberately displaced around the pitch axis parallel to the horizontal plane (tilted upward or downward), the lens optical axis forms a certain angle with the horizontal plane. It is also possible to drive the
The camera shake effective value will be described. The shake has a moving direction and has a positive and negative value. Therefore, when the camera shake cycle is early, zero is crossed in a short cycle. If it is determined that the camera shake has become zero when the camera shake cycle is early, there is a risk of shooting with a large amount of camera shake. In order to avoid this, processing such as root mean square is performed in the control means 4 so that the amount of camera shake is only a positive value. In other words, since the control means 4 obtains the effective value of camera shake from the amount of camera shake, there is no possibility that an image is shot erroneously with a large amount of camera shake. If the control means 4 determines that the camera shake effective value is within the
The
According to the third camera described above, the camera
FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between a camera shake pulse, a camera shake stationary pulse, a shutter pulse, and the like according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. This will be described with reference to FIG. The control means 4 obtains the camera shake change speed by differentiating the camera shake amount detected by the camera shake detection means 8 with respect to time. When the
FIG. 8 is an explanatory diagram for obtaining a
However, if the camera shake speed changes abruptly as indicated by the thick dotted line in FIG. 8, the camera shake tolerance value 400 (+2.5 mm / sec) is exceeded after the camera shake stationary pulse is generated and before the
Therefore, the predetermined value of the camera shake change speed has the delay time Td and the shutter opening time Ts as parameters. When Td is 499 ms and Ts is 1 ms (1/1000 second), the time obtained by adding the shutter opening time Ts to the delay time Td is 500 ms. Since there should be no change of 5 mm / sec from −2.5 mm / sec to +2.5 mm / sec during this total time of 500 ms, the camera shake change speed predetermined value is 10 mm / sec. According to the fourth embodiment described above, shooting is performed when it is determined that there is no camera shake at a low camera shake change rate. Therefore, more stable shooting without camera shake is possible.
FIG. 9 is a block diagram of a control system of a camera according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between a camera shake pulse, a horizontal pulse, and a shutter pulse. However, the same members as those in the first to fourth embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. A camera according to the fifth embodiment (hereinafter referred to as a fifth camera) mainly includes a camera body, an

FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between a camera shake stationary pulse, a horizontal stationary pulse, and a shutter pulse according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention. This will be described with reference to FIG. A camera according to the sixth embodiment (hereinafter referred to as a sixth camera) mainly includes a camera body, an
Thereafter, the

FIG. 14 is a diagram illustrating the relationship between the tilt amount of the camera body, the horizontal line, and the tilt line according to the eighth embodiment of the present invention. In the camera according to the eighth embodiment (hereinafter referred to as the eighth camera), the tilt amount of the camera, which is the output of the angle detection means 3, is input to the control means 4, and the control means 4 A line L1 representing the tilt angle and a horizontal line L2 are displayed. The camera is in a horizontal state in a state where the line L1 representing the tilt angle and the horizontal line L2 are completely coincident with each other. According to the eighth camera described above, the photographer can recognize the correction direction around the lens optical axis parallel to the horizontal plane, that is, the tilt correction direction in the left-right direction. Therefore, it becomes possible to quickly hold the posture of the camera in a horizontal state.
FIG. 15 is a block diagram of a camera control system according to the ninth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 16 is a diagram illustrating the relationship between the tilt angle (tilting amount) around the pitch axis of the camera body, the tilting pulse, and the shutter pulse. FIG. 17 is a diagram illustrating a state in which an image having a tilt angle is captured. However, the same members as those in the first to eighth embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. A camera according to the ninth embodiment (hereinafter referred to as a ninth camera) mainly includes a camera body, a tilt
As shown in FIG. 16, when the tilt amount, ie, the tilt amount, which is the output of the tilt angle detection means 10 is input to the control means 4 and is determined by the control means 4 to be within a

18A and 18B are diagrams according to the tenth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 18A is a diagram showing the relationship between the tilt horizontal pulse, the tilt stationary pulse, the shutter pulse, and the like, and FIG. It is explanatory drawing for calculating | requiring change speed predetermined value. In the camera according to the tenth embodiment (referred to as the tenth camera), the control means 4 obtains the tilt change speed by differentiating the tilt amount detected by the tilt angle detection means 10 with respect to time. That is, the
Since the tilt change speed

