Description
The present invention relates to a press apparatus using a water pressure cylinder that operates by increasing the water pressure.
In an apparatus using a cylinder, “hydraulic pressure” or “pneumatic pressure” is usually used as a pressure medium for the cylinder. "Hydraulic pressure" can be obtained up to a considerably high pressure by rotating a hydraulic pump with a drive source such as a motor, engine, etc., but the overall equipment becomes large and cannot be easily installed where it is needed. . In addition, there are problems such as continuous noise from motors, engines, etc. during operation, surrounding contamination due to leakage of pressure oil, disposal of waste oil, etc. There is also a fear. Even when the cylinder is operated by “pneumatic pressure”, equipment that generates “compressed air” is indispensable. Therefore, in the same way as “hydraulic pressure”, it is not possible to easily install equipment where it is needed. There are problems such as generation of continuous noise of the drive source for operation.
“Plunger-type cylinder using both hydraulic and pneumatic pressures configured to increase the pressure oil in the sealed oil chamber in the previous period by operating the plunger with the tip inserted into the sealed oil chamber by air pressure” (Patent Document 1) There is. However, the cylinder having this configuration has the following problems. (1) The rod stroke cannot be regulated. (2) Because of the above reasons, the forward end position of the rod cannot be regulated as it is, so a special “stopper” is required for regulating the forward end position of the rod. Even if the regulation can be performed, the mechanism becomes complicated in order to adjust the forward end position. (3) Therefore, the work that can be substantially performed is limited to “staking” performed by applying only a simple pressing force to the workpiece , “simple bending that does not require bending accuracy”, and the like.
In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to enable pressing of a workpiece by a water pressure cylinder that is used by increasing the pressure of tap water.

In describing the function and effect of the first aspect, symbols are defined as follows.
Q: Tap water flow rate P 0 : Tap water pressure P 1 : Pressure increased in the pressure increasing chamber A 1 : Total pressure receiving area of the lower cylinder piston and rod A 21 : Pressure receiving area of the upper cylinder piston A 22: cross-sectional area of the upper rod of the upper cylinder V 1: projecting velocity V of the lower rod of the lower cylinder 2: projecting velocity of the upper rod of the upper cylinder L 0: the entire stroke of the cylinder L 1: part stroke of the lower cylinder L 2 : Partial stroke of upper cylinder D 1 : Diameter of piston of lower cylinder D 21 : Diameter of piston of upper cylinder D 22 : Diameter of upper rod of upper cylinder F: Rod pressing force
About fast-forward action:
When tap water is introduced from the feed port of the lower cylinder, the ring-shaped pressure-receiving surface of the piston and the pressure-receiving surface that is the bottom surface of the tip of the rod portion of the rod (the sum of these two pressure-receiving surfaces equal) to the pressure receiving area in the case of a solid structure, the pressure of the tap water will act respectively, the lower rod of the lower cylinder, the speed V 1 [= Q / a 1 = 4Q / (π ×
About the action at the time of pressure increase:
When the upper cylinder is operated by the tap water pressure (P 0 ) in the state where the lower cylinder reaches the rapid feed end, the pressure (P 1 ) in the pressure increasing chamber formed in the lower cylinder by the sealing means is changed to [P 0 × (a 21 / a 22 ) = with the boosted becomes P 0 × (D 21 / D 22) 2 ], the lower rod of the lower cylinder, [V 1 × (a 22 / a 1 ) = V 1 × (D 22 / D 1 ) 2 ]. Then, in the maximum protruding end of the lower rod of the lower cylinder, the workpiece is pressed by the pressing force F of [P 1 × A 1 = P 0 × (A 1 ×
About the action when returning quickly:
After completion of processing, tap water is simultaneously introduced into the return ports of the lower and upper cylinders, and after the upper rod of the upper cylinder returns, the lower rod of the lower cylinder is quickly returned. .
About cylinder stroke:
The total stroke L 0 of the entire cylinder is (L 1 + L 2 ), and the total stroke of the entire cylinder is controlled by controlling the direction switching valve connected to the feed port and the return port of each of the lower and upper cylinders. L 0 (= L 1 + L 2 ) can be changed freely. Also, even when the entire stroke L 0 of the entire cylinder is constant, the partial strokes L 1 and L 2 by the lower and upper cylinders can be freely distributed depending on the type of work using the applied pressure of the cylinder. The objective can be achieved. For example, if the ratio of the fast-forward partial stroke L 1 out of the total stroke L 0 is increased, the time required for one reciprocation of the cylinder can be shortened.
