Claims (7)
- 再充電可能なバッテリ(5)を充電ハウジング(3)内の充電用電子機器(2)に対して接続するため、前記バッテリ(5)との電気的及び機械的な接続部(4)を有し、前記充電ハウジング(3)内に入口側に設けた第1通気開口(7a)および出口側に設けた第2通気開口(7b)の2個の通気開口(7a,7b)を通過する空気流(L)を生ぜしめる送気ファン(6)を配置し、前記第1通気開口(7a)を前記バッテリ(5)のための接続部(4)の空間に配置した充電装置において、
前記空気流の入口側の前記第1通気開口(7a)を、バッテリ(5)の冷却開口(9)に前記空間を介して対向配置させ、
充電用電子機器(2)を前記空気流(L)の経路に排熱可能に配置したことを特徴とする充電装置。 - 前記バッテリの接続部(4)に空気流の入口側の前記第1通気開口(7a)を空間として設けた請求項1記載の充電装置。
- 前記空気流の入口側の前記第1通気開口(7a)と充電用電子機器(2)との間に送気ファン(6)を配置した請求項1又は2記載の充電装置。
- 前記空気流の入口側の前記第1通気開口(7a)に平面上に分布させた複数個の通気孔(8)を設け、バッテリ(5)の冷却開口(9)に空間を介して対向配置した請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の充電装置。
- 前記送気ファン(6)及び前記通気孔(8)を、空気抵抗の少ない圧力室(10)に設けた請求項3記載の充電装置。
- 充電ハウジングの上方部分に前記空気流の入口側の前記第1通気開口(7a)を配置した請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の充電装置。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の充電装置の冷却方法であって、電気的及び機械的に接続可能かつ再充電可能なバッテリ(5)のための充電装置(1)を冷却するため、前記充電装置(1)の充電ハウジング(3)内に配置した送気ファン(6)によって空気流(L)の空気量(V)を移動させ、第1ステップで冷却温度KTの空気量(V)をバッテリ(5)から排熱するようバッテリを通過させる充電バッテリ冷却方法において、第2ステップでKTよりも高い中間温度ZTの空気量(V)を充電ハウジング(3)内の充電用電子機器(2)を通過させることを特徴とする充電装置の冷却方法。
