【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ファンデーションを充てん・収容するのに好適なコンパクト容器に関し、該容器自体のサイズの小型化・薄型化を図るとともに、長期にわたり高気密を維持しようとするものである。
以下、かかる容器はコンパクト容器の本体内に収容、装填されるレフィル容器として使用することも可能であり、ここではレフィル容器に適用する場合について説明する。

【従来の技術】
ファンデーションの中でも、とくに揮発性の高いものや水分を比較的多く含むものは、その揮発分や水分の蒸散を避けるため、レフィル容器本体とは別体になる蓋付きの容器に充てん・収容されるのが普通であって、容器の気密性を高めるため、該容器本体と蓋の相互間にはゴム系のパッキンや発泡パッキン等のシール部材が組み込まれた複数パーツにて構成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、この種のレフィル容器は、コンパクト容器の中に収容、装填して使用するのが普通であるところ、複数のパーツで構成された容器は、サイズの大型化が避けられず、これに伴い、コンパクトのサイズも大きくなる不具合がある。また、レフィル容器は蓋の開閉頻度が非常に多いにもかかわらず、内容物を使いきるまでにパッキンが傷んでしまうとこもあって、その場合には、内容物の品質を保持するのは難しい。

本発明の課題は、1パーツによる構成にて容器自体の小型化、薄型化を図るとともに、高い気密を長期間にわたり保持できる新規なコンパクト容器を提案するところにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、内容物を充てん・収容する容器本体と、この容器本体に合わさりその内外を隔絶する蓋体とを備えたコンパクト容器であって、
容器本体と蓋体との合わせ面に、それらと一体的に形成される気密部分を備え、
該気密部分は、容器本体又は蓋体に形成され、環状空間を形成する内外二重の環状壁と、前記容器本体に該内外二重の環状壁が設けられた場合には蓋体に設けられ、前記蓋体に該環状壁が設けられた場合には容器本体に設けられ、前記環状空間に入り込むとともに前記内外二重の環状壁のうちの何れか一方を両側から挟み込む一対の挟持壁からなり、
前記内外二重の環状壁のうち、前記一対の挟持壁によって挟み込まれている環状壁を除く環状壁に前記蓋体又は容器本体に設けられた係合突起に係合して前記蓋体の意に反する開放を阻止する係合突起を設けた、ことを特徴とするコンパクト容器である。

上記の構成になるコンパクト容器において、容器本体と蓋体は、板状の主ヒンジとそれを両側から挟むスプリングヒンジからなる連結手段にて一体的に連結するのが好ましく、また、コンパクト容器はコンパクト容器の本体内に収容、装填されるレフィル容器として使用するようにしてもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明をより具体的に説明する。
図1は本発明に従うコンパクト容器において、蓋を開とした状態における外観を示したものであり、図2は蓋を閉とした状態における側面を、また、図3(a)(b)は蓋を開とした状態における平面をそれぞれ示したものである。図中1は、ファンデーションを充てん・収容するための容器本体、2は容器本体1に合わさり容器内外を隔絶する蓋体であって、この蓋体2と容器本体1とは、連結手段3にて一体的に連結している。

連結手段3は、板状の主ヒンジ3aとその主ヒンジ3aを両側から挟むスプリングヒンジ3bからなっていて、蓋体2の開閉は主として主ヒンジ3aが行うが、図4に示すように、スプリングヒンジ3bの弾性力によって閉状態から第1開放状態(図A位置)及び第2開放状態(図中B位置)へと蓋体2の簡便な動作を導くことができるようになっている。換言すれば、第1開放状態、第2開放状態は蓋体2の安定位置になる。

また、4は容器本体1と蓋体2との合わせ面においてそれぞれ一体的に形成される気密部分である。この気密部分4は、容器の断面を図5に示す如く、容器本体1で環状空間Kを形成する内外2重の環状壁4a、4bと、蓋体2から環状空間Kに向けて入りこむとともに該環状壁4bをその全域(全周)において両側から挟み込む挟持壁4c、4dからなる。この例では、環状壁4a、4bは容器本体1に、また、挟持壁4c、4dは蓋体2に一体形成した例で示したが、これらはその反対、すなわち、環状壁4a、4bが蓋体2に、挟持壁4c、4dが容器本体1にそれぞれ一体形成されていてもよい。ここに、環状壁4a、4bは図5に示したように、必ずしも二重とする必要はなく、そのうちの、例えば環状壁4aを局所的に設けることもできる。

また、5a、5bは容器本体1の環状壁4aの外周面と蓋体2の周壁の内周面にそれぞれ形成された環状の例で示した係合突起(局所的なものでもよい。)であって、この係合突起5a、5bは容器本体1を蓋体2にて密閉させた際に、互いに係合して蓋体2の意に反する開放を抑制する役目を有する。

上記の構成になる容器は、全てが一体成形された、単一の素材にて構成できるものであり、部品点数が少なくサイズの小型化・薄型化が可能であり、しかも気密性は極めて高い。また、気密部分4と係合突起5a、5bは単一の素材においてそれぞれ独立して設けられているため、それぞれの部分につき、その機能が保持されていればよく、容器の製造工程等における管理の簡便化を図ることができる。

図6は、本発明に従う容器をレフィル容器としてコンパクト容器の中に収めた状態を示したものである。図において番号6はコンパクト容器である。かかるレフィル容器は上記の如くサイズの小型化・薄型化が可能なので、これを収納するコンパクト容器6についてもサイズは必要最小限に留めることができる。

本発明の容器は、ポリプロピレンやポリエチレン等の熱可塑性樹脂をインジェクション成形等によって一体成形できるが、本発明はこのような樹脂に限定されることはなく、容器本体1と蓋体2との相互間に配置される気密部分4にてシール性を高めることができるものであれば金属製のものであってもかまわず、種々の材質になるものが適用できる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、コンパクト容器を単一の部材にて構成することができるので容器自体のサイズの小型化・薄型化が可能でレフィル容器として使用した場合にコンパクト容器のサイズも必要最小限に留めることができ、また、容器本体と蓋体の相互間にそれぞれにおいて一体成形になる気密部分を介在させているので気密性も非常に高く、しかも長期にわたってその気密性が維持される。
