Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle side visor provided on a window frame of a vehicle door and a vehicle side visor cover attached to a vehicle side visor already attached to the window frame. More specifically, the present invention relates to a vehicle side visor and a vehicle side visor cover that are provided with an elastic material in contact with the outer surface of the window glass in the raised state at the lower end and are suitable for ventilation inside the vehicle.

Conventionally, a vehicle side visor is formed in a bowl shape so as to cover a front portion and an upper portion of a window glass covered with a window frame of a vehicle door, and an upper end edge of the side visor is attached to the window frame. In a vehicle provided with such a side visor, when the side window glass is slightly lowered during traveling, the air flowing in the vicinity of the side visor becomes negative pressure, and the air in the vehicle interior is discharged to the outside through the open gap, thereby causing the vehicle interior The air can be ventilated. This side visor prevents raindrops from entering the passenger compartment even if the side window glass is slightly lowered for the purpose of ventilation in the vehicle during rainy weather.
However, since the opening direction of the upper part of the door with the side window glass slightly lowered is parallel to the air flow outside the vehicle, not only the air is not efficiently discharged from the upper part by negative pressure. In some cases, the air in the passenger compartment discharged from the front part of the door flows upward through the outside of the side window glass, and enters the passenger compartment again from the upper gap.

In order to solve this problem, a horizontal portion that covers the horizontal upper portion of the window frame from the outside of the vehicle is formed on the vehicle side visor that is attached to the window frame of the vehicle door, and the lower edge of the horizontal portion is raised. The present applicant has proposed that an elastic material that is formed so as to face the outer surface of the glass and that is in contact with the outer surface of the window glass is attached to the lower portion of the horizontal portion (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In addition, when a vehicle side visor having a predetermined distance from the window glass at the lower end is already attached to the window frame of the vehicle door, it is attached to the outer surface of the side visor in order to effectively use the vehicle side visor. The outer edge of the sealing part is integrally connected to the lower edge of the cover mounting part, and the inner edge of the sealing part is formed so as to face the rising window glass. The inner edge of the sealing part The applicant has also proposed a vehicle side visor cover in which an elastic material that contacts the outer surface of the window glass is attached to the edge (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

And in the case where such a vehicle side visor or window glass and a conventional side visor having a predetermined distance between the lower ends thereof are mounted with such a vehicle side visor cover, there is a gap generated between the front portion of the vehicle and the window glass. Even if the air sucked out from the passenger compartment flows through the outside of the window glass and flows upward, the elastic material contacts the side window glass and the horizontal part or the seal part is between the upper part of the window frame and the window glass. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the airflow that travels outside the window glass from entering the passenger compartment again through the gap.
Japanese Patent No. 3056132 (FIG. 1) Japanese Patent No. 3565440 (FIG. 1)

However, in the conventional vehicle side visor and vehicle side visor cover, since the elastic material is bonded and fixed to the horizontal portion or the seal portion, there is still a problem to be solved that the elastic material may or may not contact the side window glass. It remained. In other words, the portion of the vehicle side visor that covers the window frame from the outside of the vehicle is often a resin molded product, and this resin molded product changes although its dimensions vary slightly due to temperature changes. Even if the elastic material fixed to the side window glass is in contact with the side window glass, when it is cold in winter, the part covering the window frame of the vehicle side visor from the outside of the vehicle shrinks and the elastic material fixed to the lower end is In some cases, the side window glass may not come into contact with the shrinkage. Further, the position of the side window glass with respect to the window frame varies from vehicle to vehicle, and the elastic material may or may not contact the side window glass due to the variation. If the elastic material bonded and fixed to the horizontal portion or the seal portion does not come into contact with the side window glass, there is a problem that outside air enters the vehicle through the gap, and conversely, the elastic material is strong against the side window glass. When in contact, there is a problem that a frictional sound is generated each time the side window glass is moved up and down.
An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle side visor and a vehicle side visor cover capable of appropriately bringing an elastic material into contact with a side window glass.

The invention according to claim 1, as shown in FIG. 1, the visor having a horizontal portion 23 which covers the top 14b that is horizontally formed of a window frame 14 attached to the window frame 14 of the vehicle door 11 from the outside of the vehicle A vehicle side visor including a main body 21 and an elastic member 31 attached to a lower portion of the horizontal portion 23 facing the outer surface of the window glass 13 in the raised state of the door 11 and formed to contact the outer surface of the window glass 13. It is an improvement.
The characteristic configuration is that a horizontal plate portion 23d having an outer edge continuous with the lower edge of the horizontal portion 23 is formed integrally with the horizontal portion 23 so as to be orthogonal to the window glass 13, and the elastic material 31 is formed by the horizontal plate portion 23d. The elastic member 31 is formed so that the horizontal plate 23d is sandwiched from above and below, and the outer end edge is integrally connected to the sandwiching portion 31a. It has the contact part 31b which contacts the outer surface of the glass 13, and exists in the place where the clamping part 31a and the contact part 31b were connected via the vertical piece 31c.