Thereafter, the control means 4 obtains a shutter pulse from the logical product of the four signals of the horizontal pulse, horizontal stationary pulse, tilt horizontal pulse and tilt horizontal stationary pulse. The control means 4 obtains this shutter pulse, drives the

FIG. 22 is a block diagram of a camera control system according to the thirteenth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 23 is a diagram showing the relationship among tilt pulses, horizontal pulses, camera shake pulses, and shutter pulses. The camera according to the thirteenth embodiment (hereinafter referred to as the thirteenth camera) includes a camera body, angle detection means 3, tilt angle detection means 10, camera shake detection means 8, control means 4,
FIG. 24 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between a horizontal stationary pulse, a tilt stationary pulse, a camera shake stationary pulse, and a shutter pulse according to the fourteenth embodiment of the present invention. This will be described with reference to FIG. When the
According to the camera according to the fourteenth embodiment described above, the camera is in a horizontal posture with a low rotational speed in the left-right direction and the tilt direction, and is in a no-shake state with a low camera shake change speed. Shooting is performed in a state where the direction is horizontal and there is no camera shake. This makes it possible to shoot a horizontal image without camera shake.
FIG. 25 is a block diagram of a camera control system according to the fifteenth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 26 is a diagram for displaying the camera posture in a planar manner. The camera according to the fifteenth embodiment (hereinafter referred to as the fifteenth camera) includes a camera body, angle detection means 3, tilt angle detection means 10, control means 4,
FIG. 27 is a diagram illustrating a difference between a range that can be captured by one shooting and a range that can be captured by a plurality of shootings. FIG. 28 is a diagram illustrating a wide-angle composite image including a plurality of images. Normally, only a relatively narrow range δ1 can be taken in one shooting because of the limitation of the angle of view of the camera. However, by photographing a plurality of times while changing the direction of the camera, it is possible to photograph a region δ2 in a wider range than the one-time photographing range δ1. By performing this also in the vertical direction, it is possible to photograph a wider area as shown in FIG. Although only a narrow range δ3 can be captured by one shooting, a wide range δ4 can be captured by nine shootings. Between one arbitrary image and an image adjacent to this one image, an overlapping image (region indicated by a hatched portion) used as alignment information at the time of wide-angle image synthesis is formed.
FIG. 29 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the number of shots in the vertical and horizontal directions is set before wide-angle image shooting according to the sixteenth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 30 is a diagram for guiding the remaining number of shots and the order of shooting. The camera according to the sixteenth embodiment (hereinafter referred to as the sixteenth camera) is a camera body, for example, an angle detection means 3, an imaging number setting means, an extraction means, a control means 4, a
As shown in FIG. 29, the photographing number setting means sets the number of images in the vertical and horizontal directions before wide-angle image photographing. Next, as shown in FIG. 30, images are taken in the order of (1) to (6). After the first image is taken, the right end feature quantity required for wide-angle image composition is obtained from the right end region of the
According to the sixteenth camera described above, the photographer changes the posture of the camera in accordance with an instruction from the
FIG. 31 is an explanatory diagram for obtaining a central vicinity of a combined wide-angle image according to the seventeenth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 32 is a diagram illustrating a state in which a spiral image is captured radially outward from the central portion C1 of the combined wide-angle image. FIG. 33 is a diagram illustrating a state in which photographing of an adjacent image is instructed. Based on the inputted number of wide-angle images, the central portion of the combined wide-angle image is obtained. In the case of vertical; m, horizontal; n, the central portion C1 of the combined wide-angle image is represented by vertical; m / 2th, horizontal; n / 2th. However, the vertical number m and the horizontal number n are limited to an even number. When the vertical number m and the horizontal number n are odd numbers, the central portion C1 of the combined wide-angle image is expressed as vertical; (m + 1) / 2 sheets, horizontal; (n + 1) / 2 sheets. .
Thereafter, the control means 4 determines the shooting order of the images and displays the order on the
FIG. 34 is a diagram showing that shooting starts from the central vicinity of the inputted number of wide-angle images according to the eighteenth embodiment of the present invention. In addition to the components of the seventeenth camera, the camera according to the eighteenth embodiment further includes shooting instruction means for displaying that shooting starts from the vicinity of the center of the input number of wide-angle shot images. According to the camera of the eighteenth embodiment, the photographer can image the combined wide-angle image and determine the position of the vicinity of the center in consideration of the composition.

