筒体状又は中空体状のワークを丸鋸を用いて切断するための切断機であって、以下の構成を備えていることを特徴とする丸鋸切断機。
(1−1)前記丸鋸は、所定の切断線に沿って直線移動可能に取り付けられていること。
(1−2)前記ワークの長さ中央部をクランプするクランパーを備えていること。
(1−3)前記クランパーは、前記ワークを把持・開放する脱着位置と、当該クランパーでクランプしたワークの端部の所定位置を前記丸鋸による切断線上に位置させる切断位置との間で回動する回動アームに取り付けられていること。
(1−4)前記切断位置に回動されたワークの端部を、前記切断線近傍のワーク中央側の位置で下方から支持する下方支持部材を備えていること。
(1−5)前記下方支持部材によって支持された状態のワークの上面を、前記切断線近傍のワーク中央側の位置で押さえる上面押さえ部材を備えていること。
(1−6)前記下方支持部材は、フローティング支持構造を有し、前記切断位置に回動されたワークの端部の切り落とす部分におけるワーク中心線を跨いで前記切断線に沿うほぼ対称な位置で前記ワークの下面を支持する様に前記切断線に沿って離間した複数個の支持用突起を備えていること。