As shown in FIG. 10, the invention according to claim 4 has a predetermined distance from the window glass 13 in the raised state of the door 11 of the vehicle side visor 60 provided along the window frame 14 of the vehicle door 11. A cover attachment portion 72 that can be attached to the outer surface of the edge, a plate-like seal portion 73 that is formed by integrally connecting an outer edge to the lower edge of the cover attachment portion 72, and has an inner edge facing the window glass 13; This is an improvement of the vehicle side visor cover provided with an elastic member 81 attached to the inner end edge of the portion 73 and formed so as to come into contact with the outer surface of the window glass 13 in the raised state of the door 11.
The characteristic configuration is that the horizontal plate portion 74 whose outer edge is continuous with the inner edge of the seal portion 73 is formed integrally with the seal portion 73 so as to be orthogonal to the window glass 13, and the elastic material 81 is attached to the horizontal plate portion 74. The elastic member 81 is mounted so as to be movable in the vehicle width direction, and the outer end edge is integrally connected to the sandwiching portion 81a and the sandwiching portion 81a for sandwiching the horizontal plate portion 74 in the vertical direction. 13 has a contact portion 81b that contacts the outer surface, and the sandwiching portion 81a and the contact portion 81b are connected via a vertical piece 81c .

In the vehicle side visor described in claim 1 and the vehicle side visor cover described in claim 4 , the elastic members 31, 81 are moved in the vehicle width direction with respect to the horizontal plate portions 23 d, 74. The pressure which contacts the side window glass 13 of the elastic materials 31 and 81 can be adjusted. Specifically, for example, when the elastic materials 31 and 81 are not in contact with the side window glass 13, the elastic materials 31 and 81 are moved so as to approach the side window glass 13 with respect to the horizontal plate portions 23d and 74. Thus, the elastic members 31 and 81 can be brought into contact with the side window glass 13. For example, when the elastic members 31 and 81 are in contact with the side window glass 13 with a relatively strong force, the elastic members 31 and 81 are separated from the side window glass 13 with respect to the horizontal plate portions 23 d and 74. By moving, the elastic materials 31 and 81 can be brought into contact with the side window glass 13 with an appropriate pressure.

In the vehicle side visor cover described in the vehicular side visor and claim 4 according to claim 1, having a clamping portion 31a, 81a of the elastic member 31, 81 to clamp the horizontal plate portion 23d, 74 in the vertical direction Accordingly, it is possible to effectively prohibit the vertical movement of the elastic members 31, 81 when the elastic members 31, 81 are moved in the vehicle width direction.
Furthermore, in the vehicle side visor described in claim 1 and the vehicle side visor cover described in claim 4, when the contact portions 31b, 81b are in contact with the side window glass 13 with relatively strong pressure, the vertical pieces 31c, 81c can be inclined by the elasticity, and the pressure which the contact parts 31b and 81b contact the side window glass 13 can be relieved. For this reason, the conventional side visor 60 already attached to the visor main body 21 or the vehicle is obtained by bringing the contact portions 31b and 81b into contact with the side window glass 13 while the vertical pieces 31c and 81c are inclined by elasticity. However, even if the dimensions change in summer and winter, for example, the contact portions 31b and 81b can be brought into contact with the side window glass 13 with an appropriate pressure.

The invention according to claim 2 is the invention according to claim 1 , and further, as shown in FIG. 2, a long hole 23 e which is long in the vehicle width direction is provided at a predetermined interval in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. A through hole 31d is formed in the clamping portion 31a facing the long hole 23e, and a fastener 32 penetrating the long hole 23e is attached to the through hole 31d. The fastener 32 moves through the long hole 23e. Thus, the clamping portion 31a is attached to the horizontal plate portion 23d so as to be movable in the vehicle width direction.
The invention according to claim 5 is the invention according to claim 4 , wherein a plurality of long holes in the vehicle width direction are formed in the horizontal plate portion 74 at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and are opposed to the long holes. A through hole is formed in the sandwiching portion 81a, and a fastener 32 penetrating the long hole is attached to the through hole. When the fastener 32 moves through the long hole, the sandwiching portion 81a moves to the horizontal plate portion 74 in the vehicle width direction. It is characterized in that it is movably attached to.
In the vehicle side visor described in claim 2 and the vehicle side visor cover described in claim 5 , the clamping portions 31a and 81a are formed on the horizontal plate portions 23d and 74 so that the through hole 31d faces the long hole 23e. The elastic members 31 and 81 are simply inserted into the through hole 31d and the long hole 23e, and then the fastener 32 is fixed to the through hole 31d. , 74 can be relatively easily moved in the vehicle width direction, and the mounting operation can be made relatively easy.

