【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えばウェットティッシュ、清浄綿、菓子類などを収納した袋状容器に開口縁に嵌着する袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えばウェットティッシュ、清浄綿などを収納した袋状容器は開封した状態では、開口部は偏平状になって閉じられた状態になっており、被収納物を取り出したり、被収納物を収納する際には開口部を拡げなくてはならず、被収納物の出し入れの作業が煩雑であった。

また、袋状容器の開封された開口部はそのままでは封止できず、クリップなどで袋状容器に開口部を封止しなくてはならなかった。

さらに、袋状容器の内面に相対して形成した凹溝状係合部と突起条係合部とを係合して封止するファスナーが設けられている袋状容器も用いられているが、ファスナーの凹溝状係合部と突起条係合部とを係合する作業も簡単にできない問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の袋状の容器は、開口部は偏平状になって閉じられた状態のため、被収納物の出し入れに際しては、開口部を拡げた状態に保持しなくてはならず、被収納物の出し入れ作業が煩雑なため、被収納物の出し入れが容易にできるように開口部が開口した状態に保持できる袋状容器が要求されていた。

本発明は上記問題点に鑑みなされたもので、蓋の開閉が容易で、袋状容器の開口縁が開口された状態に保持されるとともに被収納物の出し入れが容易にでき、閉塞状態では密閉性が保持できるようにした袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の発明の袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具は、袋状容器の開口縁の内側に密着嵌合される略環状の開口保持具本体と、この開口保持具本体に開口方向に弾性付勢力を付与されて回動自在に軸支されこの開口保持具本体の上面開口面を開閉する蓋体とを備え、前記開口保持具本体は、袋状容器の開口縁の内側に密着嵌合されるように外周長が袋状容器の開口縁の内周長と略同一の長さに形成された嵌合筒部を有し、この嵌合筒部の開口縁には固定摘み部がこの開口保持具本体の開口縁とほぼ同一高さに突設形成され、この固定摘み部に対向してこの固定摘み部の上側に弾性復元力を有する変形部を介して前記蓋体に係脱自在に係合される押圧摘み部とを設け、前記押圧摘み部は前記蓋体に係合する先端部は前記固定摘み部側に弾性復元力を有し、前記押圧摘み部を復元力に抗して変形させると前記蓋体との係合が解かれるものである。

そして、袋状容器の開口部に開口保持具本体を嵌着することにより、蓋体の開放状態で開口部が開口した状態に保持でき、被収納物の出し入れが容易にできるとともに、そのまま蓋体にて袋状容器の開口部を閉止でき、また、袋状容器の開口縁に開口保持具本体を嵌合した状態で、固定摘み部と押圧摘み部とを挟むように摘むと、押圧摘み部が変形して蓋体との係合が外れ、蓋体は弾性付勢力で開き、開放状態が保持され、収納された内容物の取出しが容易にでき、また、蓋体を閉じると押圧摘み部が復元力で復帰して蓋体に係合して蓋体の閉塞状態が保持できる。

請求項２記載の発明の袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具は、請求項１記載の袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具において、蓋体には、開口保持具本体の内周面に嵌合接触する環状突縁部を形成したものである。

そして、蓋体は閉塞時に環状突縁部が開口保持具本体の内周面に密接され、袋状容器内に異物が入りにくく、アルコールなど揮発性液を含浸した清浄綿などを収納した袋状容器においては、アルコールなどが蒸発することを防止できる。

請求項３記載の発明の袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具は、請求項１または２記載の袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具において、開口保持具本体は、袋状容器に嵌合される嵌合筒部を上面開口面側より下面開口縁側に向って径小に形成したものである。

そして、開口保持具本体は、袋状容器に嵌合される嵌合筒部は上面開口面側より下面開口縁側に向って径小に形成されているため、下側開口縁側が細い略逆三角台形状となり、袋状容器の上面開口部に容易に差込み嵌合でき、また、袋状容器の上面開口縁の内周長さと開口保持具本体の外周長さが多少異なっていても開口保持具本体を袋状容器に装着できる。

請求項４記載の発明の袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具は、請求項１ないし３のいずれかに記載の袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具において、開口保持具本体は、嵌合筒部の外周面に滑り止め部を形成したものである。

そして、開口保持具本体は、切り溝にて形成された撓み部を内方に撓ませ、開口保持具本体の外形形状を小さくすることにより、開口保持具本体は袋状容器の開口部の内側に容易に嵌合でき、この開口保持具本体を袋状容器の開口部に嵌合し弾性復元力を利用して復元させることにより、開口保持具本体の外周面は袋状容器の内面に密着されて袋状容器の開口部に嵌着され、特に袋状容器の開口部の面積に比して開口保持具本体が大きい場合でも容易に嵌合できる。