Here, in a plunger-type pressure increasing cylinder that uses both air pressure and hydraulic pressure as the pressure medium, the maximum protruding end of the cylinder rod ( lower rod of the lower cylinder) is provided unless a separate “stopper” is provided on the rod. Although the position cannot be controlled, according to the water pressure cylinder according to the first aspect of the invention, the difference between the two cylinders is that the control can be performed by the stop positioning sensor of the lower rod . As a result, according to the water pressure cylinder according to the first aspect of the invention, various pressing operations such as bending and deep drawing can be performed using the lower die having a shape in which the molding space is opened. Furthermore, unlike the normal cylinder that causes the pressure medium to flow into and out of the cylinder, the plunger type pressure increasing cylinder does not flow in or out of the pressure medium. The stroke is extremely reduced by multiplying by the inverse ratio of (maximum pressure receiving area of pressure increasing chamber / plunger cross-sectional area). In this respect, as a matter of course, in the water pressure cylinder according to the invention of
Specific effects due to the pressure medium being tap water:
Next, a specific effect resulting from the fact that the pressure medium is tap water will be described in comparison with a hydraulic cylinder. (1) Like a hydraulic machine, since the small water pressure is increased only by the liquid pressure increase principle based on the Pascal principle, there is no continuous noise during the operation of the hydraulic pump in the hydraulic cylinder. You can drive quietly in a quiet environment. (2) Since tap water easily obtained as a pressure medium is used, there are almost no restrictions on the installation location of various devices such as a press device using the water pressure cylinder of the invention of
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the stop positioning sensor includes a dog attached to the lower rod of the lower cylinder via a connecting plate and a dog mounting rod, and an intermediate stop position and a maximum protrusion of the lower rod of the lower cylinder. In order to determine the end stop position, it is characterized by comprising two limit switches which are mounted on the support plate of the gantry along the vertical direction via a switch mounting plate and operated by the dog .
According to the invention of
As for invention of
The present invention is a water pressure cylinder that operates by increasing the water pressure, and is connected to a piston having a rod entry hole with a rod that is formed in a cylindrical shape with a predetermined length from the base end excluding the front end. a lower cylinder for fast forward, is arranged in series with respect to the lower cylinder, and are integrated in a state of being communicated with each other, the lower cylindrical portion to its rod predetermined clearance of the rod of the lower cylinder an upper cylinder pressure increase which is inserted with a, by the operation of the upper cylinder, at the time of pressure increasing operation inserted upper rod of the upper cylinder to the cylindrical portion of the lower rod of the lower cylinder, the feed port is flowed from the sealed pressurized water acting on the piston of the lower cylinder and a sealing means for forming a booster chamber and, after allowed to fast-forward the lower rod to a predetermined position by the operation of the lower cylinder, the upper cylinder The operation is characterized in that it is configured to slow the feed so boosted the pressure in the pressure water in the pressure increasing chamber sealed by said sealing means. Therefore, it is possible to adjust freely the stroke in a state where the lower rod of the lower cylinder has been boosted. In other words, since the maximum protruding end stop position of the lower rod can be controlled, in a water pressure cylinder device such as a press device using the water pressure cylinder, a mold having a shape with an open molding space is used. Thus, processing such as bending and deep drawing can be performed. Furthermore, since the pressure medium is tap water, it is easy to obtain and the processing after discharge is easy.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. 1 is a perspective view of a press device E using a water pressure cylinder C 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, FIG. 3 is a front sectional view of the water pressure cylinder C 1 , and FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
For water pressure cylinder C 1 of the first embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the water pressure cylinder C 1 of the first embodiment is the same as the pressure-increasing upper cylinder Ca disposed on the upper portion of the
In a state where the
Next, the lower cylinder Cb will be described. Lower cylinder Cb are those fast-forward to a predetermined position by a water pressure cylinder body of the cylinder C 1 of the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 3, a

FIG. 4 shows a hydraulic circuit diagram of the water pressure cylinder C 1 of the first embodiment. The three
Here, when the working fluid is oil, even if there is a slight gap in the sliding portion, an oil film is formed in the gap, so there is little risk of oil leaking. However, since water (tap water) has a lower viscosity than oil, it leaks even in a slight gap. For this reason, in the case of the direction switching valve configured to slide the spool to close the flow path, water may leak from the sliding surface of the spool. However, in this embodiment, each of the direction switching valves K 1 to K 6 is a direction switching valve using a check valve and does not have a spool. Thus, it is possible to eliminate the water leakage in the directional control valve K 1 ~K 6 most. As a result, the stopping accuracy of the protrusion stop position of the rod (lower rod Rb) can be increased. For example, when performing a pressing operation, the forming accuracy of the press-formed product is increased.