The invention according to claim 3 is the invention according to claim 1, wherein the horizontal portion 23 is attached to the upper portion 14 b of the window frame 14 and is bent outwardly from the lower end of the flange portion 23 a and extends downward. The window 23 in which the outer edge is integrally connected to the lower edge of the cover portion 23b and the cover portion 23b, is curved so as to face downward as the window glass 13 is approached, and the inner edge is in the raised state of the door 11 A horizontal plate portion 23d is formed by integrally connecting an outer end edge to a lower edge of the seal portion 23c.
The invention according to claim 6 is the invention according to claim 4 , wherein the seal portion 73 formed by integrally connecting the outer end edge to the lower edge of the cover mounting portion 72 is lowered as it approaches the window glass 13. The horizontal plate portion 74 is formed such that the outer end edge is integrally connected to the lower edge of the seal portion 73.
In the vehicle side visor described in claim 3 and the vehicle side visor cover described in claim 6 , the air discharged from the gap between the front portion 14 a of the window frame 14 and the window glass 13 runs along the window glass 13. As shown by the arrows in FIG. 1 and FIG. 10, the air flow describing the spiral quickly moves backward along the curved surface. It is possible to prevent the generation of wind noise caused by obstructing the flow of the air flow that draws the flow and spiral.

In the vehicle side visor and the vehicle side visor cover of the present invention, a horizontal plate portion having an outer edge continuous with the lower edge or seal portion of the horizontal portion is integrally formed so as to be orthogonal to the window glass, and the horizontal plate portion Since the elastic material is attached so as to be movable in the vehicle width direction, by moving the elastic material in the vehicle width direction with respect to the horizontal plate portion, the pressure contacting the side window glass of the elastic material can be adjusted, The elastic material can be brought into contact with the side window glass with an appropriate pressure. And since an elastic material has a clamping part which clamps a horizontal board part from an up-down direction, when an elastic material is moved to a vehicle width direction, the vertical movement of an elastic material can be prohibited effectively.

Further, a fastener that penetrates the long hole by forming a plurality of elongated holes in the horizontal plate portion in the vehicle width direction at predetermined intervals in the vehicle longitudinal direction, forming a through hole in the clamping portion facing the elongated hole, and If the fastener is attached to the through hole, the clamping part is attached to the horizontal plate part so as to be movable in the vehicle width direction by moving the elongated hole, and the attaching operation can be made relatively easy. Further, if the sandwiching part of the elastic material and the contact part that directly contacts the window glass are connected via the vertical piece, when the contact part comes into contact with the side window glass with a relatively strong pressure, the vertical piece is caused by its elasticity. The pressure at which the contact portion inclines and contacts the side window glass can be relaxed, and the contact portion can be brought into contact with the side window glass with an appropriate pressure.
Furthermore, if the seal portion is formed to curve downward as it approaches the window glass, the air discharged from the gap between the front portion of the window frame and the window glass spirals along the window glass. While drawing, it will flow backward in the vicinity of the seal part, but the air flow that draws the spiral quickly flows backward along the curved surface, and the wind is cut due to the obstruction of the flow of the air flow that draws the spiral. Generation of sound can be prevented.

Next, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 8, the vehicle door 11 is configured to open and close a door opening 12 d formed on a side surface of the body 12. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the right door 11 of the vehicle as viewed from obliquely below the rear of the vehicle. Reference numeral 12 a denotes a side mirror provided on the door 11. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, an opening weather strip 12b is attached to the periphery of the door opening 12d over the entire periphery. The opening weather strip 12b is in contact with the front end of the weather strip 12b when the door 11 is closed to seal the passenger compartment.

Returning to FIG. 8, a window opening 11 a is formed in the upper portion of the door 11, and a side window glass 13 is attached to the window opening 11 a. The window opening 11a is formed by a window frame 14, and the window frame 14 has an inclined front portion 14a and a horizontal upper portion 14b. Although not shown, a window glass elevating device is built in the lower portion of the door 11, and this device moves the window glass 13 upward to close the window opening 11a with the window glass 13, and the window glass 13 is moved downward. The window opening 11 a is configured to be opened by moving and storing it in the lower part of the door 11. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, a window weather strip 15 into which the tip of the raised window glass 13 indicated by a one-dot chain line enters is attached to the inner periphery of the window frame 14.

