Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bath water purifier.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A bath water purifier that circulates and purifies bath water by repeating bathing water that flows into the bathtub after applying bath water and applying a predetermined purification process is known.
In the bath water purification apparatus, purification is performed by a filtration apparatus, and mainly in commercial bath water purification apparatuses, ozone sterilization, sterilization by a sterilization lamp, or sterilization by chemicals such as chlorine is performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when disinfecting with chemicals such as chlorine, there have been the following problems.
If the filter medium or the pipe line inside the purification apparatus is contaminated, the chlorine agent introduced by the dirt disappears. In addition, dirt on filter media and piping is mainly composed of body fluids that fall off the human skin, sebum components, and sweat, and these are soils that contain a large amount of nitrogen, and therefore have a weak sterilizing power. There was a problem that bound chlorine was generated. And since generation | occurrence | production of the free chlorine with strong sterilization power is after the disappearance of the chlorine agent due to the soil and the generation of the combined chlorine, the sterilization takes time.
The object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in a bath water purifying apparatus for injecting bath water in a bathtub and performing a predetermined purification treatment, the bath water is discharged again into the bathtub. An internal cleaning device, a timer device for timing the passage of a predetermined time after the operation of the bath water purification device is stopped, and a drug injection for injecting a drug into the bath water for the purpose of sterilization, sterilization or sterilization Equipment,
Control for injecting drug by driving the drug injection device after the elapse of a predetermined time after washing the inside of the bath water purification device or after the operation of the bath water purification device is stopped by the timer device And a device.
With the above configuration, since the chemical injection such as chlorine is performed after the inside of the purification apparatus is cleaned, the effect of the chemical is rarely reduced.
In addition , the medicine is injected after the elapse of a predetermined time after the operation of the bath water purification device is stopped by the timer device . Since the operation of the purification device is stopped during the bath water exchange, the bath water exchange can be detected by stopping for a predetermined time. When the bath water is exchanged, it is possible to prevent the effect of the medicine from being similarly reduced by injecting the medicine with clean bath water .
In addition, when the operation of the purification device is stopped for some reason without changing the bath water, the medicine is injected. After the operation of the purification device is stopped, there is a possibility of the propagation of bacteria in the bath water, so that the drug injection at this time has a great effect.
As described above, in any case, a great effect can be obtained by injecting the drug after the passage of a predetermined time after the operation of the bath water purification apparatus is stopped.
In addition, as the chemical | medical agent inject | poured by the said chemical | medical agent injection apparatus, although the chemical | medical agent containing chlorine or chlorine is the most common, any other chemical | medical agent can be used for this apparatus.
In addition, it is desirable that the cleaning by the internal cleaning device is internal cleaning with high-temperature water (hot water) having a predetermined temperature or higher.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, the bath water in the bathtub T enters the bath water purification device Y from the suction port 24 by the operation of the circulation pump 20, passes through the hair catcher 23, passes through the circulation pump 20 through the hot water temperature sensor 28, Furthermore, it is filtered in the filtration tank 21 via the switching valve B27. The heater 22 is heated to a predetermined temperature, passes through the switching valve A26, flows out from the discharge port 25 to the bathtub T, and is repeatedly purified to be purified.
[0006]
A chlorine injector 1 is provided between the switching valve A 26 and the discharge port 25, and is connected to the pipe 40 via the chlorine flow meter 2 and the check valve 50.
A chlorine concentration measuring device 3 is provided in a pipe 41 between the hair catcher 23 and the circulation pump 20.
[0007]
When cleaning the inside of the bath water purification apparatus Y, the switching valve A26 and the switching valve B27 are set to AC connection. As a result, the bath water flows from the circulation pump 20 into the heater 22 through the switching valve A 26 in the reverse direction, and further flows into the filtration tank 21 from the reverse direction for cleaning. The dirty water after washing is drained from the drain pipe 42 through the switching valve B27.
Reference numerals 50, 51 and 52 are check valves.
[0008]
FIG. 2 shows the configuration of the control device of this embodiment. The control device 30 is mainly composed of a microcomputer and controls the bath water purification device Y as a whole. The control device 30 is provided with a display unit 31 and an operation unit 32, and a user or the like inputs various commands from the operation unit 32. The display unit 31 performs various displays, and notifications and the like are also performed on the display unit 31.