請求項６記載の発明の袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具は、請求項１、請求項３ないし５のいずれかに記載の袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具において、開口保持具本体は、袋状容器に嵌合密着される略環状の嵌合筒部と、この嵌合筒部の上面開口面の開口縁に沿って外方に向って突出した環状縁部とを有し、蓋体は、前記開口保持具本体の環状縁部に密接する環状突縁部を形成したものである。

そして、蓋体は閉塞時に環状突縁部が開口保持具本体の環状縁部に密接され、袋状容器内に異物が入りにくく、アルコールなど揮発性液を含浸した清浄綿などを収納した袋状容器においては、アルコールなどが蒸発することが防止できる。

請求項７記載の発明の袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具は、請求項１、請求項３ないし６のいずれかに記載の袋状容器の蓋付き開口保持具において、蓋体には開口保持具本体の開口縁に嵌合される環状の嵌合突部を形成し、前記開口保持具本体の開口縁の内周面と蓋体の嵌合突部の外周面との少なくともいずれか一方に前記開口保持具本体の開口縁を密閉するパッキンを設けたものである。

そして、蓋体の閉塞時には、開口保持具本体の開口縁と蓋体の嵌合突部の外周面との間にパッキンが介在され、開口保持具本体と蓋体との位置ずれがなく、開口保持具本体の開口縁と蓋体による密閉性が高められる。

そして、袋状容器の開口部に開口保持具本体を嵌着することにより、複数個所の支持脚部が支えとなって袋状容器は開口部を上方にした状態に保持でき、袋状容器を手で支えることなく被収納物を容易に出し入れできる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の袋状容器の開口部を開いた状態に保持する蓋付き開口保持具の一実施の形態を図１ないし図５に基づいて説明する。

図１、図２及び図４に示すように、合成樹脂シート、フィルムなどで成型された袋状容器１の開口縁２の内側に嵌合される開口保持具本体３はＰＰ樹脂、ＰＥ樹脂、合成ゴムなどの樹脂またはばね板の金属板など弾性復元力を有する可撓性材質で上面及び下面に開口した円形環状に成型されている。この開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４の外周長は前記袋状容器１の開口縁２の内側に密着嵌合されるように、この袋状容器１の開口縁２の内周長と略同一長さに形成されている。また、この開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４の開口縁５には拡径段部にて拡径開口縁5aが形成されている。

そして、この開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４には開口縁５に近接して内方に向って変形可能な撓み部６を形成する周方向の１つまたは複数の切り溝７が設けられている。

また、開口保持具本体３は、袋状容器１に嵌合される嵌合筒部４を上面開口面側より下面開口縁側に向って径小に形成している。

さらに、前記開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４の外周面には、袋状容器１の内面に圧着する環形の突起状の滑り止め部８が上下に１ないし５つ程度の複数条に形成されている。

また、前記開口保持具本体３の拡径開口縁5aには平面からみて略三角形状の突出部5bが形成され、この突出部5bには、開口保持具本体３の半径方向の延長線上に切り欠き部5cが形成され、この切り欠き部5cに相対して形成した軸孔に蓋体10の一側部から突設した軸支部12の軸が回動自在に軸支されている。

また、図３及び図５に示すように、前記前記開口保持具本体３の突出部5bに形成した切り欠き部5cには前記蓋体10の軸支部12の内側に位置して軸5dが設けられ、この軸5dに巻装した巻きばね15の一端側15aは前記蓋体10の内面に、他端側15bは前記開口保持具本体３に係止され、この蓋体10は巻きばね15にて開放方向に弾性付勢力を付与されている。

なお、前記蓋体10は前記開口保持具本体３の材質とは別の材質、例えば硬質の合成樹脂などで成型して保形性が高められている。

そして、図３及び図５に示すように、前記開口保持具本体３の開口縁５の前記蓋体10との軸支位置と対向する他側部には固定摘み部16が一体に突設形成され、この固定摘み部16は前記開口保持具本体３の開口縁５とほぼ同一高さ位置に突設されている。この固定摘み部16に対向してこの固定摘み部16の上側に少許の間隙をもって弾性復元力を有する変形部18を介して前記蓋体10に係脱自在に係合される押圧摘み部17が設けられている。そして、この押圧摘み部17は前記蓋体10に係合する先端部が変形部18により前記固定摘み部16側に弾性復元力を有し、この押圧摘み部17を弾性復元力に抗して変形させると前記蓋体10との係合が解かれる。

この押圧摘み部17には前記開口保持具本体３の上面開口縁５より内側に突出する係合部19が設けられ、この係合部19は前記蓋体10の軸支部12に対向する他側部に形成した係止部20に係脱自在に係止されるようになっている。