Returning to FIG. 8, the vehicle side visor 20 of the present invention includes a visor body 21 attached to the window frame 14 and an elastic material 31 described later. The visor body 21 is integrally formed with an inclined portion 22 that covers the front portion 14a of the window frame 14 from the outside of the vehicle and a horizontal portion 23 that covers the upper portion 14b of the window frame 14 from the outside of the vehicle. As shown in FIG. 7, the inclined portion 22 includes a first flange portion 22a attached to the front portion 14a and a first cover portion 22b formed continuously at the lower end of the flange portion 22a. The first cover portion 22b is formed integrally with the first flange portion 22a, is curved outward from the front portion 14a of the window frame 14 and extends downward, and the lower end of the first cover portion 22b is in contact with the outer surface of the window glass 13 in the lifted state of the door. It forms so that it may have a space | interval.

As shown in FIG. 1, the horizontal portion 23 includes a second flange portion 23a attached to the upper portion 14b, a second cover portion 23b that curves outward from the lower end of the flange portion 23a and extends downward, and this second cover. The outer edge is integrally connected to the lower edge of the portion 23 b, is formed so as to curve downward as it approaches the window glass 13, and the inner edge faces the window glass 13 in the raised state of the door 11. Part 23c. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the first flange portion 22a and the second flange portion 23a are formed corresponding to the front portion 14a and the upper portion 14b, and the first and second flange portions 22a and 23a are formed on a double-sided adhesive tape. The visor body 21 is attached to the window frame 14 by adhering to the front portion 14a and the upper portion 14b via 16.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a horizontal plate portion 23 d having a continuous outer edge is formed integrally with the horizontal portion 23 at the lower edge of the horizontal portion 23 so as to be orthogonal to the window glass 13. The horizontal plate portion 23d in this embodiment is formed by integrally connecting an outer end edge to the lower edge of the seal portion 23c, and the elastic member 31 is attached to the horizontal plate portion 23d so as to be movable in the vehicle width direction. The elastic material 31 is formed of an elastic body such as synthetic rubber, which is formed so as to be able to contact the raised outer surface of the window glass 13 indicated by a one-dot chain line. The seal portion 23c reduces the vibration noise when the vehicle travels by contacting the outer surface of the window glass 13 via the elastic material 31, and prevents unnecessary splashes from entering the gap between the visor body 21 and the window glass 13. It is to prevent.

As shown in detail in FIG. 2 to FIG. 6, the elastic member 31 is formed by sandwiching the horizontal plate portion 23 d from above and below, and an outer end edge integrally connected to the sandwiching portion 31 a. Has a contact portion 31b that contacts the outer surface of the window glass 13, and the sandwiching portion 31a and the contact portion 31b are connected via a vertical piece 31c. A plurality of long holes 23e that are long in the vehicle width direction are formed in the horizontal plate portion 23d at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and a through-hole 31d having a circular cross section is formed in the clamping portion 31a that faces the long holes 23e. Is formed. And the clamping part 31a is inserted in the horizontal plate part 23d so that this through-hole 31d opposes the long hole 23e, and the fastener 32 penetrates the through-hole 31d together with the long hole 23e in this state, and enters the through-hole 31d. Fixed.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the fastener in this embodiment is a resin rivet 32. The rivet 32 has an outer cylindrical member having a slit 33a formed at one end and a small-diameter flange 33b formed at the other end. And a widening member 34 having a large diameter flange 34b that overlaps with the small diameter flange 33b and a widening pin 34a that stands upright on the large diameter flange 34b and that has the other end inserted into the outer cylindrical member 33. Each of the outer cylinder member 33 and the expansion member 34 is made of a resin molded product, and the expansion pin 34 a is formed to have substantially the same length as the outer cylinder member 33. As shown in FIG. 4, when the expansion pin 34a is inserted into the outer cylinder member 33 from the other end side and the large diameter flange 34b is overlapped with the small diameter flange 33b, the tip of the expansion pin 34a expands the slit 33a. It is constituted so that one end of outer cylinder member 33 may be pushed and spread. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer cylinder member 33 in the rivet 32 is inserted so as to penetrate both the through hole 31d and the long hole 23e, and the expansion pin 34a is inserted into the outer cylinder member 33 as shown in FIG. When the large diameter flange 34b is inserted into the small diameter flange 33b and the one end of the outer cylinder member 33 is spread out by inserting from the other end side, one end of the expanded outer cylinder member 33 bites into the inner surface of the through hole 31d. The rivet 32 can be fixed to the through hole 31d.

