Description
上記ポリウレタンゲル100重量部に対し、極性溶媒としてジグライム、トリグライム、テトラグライム、プロピレンカーボネート、γ−ブチロラクトン、ε−カプロラクトンのいずれかの単独溶媒もしくは2種以上の混合溶媒が20〜400重量部含有されており、
上記イオン化合物が、上記ポリウレタンゲルのアルキレンオキサイドのエーテル酸素のモル数と上記極性溶媒の分子中のエーテル酸素のモル数との合計モル数の2/100〜10/100のモル数となるように含有されており、
初期の体積抵抗率が10 2 〜10 4 Ω・cm、JIS Z0237の180度引き剥がし法による初期の粘着力が60〜610gf/25mm幅であって、45℃のギャオーブン内で1週間放置後も上記の範囲内の体積抵抗率と粘着力を有する、ことを特徴とするものである。
下記の表1に示す配合組成で実施例1の導電性粘着材を作製した。即ち、ポリオール成分であるEO−POランダム共重合体ジオール49.3重量部(33.77wt%)及びモノメトキシPEG7.4重量部(5.07wt%)と、極性溶媒であるエチレンカーボネート/プロピレンカーボネート混合溶媒(等モル)40重量部(27.40wt%)との混和溶液に、イオン化合物として過塩素酸リチウム6重量部(4.11wt%、これはエーテル酸素のモル数と極性溶媒のモル数との合計モル数の2.5/100に相当する)を溶解し、これにポリイソシアネート成分であるEO−POランダム共重合トリイソシアネート43.3重量部(29.66wt%)を加えて十分に混和した後、更に有機スズ系触媒を適量加えて混和した。この配合液を減圧脱泡し、離型フィルム上で配合液を型枠に注入して60℃で3時間反応させ、1mmのポリウレタンゲルの導電性粘着材を作製した。
下記の表1に示すように、極性溶媒であるエチレンカーボネート/プロピレンカーボネート混合溶媒の配合量を、ポリマー成分100重量部に対して40重量部から120重量部(52.59wt%)に変更すると共に、この極性溶媒の変更に伴って過塩素酸リチウムの配合量を8.2重量部(3.59wt%、これはポリウレタンゲルのエーテル酸素のモル数と極性溶媒のエーテル酸素のモル数との合計モル数の2.5/100に相当する)に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして、1mmの厚さを有する実施例2の導電性粘着材を作製した。
下記の表1に示すように、極性溶媒であるエチレンカーボネート/プロピレンカーボネート混合溶媒の配合量を、ポリマー成分100重量部に対して10重量部(8.68wt%)に変更すると共に、この変更に伴って過塩素酸リチウムの配合量を5.2重量部(4.51wt%、これはポリウレタンゲルのエーテル酸素のモル数と極性溶媒のエーテル酸素のモル数との合計モル数の2.5/100に相当する)に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして、1mmの厚さを有する比較例1の導電性粘着材を作製した。
下記の表1に示すように、ポリマー成分100重量部に対し、極性溶媒としてγ−ブチロラクトン40重量部(27.38wt%)を配合し、これに伴って過塩素酸リチウムの配合量を6.1重量部(4.18wt%、これはポリウレタンゲルのエーテル酸素のモル数と極性溶媒のエーテル酸素のモル数との合計モル数の2.5/100に相当する)に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして、1mmの厚さを有する実施例4の導電性粘着材を作製した。
下記の表1に示すように、ポリマー成分100重量部に対し、極性溶媒としてモノグライム40重量部(27.38wt%)を配合し、これに伴って過塩素酸リチウムの配合量を6.1重量部(4.18wt%、これはポリウレタンゲルのエーテル酸素のモル数と極性溶媒のエーテル酸素のモル数との合計モル数の2.5/100に相当する)に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして、1mmの厚さを有する比較例3の導電性粘着材を作製した。
下記の表1に示す配合組成の比較例4の導電性粘着材を次の方法で作製した。即ち、ポリオール成分であるEO−POランダム共重合体ジオール49.3重量部(33.77wt%)及びモノメトキシPEG7.4重量部(5.07wt%)との混和溶液に、過塩素酸リチウム4.9重量部(3.92wt%、これはポリウレタンゲルのエーテル酸素のモル数と後から浸透させる水のモル数との合計モル数の2.5/100に相当する)を溶解し、これにポリイソシアネート成分であるEO−POランダム共重合トリイソシアネート43.3重量部(34.67wt%)を加えて十分に混和した後、更に有機スズ系触媒を適量加えて混和した。この配合液を用いて実施例1と同様にして、1mmの厚さを有するポリウレタンゲルを作製し、更に、このポリウレタンゲルを相対湿度が90%の45℃の恒湿器内で36時間放置して、20重量部(16.01wt%)の水分を吸収させることにより、比較例4の導電性粘着材を作製した。
Claims (1)
- アルキレンオキサイドのセグメントを有する粘着性のポリウレタンゲルに、イオン化合物と、20℃における飽和蒸気圧が10mmHg以下の極性溶媒とが含有されている導電性粘着材であって、
上記ポリウレタンゲル100重量部に対し、極性溶媒としてジグライム、トリグライム、テトラグライム、プロピレンカーボネート、γ−ブチロラクトン、ε−カプロラクトンのいずれかの単独溶媒もしくは2種以上の混合溶媒が20〜400重量部含有されており、
上記イオン化合物が、上記ポリウレタンゲルのアルキレンオキサイドのエーテル酸素のモル数と上記極性溶媒の分子中のエーテル酸素のモル数との合計モル数の2/100〜10/100のモル数となるように含有されており、
初期の体積抵抗率が10 2 〜10 4 Ω・cm、JIS Z0237の180度引き剥がし法による初期の粘着力が60〜610gf/25mm幅であって、45℃のギャオーブン内で1週間放置後も上記の範囲内の体積抵抗率と粘着力を有する、
ことを特徴とするイオン導電性をもつ導電性粘着材。
