【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a strainer, and more particularly to a strainer that prevents foreign substances in fluids such as various liquids and gases, for example, a refrigerant in an air conditioner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The strainer described above is applied to, for example, a pipe structure including a strainer or an electric valve in a multi-type air conditioner. In a multi-type air conditioner, each pipe provided in an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units has a joint member connected to a connection pipe, and an electric valve that opens and closes the pipe connected to the joint member. ing. The electric valve is provided with a pair of suction pipes, and a strainer is attached to each of the pair of suction pipes.
[0003]
The strainer includes, for example, a metal mesh that captures foreign matter and an annular holding ring that holds the peripheral edge of the metal mesh. The holding ring is held in the tube such that the outer peripheral surface thereof is along the inner peripheral surface of the tube. The strainer is attached as follows. The strainer retaining ring is positioned inside the single tube, for example, in the longitudinal center, and the tube part before and after the positioned position is crimped from the outside, and the strainer is fixed in the tube. There is a structure.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a strainer whose bottom portion functions as a strainer and does not clog foreign matter.
[0023]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a strainer according to claim 1 of the present invention is a strainer in which a large-diameter side of a truncated conical cylindrical main body formed of a metal mesh is opened and a bottom is provided on a small-diameter side. The bottom portion on the small diameter side has a bottom surface portion and a conical portion rising from the peripheral edge thereof, and the outer peripheral surface of the conical portion is fixed in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the small diameter side opening of the main body portion. It is characterized by this.
[0024]
According to this configuration, unlike the bottom portion obtained by repeating conventional metal mesh folding and spot welding, the manufacturing process is simplified, and the bottom portion has a strainer function in the same manner as the main body portion. As a result, the function of the strainer can be improved and the life can be extended. In other words, the metal mesh area necessary for obtaining a predetermined effective area can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced. Moreover, since no recess is formed, foreign matter is not clogged. Further, by inserting the bottom portion into the main body portion from the large-diameter opening portion side of the main body portion with the bottom surface portion side, the conical portion can be easily and concentrically formed on the conical inner peripheral surface at the small-diameter side end portion of the main body portion. It is possible to fix it in close contact.
[0025]
In the strainer according to
[0026]
According to this configuration, not only the appearance is further improved, but also the recessed portion is not formed in the welded portion between the main body portion and the bottom portion, so that the recessed portion is not clogged with the conventional manner.
[0027]
The strainer according to
[0028]
According to this configuration, since the conical portion of the bottom portion is welded to the entire inner surface side periphery of the small-diameter side opening of the main body portion, the conical portion of the bottom portion cannot be seen on the appearance, and thus there is a commercial value. Not only is it high, but all the seams are seam welded, so unlike spot welding, no gap is formed between spot welding points, so foreign matter does not escape from the gap and a high strainer function is provided. In addition, since no recess is formed, foreign matter does not accumulate in the recess.
[0029]
In the strainer according to
[0030]
According to this configuration, the strength of the strainer is increased by the reinforcing material, and the strainer is not deformed during transportation or handling, and can withstand a high fluid pumping force. Further, it can be easily attached to a fluid pipe or a motor-operated valve pipe using the retaining ring.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, in the strainer in which the large-diameter side of the truncated conical cylindrical body portion formed of a metal mesh is open and the bottom portion is provided on the small-diameter side, the bottom portion on the small-diameter side is a bottom surface portion and a peripheral edge thereof. A conical portion that rises from the periphery, and the peripheral surface of the conical portion is fixed in close contact with the peripheral surface of the small-diameter side opening of the main body. It is composed of a metal mesh and has a strainer function similar to that of the main body. The effective area of the strainer is increased, and the strainer performance can be improved. Further, by fixing the conical portion at the bottom to the small-diameter side of the truncated conical cylindrical main body, the concave portion is not formed, and foreign matter does not accumulate in the concave portion. Furthermore, the manufacturing method becomes remarkably easy and the cost can be reduced as compared with a conventional manufacturing method in which several portions are folded and spot-welded repeatedly.
