Description
The present invention relates to a cooling device, a production facility, and a production method when producing a T-shaped steel by hot rolling.
FIG. 11 shows the cross-sectional shape of the T-section steel. The T-
Commonly used dimensions of the T-
The T-shaped
For example, in order to efficiently produce hot-rolled T-shaped steels with various web thicknesses, flange thicknesses, web heights, and flange widths, one universal rolling mill is placed in each of the intermediate rolling process and the finishing rolling process. A hot rolling facility has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). FIG. 12 shows an example of hot rolling equipment.
The hot rolling
The rolling process by the rough shaping
Further, the rolling process by the rough universal rolling
Furthermore, the rolling process by the finishing
By the way, in the hot-rolled T-
This problem is also pointed out in Patent Document 1, and in the manufacturing method of T-section steel described in Patent Document 1, as a countermeasure, for example, at the time of high temperature during rolling of T-section steel or after finish rolling, for example, flange Water is poured into the outer surface to cool the flange, and the T-shaped steel is cooled while keeping the temperature difference between the stem (web) and the flange as small as possible.
However, it has been found that the conventional T-shaped steel manufacturing methods described in
That is, in the manufacturing method of the T-section steel described in Patent Document 1, as a countermeasure against the bending to the flange side during cooling of the T-section steel, at the high temperature during rolling of the T-section steel or after finish rolling, For example, water is injected onto the outer surface of the flange to cool the flange. However, if the flange is cooled at any location in the production facility that specifically manufactures the T-shaped steel, the bending of the T-shaped steel due to cooling can be effectively prevented. It is not described whether it can be done.
Moreover, although
That is, when the T-shaped steel flange is cooled by water cooling after the hot rolling is completed, the T-shaped steel flange contracts by water cooling, so that the T-shaped steel during cooling and immediately after cooling is bent to the flange side (the flange side is A concave bend) occurs. The temperature difference between the flange and the web is about 100 ° C. or more at the end of hot rolling, and it is powerful to prevent bending of the product by cooling the flange so as to eliminate the temperature difference after hot rolling. Cooling needs to be performed, and as a result, there is a possibility that the bending to the flange side becomes excessive and the T-shaped steel jumps out of the rolling line.
In the case of T-section steel, even if the flange is cooled by water cooling, the flange will bend toward the flange due to contraction of the flange. As compared with the case where the flange is water-cooled after hot rolling, there is a problem that the thermal strain relaxation effect is small and the bending correction effect itself by the flange cooling is small. When the H-shaped steel flange is water-cooled, if the heat shrinkage of the left and right flanges is equal, the H-shaped steel will not bend, and a compressive stress acts on the web and a tensile stress acts on the flange. These stresses are relieved by the stress relieving effect due to being in the warm region, and the effect of reducing the residual stress generated in the shape steel after being cooled to room temperature is obtained. However, in the case of a shape steel with a flange on only one side of the web, such as a T-shape steel, even if the flange is cooled with water and contracted, bending to the flange side occurs. Therefore, the stress relaxation effect cannot be sufficiently obtained. As a result, the amount of bending of the T-shaped steel after cooling to room temperature is hardly improved as compared with the case of not cooling with water.
Next, in
Furthermore, the techniques described in
That is, the material of the T-shaped steel produced by hot rolling is not only a general mild steel, but a high-strength steel having a yield stress of 325 MPa or more, for example, a so-called high-tensile material for a ship-shaped T-shaped steel used for shipbuilding. Is needed. As a method for producing this high-tensile T-shaped steel, controlled rolling in which the temperature of the material to be rolled is rolled in an unrecrystallized region or a two-phase region is often applied, and at a lower temperature than general mild steel. Rolling is required. For low-temperature rolling, for example, there is a method in which the material to be rolled is put on standby before intermediate rolling and air-cooled until the flange temperature falls below a specified temperature, but in air cooling, the time for cooling to the specified temperature is available. There was also a problem that the productivity was lowered by increasing the rolling time for a long time. Also, since the T-shaped steel during rolling is generally thinner than the flange thickness, the web cooling speed is faster than that of the flange, and the temperature difference between the flange and the web increases during standby. There is a problem in that the bend is so large that it is difficult to correct the bend after cooling, even if the material can be secured.
Due to the above-described problems, the conventional method for producing a T-shaped steel by hot rolling cannot solve the problem of the cooling bend caused by the temperature difference between the flange and the web. This was a major obstacle in the manufacture of shape steel.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and its object is to provide a T-shaped steel by hot rolling that can minimize the cooling bend caused by the temperature difference between the flange and the web. It is providing the manufacturing equipment and manufacturing method of this.