For this reason, if the horizontal plate part 23d is clamped with an appropriate pressure by the clamping part 31a so that the clamping part 31a can move relative to the horizontal plate part 23d, and the rivet 32 is fixed to the through hole 31d in this state, the clamping part 31a Can maintain the state of holding the horizontal plate portion 23d with an appropriate pressure. 5 and 6, the rivet 32 moves in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 23e as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 so that the holding portion 31a in which the through-hole 31d is formed becomes the lower edge of the horizontal portion 23. The holding portion 31a is attached to the horizontal plate portion 23d via the rivet 32 so as to be movable in the vehicle width direction.

In the vehicle side visor 20 configured in this manner, air outside the vehicle flows to the rear of the vehicle as the vehicle travels. When the driver of the vehicle ventilates the passenger compartment, as shown in FIG. 9, when the side window glass 13 is slightly lowered, the air in the vicinity of the first covering portion 22b in the inclined portion is negatively pressured against the air in the passenger compartment. Thus, the air in the passenger compartment is efficiently sucked out from the gap between the front portion 14a and the lowered window glass 13 as indicated by the arrows in the figure. The air in the passenger compartment sucked out from the gap flows to the rear of the vehicle together with the air outside the vehicle that flows when the vehicle travels. In this case, even if the air sucked out from the passenger compartment through the gap formed between the front portion 14a and the window glass 13 flows upward as indicated by a broken line outside the window glass 13, the elastic material 31 Comes into contact with the window glass 13 and the seal portion 23c in the horizontal portion 23 closes the gap formed between the upper portion 14b of the window frame and the window glass 13, so that the air flow transmitted outside the window glass 13 passes through this gap. It is possible to prevent the vehicle from entering again.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 1, the horizontal portion 23 is attached to the upper portion 14 b of the window frame 14, and the cover portion 23 b and the cover portion 23 b are curved outward from the lower end of the flange portion 23 a and extend downward. A seal portion 23c formed by integrally connecting an outer edge to the lower edge and being curved so as to face downward as the window glass 13 is approached; and an inner edge facing the window glass 13 in the raised state of the door 11; 1, the air discharged from the gap between the front portion 14a of the window frame 14 and the window glass 13 flows backward in the vicinity of the seal portion 23c while drawing a spiral along the window glass 13. As shown by the arrows, the air flow that draws the spiral quickly flows backward along the curved surface of the seal portion 23c, and the flow of the air flow that draws the spiral is obstructed. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of wind noise caused by the door.

And in this vehicle side visor 20, the pressure which contacts the side window glass 13 of the elastic material 31 can be adjusted by moving the elastic material 31 with respect to the horizontal board part 23d in a vehicle width direction. Specifically, when the vehicle side visor is attached to the window frame 14, for example, when the elastic material 31 is not in contact with the side window glass 13, the elastic material 31 is placed on the horizontal plate portion 23d as shown in FIG. On the other hand, the elastic material 31 can be brought into contact with the side window glass 13 by being moved so as to approach the side window glass 13. When the vehicle side visor is attached to the window frame 14, for example, when the elastic material 31 is in contact with the side window glass 13 with a relatively strong force, the elastic material 31 is placed horizontally as shown in FIG. By moving the plate portion 23d away from the side window glass 13, the elastic member 31 can be brought into contact with the side window glass 13 with an appropriate pressure.

Moreover, since the elastic member 31 in this embodiment has the clamping part 31a which clamps the horizontal plate part 23d from an up-down direction, when the elastic material 31 is moved to a vehicle width direction, the vertical movement of the elastic material 31 is carried out. Since the clamping part 31a and the contact part 31b that actually contacts the side window glass 13 are connected via the vertical piece 31c, the contact part 31b is relatively strong pressure on the side window glass 13. , The vertical piece 31c is inclined by its elasticity, and the pressure at which the contact portion 31b contacts the side window glass 13 can be relaxed. For this reason, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the visor body 21 can be brought into contact with the side window glass 13 with the vertical piece 31 c tilted by elasticity, for example, in summer and winter. Even if the dimensions change, the contact portion 31b contacts the side window glass 13 due to the elasticity of the vertical piece 31c, and the contact portion 31b can always be in contact with the side window glass 13 with an appropriate pressure.

