従来の剛体電車線として、例えば特開平7−9896号の公報に記載されたものが知られている。この剛体電車線は、アルミ製の本体を上辺と、2本の脚辺と、脚辺下端のイヤ辺から構成する。上辺中央には可撓性薄肉部を設け、両脚辺は外開きに作り、両イヤ辺間にトロリ線を挿入後、脚辺にボルトを貫通させ、締め込むものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の剛体電車線においては、ボルトの締め込み作業に手間取る難点がある。ボルトは線路の全長にわたって膨大な数を締め込むことになるから、その手間は全体としてきわめて大きなものとなる。
従って、この発明は、面倒なボルトの締め込み作業を省略し、簡単な操作のみで短時間に締め込み作業を完了することができる剛体電車線を提供することを目的としている。

この発明においては、上記課題を解決するため、トロリ線Tを挟持する良導電性金属から成る長尺な本体1と、本体1を締め付けるためのカム付きボルト2及びナット3と、カム付きボルト2と協働して本体1を締め付けるカム座金4とを具備させて剛体電車線を構成する。本体1は、上片1aから一対の脚片1bを垂下させて構成し、脚片1bの下端間へトロリ線Tを挟持可能にする。トロリ線Tを一対の脚片1b間に締め付けるために、本体1の長手方向所要間隔毎に、一対の脚片1bを貫通するようにカム付きボルト2を装着し、ナット3で係止する。