Moreover, the T-section steel manufacturing facility according to
In the method for producing a T-shaped steel according to
Furthermore, the manufacturing method of T-shaped steel according to
In addition, rolling with each rolling mill of the material to be rolled having a substantially T-shaped cross section in the present invention is performed in a posture in which the web is horizontal.
A cooling device for a T-section steel hot rolling line according to claim 1 of the present invention cools an outer surface water-cooling nozzle and / or an inner surface of a flange by water cooling for cooling the outer surface of the flange of the T-shaped steel as a material to be rolled by water cooling. Rolled material having an inner surface water-cooled nozzle and inclined from a substantially horizontal state substantially horizontal with respect to the upper surface of the roller table on which the web conveys the rolled material, to a maximum inclined state in which the leading end of the web and the lower end of the flange are at the same height. against the outer surface water-cooling nozzle and / or the inner surface water-cooling nozzle is, in any state from the substantially horizontal state of the web up to the maximum inclination state, capable water injection toward the outer surface and / or inner surface of the flange It is provided in position and orientation. For this reason, even when a plurality of outer surface water cooling nozzles and inner surface water cooling nozzles are arranged in the rolling direction (conveyance direction) of the material to be rolled to form a cooling device, the height of the nozzles is not affected by the difference in the inclined state of the web at each nozzle installation position. Since the vertical position and the cooling water injection angle are the same, the equipment structure can be simplified and the equipment cost can be reduced. In addition, since it is not necessary to transport the web of the material to be rolled in the longitudinal direction in a posture that is oriented substantially in the horizontal direction, a mechanism for supporting the web tip of the material to be rolled becomes unnecessary, and the equipment cost can be reduced.
Moreover, the cooling apparatus of the T-section steel hot rolling line according to
According to the T-shaped steel manufacturing equipment according to
Further, according to the T-section steel manufacturing facility according to
Moreover, according to the manufacturing apparatus of the T-section steel which concerns on
Moreover, according to the manufacturing equipment of the T-section steel according to claim 6 of the present invention, since the cooling device is disposed outside the rolling mill main body of the finish rolling mill, there is no space and it is difficult to install the cooling device. Compared with the case where the cooling device is arranged in the rolling mill main body of the finishing mill, a large cooling capacity can be obtained with a small equipment cost. Also, since the web is generally inclined outside the rolling mill main body, the cooling water sprayed toward the inner surface of the upper flange is drained without staying on the upper surface of the web, and uneven cooling is performed on the upper and lower surfaces of the web. Can be suppressed.
Furthermore, according to the T-section steel manufacturing facility according to
Shipbuilding T-section steel with a web thickness smaller than the flange thickness and a web height of more than twice the flange width tends to have a large temperature difference between the flange and the web during hot rolling. Since it is difficult to correct the cooling bend, the application of the present invention is particularly effective.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of an embodiment of a T-section steel manufacturing facility according to the present invention.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, the second rough universal rolling mill 6 includes a pair of upper and lower
The width W2 of the roll outer peripheral surface of the
In addition, when making the width W2 of the roll outer peripheral surface of the

The finishing
The
When the

And in the manufacturing apparatus 1 of the T-section steel of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, on the front surface and rear surface of the intermediate
FIG. 2 shows a

As shown in FIG. 3A, the
3A, the
Accordingly, even when a plurality of outer surface
The outer surface
Here, the inner surface of the
Further, the
Here, as shown in FIG. 4, the
In addition, although the specific angle of each water cooling nozzle can be suitably determined according to the specification of a material to be rolled or equipment, α is about 5 to 50 °, β is about 15 to 60 °, and the outer surface
Moreover, in FIG. 4, both the upper flange inner surface
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, if the lower flange inner surface
Each of the water-cooled nozzles of the
In addition, the
In the intermediate rolling process by the intermediate
If the
Moreover, the
Here, it is preferable to determine the length in the rolling direction of the
Further, the length of the
In the present embodiment, the
On the other hand, the
Further, the
In this embodiment, when a plurality of the outer surface
Next, the arrangement of the
In order to produce a so-called high-tensile material having a high yield stress (high-tensile steel with a yield stress of 325 MPa or more), generally controlled rolling is applied in which the temperature of the material to be rolled is rolled in an unrecrystallized region or a two-phase region. . In controlled rolling, it is necessary to perform rolling at a reduction rate (thickness reduction rate) of a certain degree or more in these temperature ranges, for example, about 30%, and to accumulate strain in the material. However, in the finish rolling process by the
Therefore, it is necessary to perform controlled rolling at least in a part of the intermediate rolling process by the intermediate rolling mill group 3 (preferably in several passes from the second half to the last). That is, the temperature of the material H to be rolled needs to be lowered to the non-recrystallized region or the two-phase region during the intermediate rolling process. Here, if the temperature of the
For this reason, in the present embodiment,
As described above, in the present embodiment, the intermediate
However, in the intermediate rolling mill group (UEU) 3 in which the first rough
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the first and second rough
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, the
As a first embodiment, using a T-shaped steel manufacturing facility 1 shown in FIG. 1, from a bloom having a rectangular cross section with a thickness of 250 mm and a width of 310 mm, a web height of 300 mm, a flange width of 100 mm, a web thickness of 9 mm, a flange A T-shaped steel having a target thickness of 16 mm was rolled.
As shown in FIG. 1, the

As the finishing
Moreover, the
In the manufacture of the T-shaped steel, the bloom first heated in the heating furnace was rolled by the rough
Subsequently, the first coarse
Finally, the finishing
When the surface temperature of the material to be rolled H was measured on the rear surface of the
Further, as a second embodiment, the
