Description
Claims (28)
- 繊維材料マットの乾式形成に用いる形成ボックスであって、該形成ボックスは、
その下に置かれた形成ワイヤと該形成ワイヤの下の真空ボックスとの上に繊維を直接供給するための開放底部を有するハウジングと、
ハウジング内に繊維材料を供給するための少なくとも1つの入口と、
繊維入口とハウジング底部との間のハウジング内に少なくとも1列に配置された多くのスパイクローラと、を有し、
該少なくとも1つのスパイクローラ列に隣接する上側走行路と形成ボックスの開放底部に近い下側走行路とを有する無端ベルトスクリーンを備えることを特徴とする形成ボックス。 - ベルトスクリーンはその下側走行路において、下にある形成ワイヤと同じ方向に走行するよう駆動される請求項1記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンは連続的に駆動される請求項1または2記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンは一定の速度で駆動される請求項3記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンは間欠的に駆動される請求項1または2記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンの上側走行路の下の列内のスパイクローラは、それらの軸とベルトスクリーンとの距離がベルトスクリーンの上側走行路の移動方向に沿って減少していく請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンの上側走行路の両側に2つのスパイクローラ列を設けた請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンの下側走行路の両側に更に2つのスパイクローラ列を設けた請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンの垂直方向走行路の少なくとも1つに沿ってスパイクローラを設けた請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンは形成ワイヤの移動方向おける下流方向にハウジングを越えて延在する請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンはハウジングの内部に設けられる請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンは所定パターンの格子開口を有する請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンは所定の網開口を有するワイヤ網である請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。
- ベルトスクリーンは横方向に方向付けられた、間に開口を有する格子部材を有する
請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。 - ベルトスクリーンが形成ワイヤ上に吹き付けられる繊維形成部の上面に接触するように、ベルトスクリーンの下側走行路は形成ワイヤのすぐ上に位置する請求項1乃至7または9乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。
- 形成ボックスは底部篩を備え、ベルトスクリーンはその下側走行路が前記篩のすぐ上に位置しかつ前記篩に平行であるように設けられ、かつベルトスクリーンは篩クリーニング手段を有する請求項1乃至7または9乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。
- 繊維入口より上に別の材料入口を備え、粒状材料または第2の種類の繊維材料が前記別の材料入口より供給され、この供給された第2の材料は繊維入口から供給された繊維と混合される請求項1乃至16のいずれか一項に記載の形成ボックス。
- 繊維材料のマットを乾式形成する方法であって、
形成ワイヤの上に位置する、開放底部を有し、繊維の塊を破砕する複数の繊維分離ローラを備える形成ボックス内に繊維材料を供給して、形成ワイヤ上に繊維のマットを形成する工程と、
繊維分離ローラより下かつ形成ワイヤより上の無端ベルトの下側走行路上にファイバの塊を捕集する工程と、
無端ベルト上の捕集された繊維の塊を、上側走行路において繊維分離ローラより上に運搬し、捕集された塊がベルトから離脱して該ローラに接触して破砕されることを可能ならしめる工程と、を含む方法。 - 無端ベルトは間に調節可能な開口を有する複数の機械的結合部を備え、該方法は下側走行路で該開口を狭くし、上側走行路で該開口を広くする工程を含む請求項18記載の方法。
- 繊維マットを形成するとき、無端ベルトを該マットの上面に接触させる工程を含む請求項18または19記載の方法。
- ベルトから繊維材料をクリーニングする工程を含む請求項18乃至20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 無端ベルトを形成ボックスから出入りするように導く工程を含む請求項18乃至21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ベルトが形成ボックスの外部にあるときにベルトから繊維材料をクリーニングする工程を含む請求項18乃至22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 形成ワイヤと無端ベルトの下側走行路とを同一方向に移動させる工程を含む請求項18乃至23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 形成ボックスは、回転軸を有しかつ無端ベルトの上側走行路の下に位置する繊維分離ローラの列を有し、該方法はローラ軸と上側走行路との距離を上側走行路の移動方向に減少させていく工程を含む請求項18乃至24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維入口より上に別の材料入口を設け、粒状材料または第2の種類の繊維材料を前記別の材料入口より供給し、この供給された第2の材料を繊維入口から供給された繊維と混合する請求項18乃至25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 供給される粒状材料はバーミキュライト、ゴム、プラスチック、ガラス繊維、ロックウールからなる群から選択される請求項26記載の方法。
- 供給される粒状材料はアルミニウム、真鍮、鋼鉄などの金属繊維または金属粒子である請求項26記載の方法。