[0009]
The control device 30 performs operation control of the circulation pump 20, opening / closing control of the switching valve A 26 and switching valve B 27, and heating control of the heater 22. Moreover, the hot water temperature information from the hot water temperature sensor 28 is input.
[0010]
A chlorine injector ON / OFF control circuit 10 is connected to the control device 30, and the chlorine injector 1 is turned on and off by the chlorine injector ON / OFF control circuit 10. A chlorine injector power supply control circuit 11 is connected to the control device 30 so that the power supply of the chlorine injector 1 can be controlled.
The controller 30 is configured to input chlorine concentration information from the chlorine concentration measuring device 3 and flow rate information from the chlorine flow meter 2.
[0011]
The control device 30 switches the switching valve A26 and the switching valve B27 according to a command from the operation unit 32 or measures a predetermined time to set the internal cleaning mode, and performs washing by flowing the bath water back to the heater 22 and the filtration tank 21. It is configured to drain from the drain pipe 42. At this time, the bath 22 can be heated to a high temperature by the heater 22 to perform so-called thermal cleaning. It is also possible to form a circulation path inside the washing device and wash by circulating the hot bath water inside.
After cleaning for a predetermined time, the control device 30 is configured to cause the chlorine injector 1 to inject chlorine through the chlorine injector ON / OFF control circuit 10. The chlorine injection is also performed for a predetermined time.
[0012]
Further, a timer device 29 is connected to the control device 30 and starts measuring time when the operation of the bath water purification device Y is stopped. When a predetermined time has elapsed, a signal to that effect is output to the control device 30. It is like that.
When the control device 30 receives the signal from the timer device 29, the control device 30 assumes that the bath water has been exchanged and causes the chlorine injector 1 to inject chlorine through the chlorine injector ON / OFF control circuit 10. ing.
[0013]
When chlorine is injected from the chlorine injector 1, the chlorine is sent to the pipe 40 through the chlorine flow meter 2 and the check valve 50, and further discharged into the bathtub T from the discharge port 25. Then, the chlorine concentration is detected by the chlorine concentration measuring device 3 through the hair catcher 23 after being sucked from the suction port 24.
[0014]
The operation of cleaning and chlorine injection will be described with reference to FIG.
The control device 30 switches the switching valve B27 and the hot water temperature sensor 28 by the user operating the operation unit 32 or counting time such as a timer, and the bath water is supplied to the circulation pump 20, the switching valve A26, the heater 22, and the filtration tank 21. Then, it is made to flow backward with the switching valve B27 and discharged from the drain pipe 42 to perform thermal cleaning (step S1). When the predetermined time has elapsed (step S2), the thermal cleaning is terminated (step S3). Then, the control device 30 causes the chlorine injector 1 to perform chlorine injection (step S4), and when a predetermined time has elapsed (step S5), the control device 30 ends.
[0015]
In the above configuration, chlorine injection is performed after the internal cleaning, so that the disappearance of chlorine and the generation of combined chlorine are suppressed. Therefore, the effectiveness of chlorine is not reduced, and there is no problem that it takes time to produce the effect.
[0016]
The operation of bath water exchange and chlorine injection will be described with reference to FIG.
When the operation of the bath water purification device Y is stopped, the timer device 29 starts counting, and after a predetermined time has elapsed, a signal is sent to the control device 30 to detect that bath water has been exchanged (step S10). The control device 30 causes the chlorine injector 1 to perform chlorine injection based on the detection (step S11), and after a predetermined time has elapsed (step S12), the control device 30 ends.
[0017]
In the above configuration, chlorine injection is performed after the bath water exchange, so that the disappearance of chlorine and the generation of combined chlorine are suppressed. Therefore, the effectiveness of chlorine is not reduced, and there is no problem that it takes time to produce the effect. In addition, even when the bath water purifier Y is stopped without performing bath water exchange, chlorine injection is performed, and bacteria that have proliferated during the stop can be sterilized.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the bath water purifying apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to inject a medicine while the bath water is clean, and there is an effect that the medicine can be injected efficiently without reducing the medicinal effect.