また、前記蓋体10には、開口保持具本体３の内周面に嵌合接触する環状突縁部21が形成されている。

次にこの実施の形態の作用を説明する。

まず、袋状容器１の開口縁２に開口保持具本体３を嵌合するときには、開口保持具本体３の切り溝７にて形成された撓み部６を内方に押し込んで撓ませ、開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４の外形形状を小さくし、この外周長が短くなったままの状態で開口保持具本体３を袋状容器１の開口縁２の内側に嵌合する。

このとき、開口保持具本体３は、袋状容器１に嵌合される嵌合筒部４は上面開口面側より下面開口縁側に向って径小に形成されているため、下側開口縁側が細い略逆三角台形状となり、袋状容器１の上面開口部に容易に差込み嵌合でき、また、袋状容器１の上面開口縁の内周長さと開口保持具本体３の外周長さが多少異なっていても開口保持具本体３を袋状容器１に装着できる。

そして、この開口保持具本体３を袋状容器１の開口縁２に嵌合した状態で、撓み部６の弾性復元力を利用して外方に向かって復元させることにより、開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４の外周面は袋状容器１の開口縁２部の内面に密着されて開口部に嵌着され、袋状容器１は開口縁２が開口された状態に保持され、袋状容器１には開口部から容易に被収納物を出し入れできる。

また、袋状容器１の開口部に嵌着された開口保持具本体３は外周面に形成された突起状の滑り止め部８が袋状容器１の内面に圧着され、開口保持具本体３は袋状容器１から抜け外れることなく、嵌着された状態に保持される。

さらに、図２及び図３に示すように、この開口保持具本体３は蓋体10が開閉自在に取付けられ、この蓋体10は開口保持具本体３の開口縁５に設けた押圧摘み部17の係合部19と蓋体10の係止部20との係合で蓋体10は巻きばね15の弾性付勢力に抗して開口保持具本体３の上面開口面を閉塞した状態に保持される。

また、蓋体10は閉塞時に環状突縁部21が開口保持具本体３の内周面に密接され、袋状容器１内に異物が入りにくく、アルコールなど揮発性液を含浸した清浄綿などを収納した袋状容器１において、アルコールなどが蒸発することを防止できる。

そして、蓋体10を開くときには、固定摘み部16と押圧摘み部17とを指で挟んで押圧摘み部17を押し下げると、押圧摘み部17は固定摘み部16と連結した変形部18部の弾性復元力に抗して下方に変形傾斜し、この押圧摘み部17の係合部19は上方に傾斜し、蓋体10の係止部20との係合が解かれ、蓋体10は巻きばね15の付勢力で軸を中心として回動し、図４及び図５に示すように、前記開口保持具本体３の開口縁５は開口される。

また、開いている蓋体10を閉じるときには、蓋体10を巻きばね15に抗して閉じ方向に押し付けると、蓋体10は軸を中心として回動し、蓋体10の係止部20は押圧摘み部17の係合部19を弾性復元力に抗して押し付け、押圧摘み部17の係合部19は下方に傾斜し、蓋体10の係止部20が押圧摘み部17の係合部19との係合が外れると、押圧摘み部17の係合部19は上方に弾性復元力で復帰し、押圧摘み部17の係合部19は蓋体10の係止部20に係合し、蓋体10は閉じた状態に保持される。

このように、押圧摘み部17の係合部19と蓋体10の係止部20との係脱により蓋体10を開閉でき、袋状容器１の開口縁２に開口保持具本体３を嵌着することにより、袋状容器１は上面開口部を開口した状態に保持して被収納物の出し入れができるとともに、そのまま蓋体10にて開口縁５を閉止できる。

なお、開口保持具本体３の切り溝７を上面開口縁５より下側の嵌合筒部４に形成し、この開口保持具本体３を袋状容器１の開口部に嵌合した状態で、袋状容器１に開口保持具本体３を押し込み、切り溝７の部分が袋状容器１にて覆われるようにすることによって袋状容器１の気密性を保持できる。

図６に示すように、合成樹脂シート、フィルムなどで成型された袋状容器１の開口縁２の内側に嵌合される開口保持具本体３はＰＰ樹脂、ＰＥ樹脂、合成ゴムなどの樹脂またはばね板の金属板など弾性復元力を有する可撓性材質で上面及び下面に開口した円形環状に成型されている。この開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４の外周長は前記袋状容器１の開口縁２の内側に密着嵌合されるように、この袋状容器１の開口縁２の内周長と略同一長さに形成されている。また、この開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４の開口縁５には拡径段部にて拡径開口縁5aが形成されている。

そして、この開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４には開口縁５に近接して内方に向って変形可能な撓み部６を形成する周方向の１つまたは複数の切り溝７が設けられている。

さらに、前記開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４には袋状容器１の内面に圧着する環形の突起状の滑り止め部８が上下に１ないし５つ程度の複数条に形成されている。