A camera according to the twentieth embodiment of the present invention will be described. The camera according to the twentieth embodiment (hereinafter referred to as the twentieth camera) further has means for obtaining an exposure value. The means for obtaining the exposure value stores the appropriate exposure value instead of performing the photographing operation in the sixteenth embodiment. Further, an exposure value suitable for the combined wide-angle image is set from the appropriate exposure values for all images. As a method of setting an exposure value suitable for the wide-angle image after synthesis, an average value of appropriate exposure values of each image can be considered.
In the camera according to the twenty-first embodiment of the present invention, instead of performing the photographing operation in the seventeenth embodiment, an appropriate exposure value is stored, and an exposure value suitable for a combined wide-angle image from the appropriate exposure value of all images. Set. As a method of setting an exposure value suitable for the wide-angle image after synthesis, an average value of appropriate exposure values of each image can be considered.
FIG. 35 is a diagram illustrating a state in which wide-angle image capturing is interrupted and a notification to that effect is provided according to the twenty-second embodiment of the present invention. During shooting of a wide-angle image composed of 9 vertical and 3 horizontal images, if the 8th and 9th images are interrupted and a
According to the camera of the twenty-second embodiment described above, image generation and storage are performed in the camera when there is a sufficient storage capacity of the medium, such as battery exhaustion during wide-angle image shooting. Conversely, when shooting is interrupted because the storage capacity of the medium is not sufficient, the consumption capacity of the medium can be suppressed by storing only the generation request information.
In the twenty-third embodiment of the present invention, the fact that wide-angle image capturing has been interrupted is inserted into the missing portion complement image generated in the twenty-second embodiment. This makes it possible to recognize the reason why a part is missing after the wide-angle image is generated.
FIG. 36 is a diagram illustrating a state in which a wide-angle image with a part missing is displayed and then the mode is changed to an image cut-out operation mode according to the twenty-fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, after displaying a partially cut wide-angle image generated in the twenty-third embodiment, a transition is made to an image cut-out mode to extract a desired region. This extraction of a desired area is synonymous with extraction and storage of a necessary part such as “16” and “17”. According to the camera of the twenty-fourth embodiment described above, it is possible to smoothly shift from an incomplete wide-angle synthesized image lacking a part of a wide-angle image to cut out a necessary part, and “18” and “ A desired wide-angle composite image such as “19” can be obtained.

FIG. 38 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between the timer value from the start pulse, the horizontal shooting mode, and the shutter pulse according to the twenty-sixth embodiment of the present invention. If the control means determines that a preset timer value has been reached after shifting to the horizontal image capturing mode, the control means 4 drives the
FIG. 39 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between a timer value from a start pulse, a horizontal shooting mode, a timer pulse, a camera shake pulse, and a shutter pulse according to the twenty-seventh embodiment of the present invention. In the camera according to the twenty-sixth embodiment, when the timer value is reached, the shutter pulse is generated from the logical product of the timer pulse and the camera shake pulse, and shooting is performed. With the camera according to the twenty-seventh embodiment described above, even when the photographer intends to shoot an image that is inclined obliquely, it is possible to shoot after the camera is shaken free. In addition, the same effects as in the twenty-sixth embodiment are achieved.
FIG. 40 relates to the twenty-eighth embodiment of the present invention, and relates to the timer value from the start pulse, horizontal shooting mode, left / right or tilt amount, horizontal pulse, tilt change rate, horizontal still pulse, timer pulse, and shutter pulse. FIG. In the camera of the twenty-eighth embodiment, when the timer value is reached from the start pulse, the logic of the timer pulse and the horizontal still pulse generated when the time change rate of the left-right direction tilt angle or tilt tilt angle is equal to or less than a predetermined value A shutter pulse is generated from the product and shooting is performed. With the camera according to the twenty-eighth embodiment described above, even when the photographer intentionally tilts and tilts the image, shooting is performed after the change in the tilted state is small. Is possible. Therefore, a stable image can be obtained. In this case, as shown in FIG. 40, even when the horizontal pulse is not detected, if the change in the diagonal state becomes small, the value of the gradient change speed becomes small, and it is possible to detect the horizontal stationary pulse. is there.