On the other hand, in this embodiment, a plurality of long holes 23e that are long in the vehicle width direction are formed in the horizontal plate portion 23d at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the through holes 31d are formed in the holding portions 31a that face the long holes 23e. Since the rivet 32 penetrating the long hole 23e is attached to the through hole 31d, the clamping part 31a is fitted into the horizontal plate part 23d so that the through hole 31d faces the long hole 23e, and the rivet is in that state. 32 is inserted through the through hole 31d and the long hole 23e, and then the rivet 32 is fixed to the through hole 31d, so that the elastic member 31 can be moved relatively easily in the vehicle width direction to the horizontal plate portion 23d. Can be installed as possible. Since the rivet 32 moves through the long hole 23e, the clamping portion 31a moves in the vehicle width direction to the lower edge of the horizontal portion 23. Therefore, it is relatively easy to attach the elastic material 31 to the visor body 31 in a movable manner. can do.

Next, the vehicle side visor cover of the present invention attached to the vehicle side visor already attached to the vehicle window frame will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the vehicle side visor cover 70 of the present invention is attached to a conventional vehicle side visor 60 already attached to the window frame 14 of the vehicle door 11. In the side visor 60, an inclined portion 62 that covers the front portion 14a of the window frame 14 from the outside of the vehicle and a horizontal portion 63 that covers the upper portion 14b of the window frame 14 from the outside of the vehicle are integrally formed. As shown in FIG. 11, the inclined portion 62 includes a first flange portion 62a attached to the front portion 14a, and a first cover portion 62b formed continuously at the lower end of the flange portion 62a. A second flange portion 63a attached to the upper portion 14b, and a second cover portion 63b that curves outwardly from the lower end of the flange portion 63a and extends downward and has a lower end with a predetermined distance from the window glass 13. The first flange portion 62a and the second flange portion 63a are formed corresponding to the front portion 14a and the upper portion 14b, and the first and second flange portions 62a and 63a are connected to the front portion 14a and the second flange portion 62a via a double-sided adhesive tape (not shown). The conventional vehicle side visor 60 is attached to the window frame 14 by bonding to the upper portion 14b.

The vehicle side visor cover 70 of the present invention is attached to such a conventional vehicle side visor 60, and includes a cover attachment portion 72 having a lower edge along the lower edge of the side visor 60, and the cover attachment portion 72. A plate-like seal portion 73 that is formed by integrally connecting an outer end edge to the lower edge and an inner end face the window glass 13 in a raised state of the front door 11 of the vehicle, and an inner end edge of the seal portion 73 And an elastic material 81 formed so as to come into contact with the outer surface of the window glass 13 in the raised state of the front door 11. The cover attaching portion 72 and the seal portion 73 are integrally formed by molding a colorless or colored transparent resin. The cover attachment portion 72 in this embodiment is configured to be attachable to the lower outer surface of the horizontal portion 63 in the side visor 60. And the upper edge of the cover attachment part 72 is formed so that a gentle curve may be drawn so that it may continue smoothly to the lower edge of the inclined part 62 of the conventional vehicle side visor 60.

As shown in FIG. 10, the cover attaching portion 72 is attached to the lower outer surface of the horizontal portion 63 of the side visor 60 via a double-sided adhesive tape 82. The outer edge is integrated with the lower edge of the cover attaching portion 72. The seal portion 73 formed by being connected to is curved and formed so as to face downward and approach the window glass 13 as it approaches the window glass 13 in the raised state of the door 11. At the lower edge of the seal portion 73, a horizontal plate portion 74 having a continuous outer edge is formed integrally with the seal portion 73 so as to be orthogonal to the window glass 13. In this embodiment, the horizontal plate portion 74 is formed by integrally connecting the outer end edge to the lower edge of the seal portion 73, and the elastic member 81 is attached to the horizontal plate portion 74 so as to be movable in the vehicle width direction. The elastic member 81 is made of an elastic body such as synthetic rubber, which is formed so as to be able to contact the raised outer surface of the window glass 13 indicated by a one-dot chain line. The seal portion 73 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the window glass 13 via the elastic member 81 to reduce vibration noise during vehicle travel, and to prevent unnecessary invasion from the gap between the visor body 21 and the window glass 13. It is to prevent.