また、蓋体10はヒンジ11によって開閉自在に取付けられている。このヒンジ11は、蓋体10の一側部から突設した一対の軸支片12aの軸孔と前記開口保持具本体３の拡径開口縁5aの一側部に突設した一対の支持片13の軸孔とに軸支した軸14にて構成され、この軸14にて蓋体10を回動自在に支持している。なお、前記蓋体10は前記開口保持具本体３の材質とは別の材質、例えば硬質の合成樹脂などで成型して保形性が高められている。

そして、前記ヒンジ11の軸14に巻装した巻きばね15の一端側は前記蓋体10に、他端側は前記開口保持具本体３に係止され、この蓋体10は巻きばね15にて開放方向に弾性付勢力を付与されている。

さらに、前記開口保持具本体３の開口縁５の前記蓋体10との軸支位置と対向する他側部には固定摘み部16が一体に突設形成され、この固定摘み部16は前記開口保持具本体３の開口縁５とほぼ同一高さ位置に突設されている。この固定摘み部16の上側に対向して前記拡径開口縁5aに弾性復元力を有するように前記蓋体10に係脱自在に係合される押圧摘み部17が設けられている。そして、この押圧摘み部17は前記蓋体10に係合する先端部は前記固定摘み部16側に弾性復元力を有し、この押圧摘み部を復元力に抗して変形させると前記蓋体10との係合が解かれる。

この押圧摘み部17には前記開口保持具本体３の拡径開口縁5aより内側に突出する係合部19が設けられ、この係合部19は前記蓋体10のヒンジ11に対向する他側部に形成した切り欠き係止部20に係脱自在に係止されるようになっている。

次にこの実施の形態の作用を説明する。

まず、袋状容器１の開口縁２に開口保持具本体３を嵌合するときには、開口保持具本体３の切り溝７にて形成された撓み部６を内方に押し込んで撓ませ、開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４の外形形状を小さくし、この外周長が短くなったままの状態で開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４を袋状容器１の開口縁５部の内側に嵌合する。

そして、この開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４を袋状容器１の開口部に嵌合した状態で、撓み部６の弾性復元力を利用して外方に向かって復元させることにより、開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４の外周面は袋状容器１の内面に密着されて開口部に嵌着される。

そして、図８に示すように、蓋体10が開いた状態で、袋状容器１は開口縁５が開口された状態に保持され、袋状容器１には開口部から容易に被収納物を出し入れできる。

また、袋状容器１の開口部に嵌着された開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４に形成した突起状の滑り止め部８が袋状容器１の内面に圧着され、開口保持具本体３は袋状容器１から抜け外れることなく、嵌着された状態に保持される。

さらに、この開口保持具本体３はヒンジ11にて蓋体10が開閉自在に取付けられ、この蓋体10は開口保持具本体３の上面開口縁５に設けた押圧摘み部17の係合部19と蓋体10の係止部20との係合で蓋体10は巻きばね15の弾性付勢力に抗して開口保持具本体３の上面開口面を閉塞した状態に保持される。

そして、蓋体10を開くときには、固定摘み部16と押圧摘み部17とを指で挟んで押圧摘み部17を押し下げると、押圧摘み部17は開口保持具本体３の拡径開口縁5aとの連結部の弾性復元力に抗して下方に変形傾斜し、この押圧摘み部17の係合部19は上方に傾斜し、蓋体10の係止部20との係合が解かれ、蓋体10はヒンジ11の巻きばね15の付勢力で軸14を中心として回動し、前記開口保持具本体３の上面開口部は開口される。

また、開いている蓋体10を閉じるときには、蓋体10を巻きばね15に抗して閉じ方向に押し付けると、蓋体10は軸14を中心として回動し、蓋体10の係止部20は押圧摘み部17の係合部19を弾性に抗して押し付け、押圧摘み部17の係合部19は下方に傾斜し、蓋体10の係止部20が押圧摘み部17の係合部19との係合が外れると、押圧摘み部17の係合部19は上方に弾力で復帰し、押圧摘み部17の係合部19は蓋体10の係止部20に係合し、蓋体10は閉じた状態に保持される。

このように、押圧摘み部17の係合部19と蓋体10の係止部20との係脱により蓋体10を開閉でき、袋状容器１の開口部に開口保持具本体３を嵌着することにより、袋状容器１は上面開口部を開口した状態に保持して被収納物の出し入れができるとともに、そのまま蓋体10にて開口部を閉止できる。

なお、前記開口保持具本体３の嵌合筒部４に形成した切り溝７を開口縁５より下側の嵌合筒部４に形成し、この開口保持具本体３を袋状容器１の開口部に嵌合した状態で、袋状容器１に開口保持具本体３を押し込み、切り溝７の部分が袋状容器１にて覆われるようにすることによって袋状容器１の気密性を保持できる。