The operation of the press device E using the water pressure cylinder C 1 of the first embodiment will be described focusing on the operation of the lower rod Rb. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a
Subsequently, the direction switching valve K 5 is switched to the operating state while the direction switching valve K 4 is in the operating state. Tap water flows through the
When the tip of the upper rod Ra is inserted into the sliding
この式より、P1 =P0 ×(A21/A22)である。
When the upper rod Ra is lowered, the tap water enclosed in the water enclosure space W is pressurized, and the lower rod Rb is lowered. As shown in FIG. 7, the lower rod Rb is lowered in a pressure-increasing state via the tap water in the water filled space W. Here, the total pressure receiving area of the
これより、V1 =V2 ×(A22/A1 )である。
Further, assuming that the lowering speed of the upper rod Ra is V 2 , the amount Q 2 of water removed per unit time by the lower rod Ra descending is Q 2 = A 22 × V 2 . When the lowering speed of the lower rod Rb is V 1 , the size of the water filled space W that increases per unit time when the lower rod Rb is lowered as the upper rod Ra enters the water filled space W. That is, the amount Q 1 of water entering the water-filled space W is Q 1 = A 1 × V 1 . Here, since Q 1 = Q 2 , A 22 × V 2 = A 1 × V 1 is established. Thus, V 1 = V 2 × (A 22 / A 1 ). In the present embodiment, the diameter (D 22 ) of the upper rod Ra is 32 mm, and the diameter (D 1 ) of the
The
Since the upper rod Ra enters the
When lower rod Rb is lowered by a predetermined stroke L 2, limit switch LS 2 on the lower side is activated. Thus, the directional control valve K 4, K 5 is switched to the check state, the directional control valve K 2, K 3, K 6 is switched to the operating state. Tap water is supplied to the upper
The amount of lowering of the lower rod Rb is shown in the graph. As shown in FIG. 9, first, it is lowered at a high speed by a predetermined stroke L 1 (in this embodiment, 50 mm) and once stopped. While the upper rod Ra is lowered between the upper rod packing 18 and the lower rod packing 26 (see FIG. 6), the tap water in the water filled space W is slightly pressurized, so the lower rod Rb is slightly Is lowered. When the upper rod Rb is inserted into the lower rod packing 26 and the tap water in the water-filled space W is in a sealed state, the lower rod Rb is in a pressurized state with a predetermined stroke L 2 (in this embodiment, 20mm). After the processing is completed, the lower rod Rb is raised at a low speed following the distance that the upper rod Ra is raised, and after the upper rod Ra is returned, the water-filled space W is opened so that the lower rod Rb is raised at a high speed.
In the case of the water pressure cylinder C 1 of the present embodiment, the total stroke L 0 of the lower rod Rb is 80 mm, of which the stroke L 2 in the increased pressure state is 20 mm. In the press device E according to the embodiment described in the present specification, the lower rod Rb is first lowered by 50 mm, and lowered by 20 mm in the pressure-increasing state. Therefore, a gap e (see FIG. 7) of 10 mm is formed between the
As described above, in the water pressure cylinder C 1 according to the present invention, the stroke L 2 in the pressure increase state of the lower rod Rb can be freely adjusted. Here, in the conventional plunger type pressure increasing cylinder, the stroke cannot be regulated unless a stopper is separately provided on the rod. For this reason, it is difficult to use a conventional plunger-type pressure-increasing cylinder for processing that always requires a constant stroke (for example, drawing using a lower mold having an open bottom). It is. On the other hand, in the water pressure cylinder C 1 according to the present invention, the stroke L 2 of the lower rod Rb in the pressure-increasing state can always be kept constant, so that the
In addition, unlike the conventional cylinder in which the working fluid flows in and out of the cylinder in the conventional plunger type pressure increasing cylinder, the working fluid does not flow in and out, so the amount of movement of the plunger in the pressure increasing chamber is increased. The stroke is extremely reduced by multiplying by the inverse ratio of the pressure ratio (maximum pressure receiving area of the pressure increasing chamber / plunger cross-sectional area). However, in the water pressure cylinder C 1 of the present embodiment, a large stroke L 1 can be ensured by moving only the
The water pressure cylinder C 1 according to the present invention is used in a state where the upper and
Next, a description will be given water pressure cylinder C 2 of the second embodiment. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the member which has the same function as the water pressure cylinder C1 of 1st Example, and only a different point is demonstrated. 10 is a hydraulic circuit diagram of the water pressure cylinder C 2 of the second embodiment, FIG. 11 is a front sectional view of the water pressure cylinder C 2 , and FIG. 12 is a sectional view taken along the line XX of FIG. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, in the water pressure cylinder C 2 of the second embodiment, a
The configuration of the
In the case of the water pressure cylinder C 2 of the second embodiment, the tap water sealed in the water sealed space W is sealed by the
In the water pressure cylinders C 1 and C 2 of the above-described embodiments, the water pressure circuit is configured by using the directional switching valves K 1 to K 6 in two directions and two positions. A hydraulic circuit can also be constructed using a valve and a three-way, three-position directional switching valve (both not shown). Thereby, there exists an advantage that the number of required direction switching valves can be decreased. However, the above-described four-direction three-position direction switching valve and the three-direction three-position direction switching valve are both of a spool structure, and tap water may leak from the sliding portion of the spool. In contrast, the directional control valve K 1 ~K 6 of this embodiment is the directional control valve with check valve, a possibility that tap water from the portion of the check valve leakage hardly, lower The stopping accuracy of the protruding stop position of the rod Rb is increased.
In the case of the water pressure cylinders C 1 and C 2 of the first and second embodiments described above, tap water is used as the working fluid. For this reason, as compared with a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic pump for operating the hydraulic cylinder is not necessary, and there is no continuous noise at the time of operation of the hydraulic pump, and the operation can be performed silently in a quiet environment. In addition, it is easy to obtain tap water, and since there is no risk of polluting the environment, it is easy to treat after discharge. Furthermore, there is no fear of fire. Further, compared with a pressure increasing cylinder using both air pressure and hydraulic pressure, water (tap water) has incompressibility, so that the stopping accuracy of the rod can be made much higher.
