従来のこの種の角速度センサとしては特開平8−170917号公報に開示されたものが知られている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明の角速度センサの製造方法は、音叉の先端部を保持する保持部材を基台上に積載する工程と、基台上に設けられた凸状の支持台または音叉の接続部に接着剤を塗布する工程と、支持台に音叉の接続部を保持部材に音叉の先端部を積載する工程と、接着剤が硬化した後に保持部材を取り外す工程とを有する方法で、この方法によれば、音叉を基台に対して、略平行に容易に支持することができるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、支持台の高さより厚いとともに円柱形状のはんだからなる材料を基台上に積載した後に、ポンチで支持台をストッパーにして押圧することにより中央部に音叉の先端部を保持する受け面を設けた保持部材を基台上に形成する工程と、基台上に設けられた凸状の支持台または音叉の接続部に接着剤を塗布する工程と、支持台に音叉の接続部を保持部材に音叉の先端部を積載する工程と、前記接着剤が硬化した後に保持部材を取り外す工程とからなる方法で、この方法によれば、支持台に音叉の接続部を保持部材に音叉の先端部を積載した後、接着剤が硬化してから保持部材を取り外したため、基台に音叉を組み付ける際に、音叉の重量により音叉が傾くということがなくなり、基台に対して音叉を容易に略平行に支持することができるとともに、保持部材の厚みにバラツキが生じた場合においても、支持台の高さとポンチで押圧された保持部材の高さとが同一となり、その結果、容易に基台と音叉を平行に支持することができるという作用を有するものである。
