【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elevator door control apparatus that detects the absolute position of a door using an optical switch and controls opening and closing of the door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional elevator door control device, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-272 discloses a control circuit in which a door moving position is detected by detecting the movement position of a door with an optical switch to open and close the door. There is disclosed a technique in which a failure due to dust adhesion or element deterioration to the optical switch can be easily known by reducing the speed of the door during light shielding.
[0003]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-102091 discloses that the rotation of a door driving motor is detected by an encoder, the pulse sent from the encoder is counted by a position detection counter to detect the door position, and the door is fully opened. Or the reset circuit is operated based on the signal of the absolute position detector installed in the low speed area near the fully closed position to reset the position detection counter, and the position detection counter is always reset due to the failure of the reset circuit. Even in such a case, the door is opened and closed at a low speed to ensure safety for passengers and to open and close the door.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional elevator door control device is configured as described above, for example, the one disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 2-272 is easily damaged due to dust adhering to the optical switch or element deterioration. Although it can be known, when the optical switch continues to be irradiated with external light, it should continue to receive light by being irradiated with external light even though it should originally perform the light blocking operation. For this reason, there existed a problem that the speed of a door could not be made low.
[0005]
In addition, the optical switch that detects the fully open or fully closed position of the door operates normally when the door is opened or closed, but if the optical switch is exposed to external light during the raising or lowering of the car, Although the door is fully closed, the control device determines that the door is not fully closed, and the door is tightened by increasing the door closing torque. As a result, there was a problem that the doors were rattling.
[0006]
Further, as an absolute position detector disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-102091, an optical switch is attached in the vicinity of the fully open or fully closed door, and the reset circuit is activated when this optical switch detects a light block. When the optical switch is irradiated with external light and continues to receive light, the position detection counter is not reset. For this reason, there is a problem that the position cannot be detected and the door opening / closing control cannot be performed by the door driving motor.
In order to prevent the above problems, it may be possible to prevent the irradiation with external light by providing a protective cover, but interference between the protective cover and other devices must be avoided. In particular, when exposed to sunlight, the irradiation route changes, so that there is a problem that complete measures are not easy.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and provides an elevator door control device capable of preventing malfunction of a door due to the irradiation even when the optical switch is irradiated with outside light. .