The elastic member 81 is the same as the elastic member 31 described above, and is formed by sandwiching a horizontal plate portion 74 from above and below, and an outer edge integrally connected to the sandwiching portion 81a. The inner end edge has a contact portion 81b that contacts the outer surface of the window glass 13, and the sandwiching portion 81a and the contact portion 81b have a structure connected via a vertical piece 81c. Although not shown in the drawings, a plurality of long holes in the vehicle width direction are formed in the horizontal plate portion 74 at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and a through-hole having a circular cross section is formed in the sandwiching portion facing the long holes. Is done. Then, the holding part is fitted into the horizontal plate part 74 so that the through hole faces the long hole, and the rivet 32 as a fastener is used in that state, and the rivet 32 is passed through the through hole together with the long hole. Fixed in the through hole. By fixing in this way, when the rivet 32 moves in the longitudinal direction of the long hole, the holding part 81a in which the through hole is formed moves to the horizontal plate part 74 in the vehicle width direction, and the holding part 81a becomes the rivet. It is attached to the horizontal plate part 74 through 32 so as to be movable in the vehicle width direction.

In the vehicle side visor cover 70 configured as described above, the air outside the vehicle 10 flows to the rear of the vehicle 10 as the vehicle 10 travels. When the driver of the vehicle 10 ventilates the vehicle interior, if the side window glass 13 is slightly lowered, the air in the vicinity of the first visor body 62b in the first inclined portion 62 of the side visor 60 becomes negative pressure with respect to the air in the vehicle interior. The air in the passenger compartment is efficiently sucked out through the gap between the front portion 14a and the lowered window glass 13. The air in the passenger compartment sucked out from the gap flows to the rear of the vehicle 10 together with the air outside the vehicle that flows when the vehicle travels. And although the air sucked out from the passenger compartment through the gap formed between the front portion 14a and the window glass 13 flows upward through the outside of the window glass 13, the horizontal portion 63 of the side visor 60 has the present invention. The side visor cover 70 is attached, the seal portion 73 covers the second visor main body 63b from below, and the elastic body 81 attached to the inner edge of the seal portion 73 comes into contact with the window glass 13 and the upper portion 14b of the window frame. And the window glass 13 is closed. For this reason, while effectively using the side visor 60 already attached to the door 11, it is possible to effectively prevent the air flow transmitted outside the window glass 13 from entering the vehicle interior again through the gap. .

Here, the air exhausted from the gap between the front portion 14a of the window frame 14 and the window glass 13 draws a spiral along the window glass 13, while the vicinity of the seal portion 73 covering the second visor main body 63b from below is rearward. Although it flows, the seal portion 73 is formed so as to curve downward so as to approach the window glass 13 in the lifted state of the door 11, so that the air flow describing the spiral Can quickly flow backward along the curved surface of the seal portion 73, and can prevent the generation of wind noise caused by hindering the flow of the air flow that draws a spiral.

In the conventional side visor 60 to which the vehicle side visor cover 70 is attached, the elastic material 81 is moved in the vehicle width direction with respect to the horizontal plate portion 74, thereby contacting the side window glass 13 of the elastic material 81. The pressure can be adjusted, and the elastic member 81 can be brought into contact with the side window glass 13 with an appropriate pressure. In addition, since the elastic member 81 has the sandwiching portion 81a, the elastic member 81 can be effectively prohibited from moving in the vertical direction when the elastic member 81 is moved in the vehicle width direction. 13 is connected to the side window glass 13 with a relatively strong pressure so that the vertical piece 81c is inclined by its elasticity, and the contact portion 81b actually contacting the contact portion 81b is connected to the side window glass 13 with a relatively strong pressure. The pressure at which the contact portion 81b contacts the side window glass 13 can be relaxed. For this reason, when the contact piece 81b is brought into contact with the side window glass 13 with the vertical piece 81c tilted by elasticity, the size of the conventional side visor 60 already attached to the vehicle can be measured in summer and winter, for example. Even if changes, the contact part 81b contacts the side window glass 13 by the elasticity of the vertical piece 81c, and the contact part 81b can always be in contact with the side window glass 13 with an appropriate pressure.

On the other hand, in this embodiment, a plurality of long holes extending in the vehicle width direction are formed in the horizontal plate portion 74 at predetermined intervals in the vehicle front-rear direction, and a through hole is formed in the clamping portion 81a facing the long hole. Since the rivet 32, which is a fastener that penetrates the long hole, is attached to the through hole, the holding portion 81a is fitted into the horizontal plate portion 74 so that the through hole faces the long hole, and the rivet 32 is penetrated in that state. The elastic member 81 can be attached to the horizontal plate portion 74 so as to be relatively easily movable in the vehicle width direction by simply inserting the hole and the long hole so as to penetrate the hole and then fixing the rivet 32 to the through hole. . Then, as the rivet 32 moves through the long hole, the clamping portion 81a moves in the vehicle width direction with respect to the horizontal plate portion 74. Therefore, it is relatively easy to attach the elastic member 81 to the horizontal plate portion 74 in a movable manner. can do.

In the above-described embodiment, the cover attaching portion 72 is attached to the lower outer surface of the horizontal portion 63 of the side visor 60 via the double-sided adhesive tape 82. However, the cover attaching portion 72 is made of an adhesive. The cover attaching part 72 may be attached to the lower outer surface of the side visor 60 by screw means. Further, the cover attaching portion 72 may be attached by welding to the lower outer surface of the side visor 60, or may be attached to the lower outer surface of the side visor 60 using a special fitting for attachment.
Moreover, although the example which attaches the side visor cover 70 for vehicles to the side visor 60 already attached to the window frame 14 was shown in embodiment mentioned above, the side visor cover 70 for vehicles is attached to the new side visor 60, and the vehicle A conventional side visor 60 to which the side visor cover 70 is attached may be attached to the window frame 14 of the vehicle.

In the embodiment described above, the case where the resin rivet 32 is used as the fastener has been described. However, the fastener can be penetrated through the long hole formed in the horizontal plate portion and is formed in the clamping portion. As long as it can be attached to a through-hole, it may be a general metal rivet or end fitting that is configured to caulk the other end of a solid or hollow shaft part formed at one end of the head. It may be a combination of a small screw and a nut. As shown in FIG. 12, when a combination of a small screw 43 and nuts 44 and 45 is used as the fastener 42, two nuts 44 and 45 are used for one small screw 43. It is preferable to prevent the nuts 44 and 45 from rotating with respect to the machine screw 43 by contacting them. Specifically, the screw portion 43a of the small screw 43 is inserted so as to penetrate both the through hole 31d and the long hole 23e, and the head portion 43b of the small screw is brought into contact with one edge of the through hole 31d, The first nut 44 is screwed into the threaded portion 43a that penetrates the through hole 31d, and the other hole edge of the through hole 31d is pressed against the head 43b side by the nut 44. Then, when the clamping part 31a clamps the horizontal plate part 23d with an appropriate pressure to such an extent that the clamping part 31a can move with respect to the horizontal plate part 23d, the next nut 45 is further screwed into the screw part 43a. It abuts on the first nut 44. Then, both nuts 44 and 45 are prevented from rotating with respect to the small screw 43, and the state in which the clamping part 31a clamps the horizontal plate part 23d with an appropriate pressure can be maintained. And by attaching in this way, the pinch part 31a in which the through-hole 31d was formed when the machine screw 43 which comprises the fastener 42 moves to the longitudinal direction through the long hole 23e is attached to the lower edge of the horizontal part 23. The holding part 31a is attached to the horizontal plate part 23d so as to be movable in the vehicle width direction. Here, reference numeral 46 in FIG. 12 denotes a washer.

Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the elastic material having the clamping portion that clamps the horizontal plate portion from above and below has been described. However, as shown in FIG. 13, the elastic material 51 moves to the horizontal plate portion 23d in the vehicle width direction. It is not necessary to form this clamping part as long as it can be attached. The elastic material 51 shown in FIG. 13 is formed by superposing a superposed part 51a superposed on the horizontal plate part 23d, and an outer end edge integrally connected to the superposed part 51a, and the inner end edge contacts the outer surface of the window glass 13. A contact portion 51b, and the overlapping portion 51a and the contact portion 51b are connected via a vertical piece 51c. A through hole 51d is formed in the overlapping portion 51a facing the long hole 23e formed in the horizontal plate portion 23d, and the overlapping portion 51a is overlapped with the horizontal plate portion 23d so that the through hole 51d faces the long hole 23e. In this state, the fastener 32 passes through the through hole 51d together with the long hole 23e and is fixed to the through hole 51d. FIG. 13 shows a case in which a resin rivet 32 is used as a fastener, and the outer cylinder member 33 in the rivet 32 is inserted so as to penetrate both the through hole 51d and the long hole 23e, and the expansion pin 34a is removed from the outside. When one end of the outer cylindrical member 33 is inserted into the cylindrical member 33 from the other end side and spreads, one end of the expanded outer cylindrical member 33 bites into the hole edge of the through hole 51d and the rivet 32 is inserted into the through hole. It can be fixed to 51d. Then, by fixing the rivet 32 to the through hole 51d, the overlapping portion 51a is overlapped with the horizontal plate portion 23d with an appropriate pressure so that the overlapping portion 51a can move relative to the horizontal plate portion 23d. By attaching in this way, the overlapping portion 51a in which the through hole 51d is formed is attached to the horizontal plate portion 23d so as to be movable in the vehicle width direction when the rivet 32 as a fastener moves in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 23e. It is what
